Note 2. (a) Contractors representative /Engineer will report to Engr-in-Charge / concerned JE daily in morning to collect complaint for routine / urgent works related to day to day maint till completion of contract.
(b) All routine day to day / urgent jobs received on docket slip shall be attended within 24 hrs. If the nature of job is such that which can not be completed within 24 hrs, it shall be immediately brought in to the notice of Engr-in-charge.
(c) The period for working to the such complaints shall be decided by GE/Engr-in-Charge. If delay is more than 24 hrs and GE/Engr –in-charge is not satisfied with reason for delay in working then the penalty of Rs 350/- per complain per day shall be recovered from the Contractor.
(d) In case of any dispute arising from above, the decision GE shall be final and binding.
