Panel side : 33 KV panel side the circuit sprouts / Bus sprouts has to be checked. Proper closing of sprouts to be checked. Any mechanical imbalance is found to be rectified. Proper DC system has to be checked for functioning indication system & tripping & closing system has to be properly checked and mentioned.

Breaker side : The trowlley to be checked for mechanical fitment inside the chamber, Proper checking of tripping / closing system application of greasing to complete mechanison. Drain out 6.3 MVA Transformer oil complete & do proper welding and ensure that no leakage from the transformer is observed after welding or apply other tactics to stop the leakage complete as specified. A qualified team of technicians OEM shall conduct a thorough inspection which shall be consisting of all standard tests with reports for proper diagnosis of transformer and maintenance according to OEM's recommendations at site. Ensuring that protective devices, such as overload relays, temperature sensors shall function correctly.
