Description all as per item No-01 but size 120 sq mm, 3.5 core.

Taking out of old serviceable / unserviceable PVC under ground LT cable of any size and type fixed on pole, wall or laid in floors, trenches, across road crossing etc ,including taking out of cable covers of precast PCC / RCC slab or brick cover etc setting aside serviceable materials in safe custody for reuse or unserviceable materials consider as schedule of credit complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- i). Dismantling of clamps nuts bolts etc, taking out of GI pipe in cable protection shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item of this schedule. ii) Cost for making good the disturbed surfaces of floors / walls in cement mortar 1:3 shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoated . However cost for making good the disturbed surfaces of roads with PCC and hard core filling is out of scope of this work and shall be measured and paid separetely under respective item 20 of this schedule.

Laying only of serviceable LT UG cable 95 sq mm, 3.5 core. of any size and type in trenches, floors, across road crossing, or fixed on poles, walls, or passing through pipe, cable obtained from item No. 09 here-in-before complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Handling of UG cable to working site as ordered shall be carried out by the firm and rate for the same shall deem to be included in the unit rate .

Laying only of serviceable brick / PCC slab cover obtained from item No 9 here-in-before for cable protection cover laid width wise along length of cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in any type of soil for laying of LT UG cables complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The rate quoted deemed to including cutting and removal of PSP sheets wherever occured during excavation and the same shall be staged at desired location as directed at site.

Returning, filling in, including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in hard dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dry coarse sand as cushioning to under ground cable provided with layer of 8 cms deep before laying the cable and 15 cms deep after laying and stretching the cable, punned to 18 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note-: Only punned thickness shall be measured for payment purpose.

M&L for sub class 'B' old size bricks well burnt as covering to under ground cables , laid dry, flat over the cables on sand cushioning with width equal to length of the brick as mechanical protection to cable, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for foundation of poles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for coping of poles/road/plinth blocks of LT poles etc including fair finishing the exposed surface even and smooth without using extra cement including necessary form work complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and laying of DWC (Double Wall Corrugated) HDPE Pipe, ISI Marked IS 16205 Part-II, of outer dia of 63 mm and inner dia 50 mm with smooth internal and profiled external surface for non pressure under ground cable including all connected accessories like coupler, 'O' ring etc, for protection of cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying of DWC (Double Wall Corrugated) HDPE Pipe, ISI Marked IS 16205 Part-II, of outer dia of 77 mm and inner dia 63 mm with smooth internal and profiled external surface for non pressure under ground cable including all connected accessories like coupler, 'O' Ring etc, for protection of cable complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for cutting through existing road surfaces i.e. surfacing PCC soling etc, and making trench of minimum 500mm wide 100cm in depth along the cross section of road for laying of pipes or UG cables, including returning filing in, well ramming & removal of surplus spoil to a distance not exc. 50 mtrs & repairs to road surfaces to match with existing specification after laying the pipes/cable etc complete all as specified & directed.

S&F cable route indicator made out of 25 x25 x 4 mm angle iron, 300 mm long embedded in PCC block of suitable size with moulded lettter LT CABLE suitably incribed on CI circular plate 6 mm thick 60 dia complete including neccessary PCC 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40 mm graded aggrregate) block of suitable size and neccessary earth work and excavation all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing GI tubing light grade 40mm dia along the wall/in trenches/in duct/in culvert/road crossing and including provisioning of suitable mild steel flat iron clamps and bolts, nuts and double washers etc for holding of GI pipe alongwith poles including taking out old broken GI pipes, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing GI tubing light grade 50mm dia along the wall/in trenches/in duct/in culvert/road crossing and including provisioning of suitable mild steel flat iron clamps and bolts, nuts and double washers etc for holding of GI pipe alongwith poles including taking out old broken GI pipes, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing GI tubing light grade 80mm dia along the wall/in trenches/in duct/in culvert/road crossing and including provisioning of suitable mild steel flat iron clamps and bolts, nuts and double washers etc for holding of GI pipe alongwith poles including taking out old broken GI pipes, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing AL thimbles in replacement suitable for under ground LT cables size of 16sqmm of following sizes including cutting of exsting burn/dammaged cable after disconnecting from exsting position ,extending the cable from cable loop including neccesory earth work and reconnecting the same.

