Supply laying connecting and testing 1100 volt graded heavy duty XLPE cable with PVC insulated aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanized steel strip or wire and overall PVC sheathed of size 16 Sqmm normal corss section 4.0 core including suitable size lugs laid in trenches fixed to pole or passing through pipes incl all necessary clamps nuts, bolts and washers complete all as specified.

Supply laying connecting in repair and testing 1100 volt graded heavy duty XLPE cable with PVC insulated aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanized steel strip or wire and overall PVC sheathed of size 95 Sqmm normal corss section 3.5 core including suitable size lugs laid in trenches fixed to pole or passing through pipes incl all necessary clamps nuts, bolts and washers complete all as specified.

Supply and fix steel tubular swaged pole complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug , bolts, nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9.0 m long) conforming to IS-2713 (Part I&III) including painting of pole with two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer from top of the pole to 1.5m above the bottom of pole and painting with two coat of black paint over a coat of red oxide primer upto 1.5m from bottom of the pole as directed complete all as specified and directed.(Note - Excavation, earthwork and PCC shell be measured and paid separately.)

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil n exc 1.5 mtr in width and n. exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out all as required for laying of cables,foundation filling of poles or stays/ laying of pipe line and for rerouting of cables.

Excavation in trenches beyond 1.5 m wide and n.exc. 3 m deep for foundation of poles/stay etc including getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning filling, in including spreading ,leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm each all as required.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 meters and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point.

M&L for sand cushioning to under ground cables 8 cm thick before laying the cable and 15 cm, thick after laying, stretching and testing the cable

M&L for un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class type 2 flat, size 300mmX180mmX40mm, length of cable equal to width of cable cover all as required.

M/L Sub Class 'B' brick covering protection to the electric cable laid dry flat transversally along the length of cable on sand cushioning with width equal to length of brick complete all as specified

Supply and laying GI tubing light grade 40 mm dia with all fittings laid in trenches or fixed on wall along pole complete for proetection of electric cable complete all as specified by Engineer - in- charge.

Supply and laying GI tubing light grade 25 mm dia with all fittings laid in trenches or fixed on wall along pole complete for proetection of electric cable complete all as specified by Engineer - in- charge.

Supply and fix LT cable jointing kit for 1100 V grade cable for end box heat shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 2 core XLPE armoured Aluminium conductor cable of size 10-25 Sq mm 2 core Make- M seal / Denson

Supply, Installation, commissioning and testing LT panel outdoor cubical, weather proof , of appropriate size but not less than 1.2x1x.3 mtr (LxHxD) CPRI approved front and rear door openable floor mounted with locking arrangement type made out of 3.15 mm thick MS sheet duly powder coated complete with bus bar 200 amps rating made of copper strip duly drillled holes for connections and mounted on epoxy based post insulators for 3 phase 4 wire 415 volts 50Hz power supply system suitable for and including the following :- (a)   INCOMING (i) Rectangular aluminum Bus Bar 50mmx 6mm fixed on insulated mounting arrangement -04 nos. Disconnecting , dismantling old unsv/defective LT cable any size any make from pole/trench and relaying on same or other location after rectifying defects incl jointing , testing the cable complete all as specified and directed by EIC. Note- Earth work and protection work shall be measured and paid seperately .

M/L in repair cable straight through heat shrink type jointing kit 1100 Volts for with jointing material and accessories suitable for 10 Sqmm to 16 Sqmm 2 core XLPE/PVC armoured aluminium conductor cable complete all as specified and directed by EIC Make- Denson/M seal .

M/L in repair cable straight through heat shrink type jointing kit 1100 Volts for with jointing material and accessories suitable for 16 Sqmm to 95 Sqmm 3.5/4 core XLPE/PVC armoured aluminium conductor cable complete all as specified and directed by EIC Make- Denson/M seal .

