Material and labour for one coat of acrylic water based interior grade primer @0.8 ltrs (undiluted)/10sq mtrs diluted with water 1:1 ratio to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI.and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 m. The spray machine should be of reputed paint manufacturer as mentioned in PS. Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for two coats of water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion of approved coulur with silicon addictive & color stay technology excellent dirt pick up resistance with low VOC less than 50 gram/ltr as per the LEEDS specification anti algal propertiess in two coats @ 1.79 ltrs (undiluted)/10sq mtrs diluted with water as per manufacturer instruction applied over priming coat with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 m. the spray machine should be of reputed paint manufacturer as mentioned in PS and accessories for applying emulsion should be able to spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of emulsion on the surface using auto roller for making the surface uniform complete all as specified and directed. Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of oil bound distemper using airless spray technology with maximum working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 m. the spray machine should be of repeated paint manufacturer as mentioned in PS and accessories for applying distemper should be able to spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of distemper on the surface using auto roller for making the surface uniform complete all as specified and directed Note :- Sanding of surface to be done by mechanical sander with 1500-2700 rpm with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by paint manufacturer. Proper mashking to be carried out before primer and paint application

Material and labour for applying two coats of plastic emulsion paint using airless spray technology with maximum working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 m. the spray machine should be of repeated paint manufacturer as mentioned in PS and accessories for applying plastic emulsion should be able to spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of plastic emulsion on the surface using auto roller for making the surface uniform complete all as specified and directed

Prepartaion of wall surface and application of textures panes in following stage :- (i) sanding the surface to make it smooth and applied to 2 mm thick acrylic wall putty allow its to dry for four to six hours after the putty the surface as dried against sanding the surface and applied one coat of deco solvent based primer over the surface. (iii) Again sanding the surface and apply first coat of Royale base coat and second coat of Royle Luxury Emulsion with Proper dillution of water as per procedure recommended by Engr-in-charge. (iv) After the drying time of 3-4 hrs, apply top coat of Co -polymer based interior special effects emulsion which will not rag or sag on vertical surface with abrasion residance, odouless and non-toxic properties to provide different types of spl effects such as crinkles , dapple weaving , canvas , spatula, colour , ragging sponging combing, brushing etc. with different tools . complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from walls (any number of layers) by scrapping with steel scrappers or any other means, including filling depressions of scrapped surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer over a coat of 1 to 2 mm thick wall care putty with preparation of plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing old decorated plastered surfaces of wall including cornices, pilastered etc. by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down existing colour surface smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salt and trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of oil bound distemper (approved colour/ shade) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing old decorated plastered surfaces of ceiling including cornices, pilastered etc. by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down existing colour surface smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salt and trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of oil bound distemper (approved colour/ shade) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of old decorated plastered surfaces of walls including cornices, pilaster etc., by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salt and trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of cement base paint of approved colour, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old wooden surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synnthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Preparing old painted steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of white/ approved colour/shade synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of old decorated plastered surfaces of walls including cornices, pilaster etc., by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salt and trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of exterior weather proof paint of approved colour, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description, on brick or stone walls, etc inclding raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc including removing rubbish off from the premires complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work in CM in 1:4 finished even and fair and mixing with water proofing liquid as per manufacturer instruction (but excluding the cost of water proofing liquid ) external surface all as specified

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound of approved make.

Rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces in ceiling, finished fair & even complete.

Removal of vegetations from roots etc on wall/Roof area n.exc 1.00 sqm each and making good the surface by grouting the holes and matching the plastered surfaces 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes etc of capacity exc. 250 & not exc. 500 ltrs complete all as specified and directed

NOTE against Item No. 1 to 8. (a) The prepartory and application work pertaining to periodical services and waterproofing shall be executed from authorize applicator duly certified by manufacture of the paint, distamper, putty etc before execution of work necessary approval shall be taken from Engineer-in-Charge with all documentaryevidences . (b) Where the item executed upto 10 meter height, scaffolding, props jacks shuttering and ladder shall be provided by the contractor in his own arrangement and the same is included in unit rates quoted green cloth shall be provided all areound the work site are any postion of height with all safety precuation(i,e safety jacket, safety shoes, safety mask safety halment, safety harness, safety goggls etc) without safety precaution this work will not be commmenced as decide date by Enginner-in-Charge/ By Garrison Engineer. (c) The contractor shall enter in memorandum of understanding (MoU) duly notirzed (Not less than three month old) with manufactore mentioned in the contract agreement. The work shall be only be commenced than MOU shall be submitted by contractor. The validity of MoU shall be valid during the currency of the work . However during defect lialbility period if any defect notice contractor shall be responsible for the rectification of the same. (d) Insuarnce shall be each work shall be provided during the currency of the work and no extra cost shall be paid. The same shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (e) Masking/ covering of the window door during spray painting using polythene film shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate (f) No payment of additional height shall be paid to the contractor. (g) cleaning and clearing site of paint mates etc deemed to be included quoted rate. (h) Completion of the work will not be issued without proper cleaning of site as perr direction of GE or Enginner -in-Charge.

Deduct Schedule of Credit of Rs. (-) 0.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule 'A' Part-II. Contract Sum shall be arrived after deducting the credit amount Note: Tenderers will not quote against this item being a firm amount.