M&L for preparation of old painted surface of 9 Mtr. steel tubular poles above the top of PCC coping. Painting of pole from top of coping to a height of 1.5mtr (bottom portion of pole) with two coats of synthetic enamel paint( in black and yellow alternate strip and painting the rest portion of pole of (approx length 7 mtr)including painting of cross arms/clamps etc complete with two coats of synthetic enamel aluminium paint and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of old cement based painted surfaces of RCC pole 9 mtr by cleaning of deposited materials, and painting with one coat of exterior emulsion weather coat paint of approved make and colour complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for fault detection in damaged UG cables using cable fault detector/locator, vehicle mounted to accuracy of 2m for various locations inside Air Force Stn for UG calbes of any size upto 240 Sqmm including excavation & earthwork in any type of strata of size 4x2x0.6m to visually inspect/repair the damaged cable when and where directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, Installation and Fixing LT 250A Bus Bar Feeder Pillar shall be OEM made out of GRP, Glass-fiber reinforced polyester SMC as per EN 14598-1-UP FR2 material with Protection class IP 54 in accordance with IEC 60529 and Color code RAL 7032 completely dyed in mass and box shall be made out of insulating, slow-burning and self-extinguishing composite (polyester + glass fiber) characterized with resistance to atmospheric agents (UV). Protection class II (EN 61140) when correctly installed on the base and Panel internal size should be not less than 590mm x 800mm x 220 mm. GRP material shall be Anti-corrosive suitable for saline atmosphere and have ambient temperatures of -50°C up to +120°C, Flammability HB 40 a, b (EN 60695-11-10),V-1. Glow wire tested at 960°C/ 3 mm as per EN 60695-2-12. The dimensional stability under heat is more than 200 °C as per ISO 75 – 2 method A . The enclosure is Halogen-free, resistant to termites. GRP cabinet should withstand minimum Di-Electric strength of 130KV/Cm as per IEC 60243-1. The Panel box shall have shall be equipped with GRP handle lock with Manual outer locking and the provision to insert various type of locking cylinders provided to avoid unauthorized access. RoHS Directive (EU) 2015/863 (extension to directive 2011/65/EU),REACH Regulation (EC) no. 1907/2006. The Feeder Pillar with MCCB 250A FP 36KA - 1 No. Panel mounted on suitable MS Angle Stand and TPN Aluminium Bus-bar with Heat Shrinkable Sleeves of capacity 300 Amp, wiring of Panel with suitable size of Copper Conductor Cable, Thimbles, etc. having size of the Panel suitable for fixing the Items/Materials mentioned at here-in-below, complete all as specified and as directed .

Notes:-1. The minor items such as Lugs, Nuts and Bolts, Washers, Top Insulators, Sleeves, provision of extra holes in bus bar etc. shall be provided by the Contractor as directed. The Quoted Rate shall be deemed to include the cost of the same and nothing extra shall be admissible from the department on this account what-so-ever. 2. All internal wiring shall be done with suitable size of PVC insulated solid copper conductor FRLS cable conforming to IS-694. 3. The Panel drawings shall be got approved from GE before placing the Order. 4. The bus connection for cable from main bus bar to outgoing MCCB will be connected through suitable rating bus bar strip type duly insulated.

Supplying, Installing, Testing and Commissioning Outdoor type Cubical Feeder Pillar Box of size 1.00m x.0.90m x 0.50m, platform mounted factory made totally enclosed dust and vermin proof (protection class IP-54) single shutter front opening with locking arrangement complete made of angle iron 50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm thick frame work, outer shell made out of 3.15 mm thick MS sheet and inner shell made out of 2.0mm thick MS sheet duly painted with powder coated paint over a coat of red oxide primer over outside and inside complete. M&L for repair any size of LT panel of panel door ,hinged nut bolts clamp and welding and fabrication work as required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing in repair digitals 3 phase voltmeter class 1 flush mounting of Size 96x96 mm Suitable for 240 voltage complete all as directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Supply & Fixing in repairs digitals 3 phase ammeter 5A class 1 flush mounting of Size 96x96 mm Suitable for 440 voltage with selector switch in LT panel and DG set LT panel complete all as directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Cutting of tree branches of any girth along HT/ LT OH lines & street light pole at a distance not less than 2 meter on either side of the pole cleaning of bushes and shrubes of any type along entire RM of pole. Cleaning /prunning should be carried out as and when required during entire running period of contract or as when directed by E-I-C. A fine of one time quated rate per running meter will be deducted if the over groth is found along the pole complete all as directed by Engr-in- Charge.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-II (Schedule of credit) Credit amount of Rs (Refer schedule of credit) for retrieved material mentioned in Sch 'A' Part-II of Tender documents in PDF form will be deducted offline during acceptance of tender of lowest bidder.