Supply,installation,commissioning and testing in repair CPRI approved LT panel outdoor type of suitable size recommended by manufacturer cubical floor mounted type (IP -66 degree of protection) made out of 3mm thick MS sheet duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint powder coated, bus bar 400 Amps rating made of copper strip duly drilled holes for connections and mounted on epoxy based post insulators for 3 phase 4 wire 415 volts 50 HZ AC supply, hibling,cable entry boxes, cable gland incl 50x50x6mm frame (bottom portion of the panel) grouted by using foundation 1:2:4 type C1 with 20mm graded stone aggregates totally tested as per IEC 61439-1,suitable for and including the following. M&L lagging to pipes used in external water supply of plumbing all around with 25mm thick bounded mineral wool pre-formed . SNAPOM pipe section of density 144 Kg/Cum conforming to IS -9842 or equivalent and provided chicken wire mesh after breaking old unsv/broken lagging all as directed for the following pipe lines:- (a) GI Tubing 50 mm dia

(b) GI tubing 25mm dia bore.

(c) GI tubing 20mm dia bore.

Brick work with sub class B old size bricks staraight/curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 conctete all as sfd.

PCC 1:2:4 type B2 using 4mm graded stone aggregate as in pillars, colomns incl caps and bases necessary from work complete all as spd and directed.

S&F CI foot valve conforming to IS-4038 complete of size 80mm (3'') dia all as specified.

M & L replacement of air release valve suitable for 20mm bore pipe to be fixed on 100 mm bore rising main water supply line with air release valve, socket and nipple for fixing in repair, all as specified and directed.

Construction of brick masonary valve pit chamber in cement mortar 1:3 of size 90x90x 100 cms (internal dimension) complete with mild steel angle frame work (40x40x6 mm) and 3 mm thick MS black sheet top cover with hinges and locking arrangement, plastering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 internally and flush pointing to brick all surfaces externally as work proceeds, necessary excavation and earth work in soft/ loose soil , returning, filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 mtrs and painting to steel surfaces with two coats of synthetic enameal paint over a coat of red oxide

Dismantling the electric motor 3 Phase 440 V of capacity 60 HP to 75 HP from the foundation after disconnecting the electric connection, carrying the same to workshop, dismantling of electric motor and taking down worm out windings of rotor field coils and excitor coils, rewinding the stator, rotor and excitor gauge, replacement of insulation material, heat varnishing provision of connecting leads and terminal plates etc to make the electric motor fully serviceable, reassembling and fixing the same on existing foundation channel pad and making electric connections, commissioning and testing on load for smooth running complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling the electric motor 3 Phase 440 V of capacity 30 HP to 35 HP from the foundation after disconnecting the electric connection, carrying the same to workshop, dismantling of electric motor and taking down worm out windings of rotor field coils and excitor coils, rewinding the stator, rotor and excitor gauge, replacement of insulation material, heat varnishing provision of connecting leads and terminal plates etc to make the electric motor fully serviceable, reassembling and fixing the same on existing foundation channel pad and making electric connections, commissioning and testing on load for smooth running complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling the complete pump set of cap 60 HP to 75 HP from foundation channel after disconnecting all inlet and outlet connections ,carrying the same to workshop, dismantling of pump, cleaning throughly and taking down worm out parts sach as ball bearing, Impeller, rubber coupling, bushes, brass ring, studs, replacement of the same with new, lath work of pump shaft, impeller if required, reassembling, commissioning and testing after fix on orinal site for smooth functioning up to the entire satisfaction complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge.

Supply , installation and testing of Commercial /industrial reverse osmosis plant of out put capacity 80 Ltr/hr, duty cycle 16 hrs with all filters such as RO filter , memberance , UV +UF filters , mineral filter , softener .The equipment is suitable to operate on a single phase 220V/50Hz power supply incl foundation and UPVC water supply pipe line of suitable size for water connection with accessories and control valve , electrical works all as per recommended by manufacturer and any other items required at site for smooth functioning of plant upto the entire satisfaction of users as well as executives complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.Make -Bharti water /Kent/Reuka water treatment
