Taking down existing unserviceable distribution board, switch fuse unit, enclosure for MCB / DB (inclusive of MCBs of any type and capacity) and making good the disturbed surface all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing unserviceable submain wiring any size and making good the disturbed surface all as specified and as directed.

Taking down Electric meter any type including disconnection electrically and refixing the same at same or new location as directed and specified by the Engineer in charge.

Material and labour for sub main wiring with two single core PVC insulated (unsheathed) multi strand copper conductor FRLS cable of size 6 sqmm and one single core PVC insulated (unsheathed) multi strand copper conductor FRLS cable of size 4 sqmm as in continuous earth wire drawn into and including concealed PVC conduit medium grade 25mm dia complete with fittings and fixings accessories complete and including cutting chases pinning in making good to facing and pointing in using cement moter 1:3 and making good disturbed surface including taking down old unserviceable submain wiring complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item No- 7 above but in casing N caping

All as per item No- 7 but two single core 6 sq mm FRLS PVC insulated copper cable 1100 volts grade multi stranded, sheathed conductor in existing surface/concealed conduit including 6 sq mm multi-strand FRLSH PVC insulated copper wire for earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly complete and making good disturbed surface complete. Note:- Cost of PVC conduit, cutting chases on walls and making good disturbed wall surfaces including finishing with cement mortar (1:4) matching with the existing shade / tint are deemed to be included in the rates quoted.

All as per item No- 7 but in surface conduite with two single core 6 sq mm FRLS PVC insulated copper cable 1100 volts grade multi stranded, sheathed conductor including 6 sq mm multi-strand FRLSH PVC insulated copper wire for earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly complete and making good disturbed surface complete. Note:- Cost of PVC conduit, cutting chases on walls and making good disturbed wall surfaces including finishing with cement mortar (1:4) matching with the existing shade / tint are deemed to be included in the rates quoted.

S&F in repair factory made epoxy powder coated Distribution board vertical TPN 4 ways (TPN MCB DB) with metal door (IP-43 protection) fabricated from minimum 1.6mm thick CRCA sheet and fixed flush to wall and suitable for universal mounting and including 200 Amp copper bus bar, neutral bar, standard DIN rail, Earth bar and cable ties for cale management, top and bottom removable gland plates with Knockouts and suitable for one FP-MCCB 160/250 Amp as incomer and SP/TP MCBs outgoing including taking down of existing of unserviceable DB, complete all as specified and confirming to IS : 8623.

Supply and fix in replacement of Thermal magnetic release MCCB 4 pole 415 volt rapturing capacity 25 KA 0f size 63 amp complete all as specified.

Supply & fixing MCB Single Pole and Neutral (SPN) of capacity 40 Amps , 240 volts in proper position all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Make : Legrand , schneider Electric)

Supply & fixing MCB Single Pole (SP) of capacity 6 to 40 amps , 240 volts in proper position all as specified and as directed .

Supply and fixing fully diffused recessed mounted luminaire 2'x2' LED 36Watt suitable for POP/Gypsum false ceiling complete with hosing with all accessories pre wired and making connection with three core copper flexible cable of size 23/0.0076 from ceiling rose to PVC connection to light fitting complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cm.x6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts,nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part I 2009 connected to earthing test point, 20 mm bore medium grade GI watering pipe, 15mm bore light grade GI protection pipe, PCC chamber with RCC cover, funnel with wire mesh etc including necessary test on completion all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade ISI marked as per IS 7098-I laid in trenches ducts or fixing or passing through GI pipe across the road/path/drains/along wall/floor/equipment etc. cross sectional area 35 Sqmm 3.5 core with necessary cable lugs, ncluding taking down unserviceable cable, complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and laying XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade ISI marked as per IS 7098-I laid in trenches ducts or fixing or passing through GI pipe across the road/path/drains/along wall/floor/equipment etc. cross sectional area 25 Sqmm 3.5 core with necessary cable lugs, ncluding taking down unserviceable cable, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for GI pipe 50 mm dia "light grade" ISI marked, laid in trenches/ on floors/on, pole/road for cable protection including necessary joints / fittings including taking up / down and removing old unserviceable GI pipe complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for GI pipe 40 mm dia "light grade" ISI marked, laid in trenches/ on floors/on, pole/road for cable protection including necessary joints / fittings including taking up / down and removing old unserviceable GI pipe complete all as specified and directed .

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of CPRI approved, factory made, LT panel board cubical, Outdoor type, floor mounted double door, 3 phase 4 wire, 50 cycles, 415 Volts. The panel board shall be made of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet for load bearing members and 16 SWG (1.6 mm thick) for doors covers and internal partitions and shall be powder coated both side. Base frame of the panel shall be made of ICMC channel of size 50 x50 x 6mm, duly grouted on platform made of brick work in CM (1:2:4), 15mm thick plastering in CM (1:6) having minimum height of 600mm. The panel shall be provided with separate compartments for each switch gears with hinged door including interlocking with switch gears. The panel board shall be suitable for AC, 415 Volts, 50 Hz, 3 phase, 4 wire supply complete with epoxy insulated 600 Amps rated high conductivity copper bus bars, supported with DMC / SMC barriers and coluor coded, prewired with copper cable, the degree of protection is IP-54. the panel shall be complete with instrumentation such as LED phase indicating lamps and CT's, including extended aluminium strip of rating of Incomer (400Amps), and outgoing as per rating of MCCB’s, including aluminium lugs to connect the cable etc., and comprising of the following:-

(a) MCCB 400 amps, 4 pole, 415V, 50Hz, AC Supply with breaking capacity 36KA (Adjustable thermal & fixed magnetic release) - 01 Nos (Incomer) (b) MCCB 250 amps, 4 pole, 415V, 50Hz, AC Supply with breaking capacity 25 KA (Adjustable thermal & magnetic release) - 08 Nos (outgoing) (c) Multifunctional meter Make-HPL (NEFVIFPE000)---01 Nos (d) Indicator lamp RYB :01 Set (e) CT'S 600/5 01 Set Make-Kappa

Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Mtr above the starting point complete all as specified.

M&L for Sand cushioning to cable laid in tranches using clean, dry fine sand free from organic particle complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Finished thickness of sand cushioning after punned down shall be considered for calculating the volume for payment.
