INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

M & L earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 X 600 X 6 mm thick burried directly in ground [earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level] with top edge of Plate not less than 1.50 m below normal ground level connected to GI earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia [earth lead] and GI pipe 50 mm, medium grade for earthing lead protection to the extent of maximum 7.5m, earth plate electrode surrounded by 150 mm thick packed layers of charcoal and common salt filled in alternate layers, connected to the plate by means of GI Bolts & Nuts complete all as per electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part – I, connected to panel / DB including testing on completion including main earthing, charcoal, common Salt, PCC [1:2:4, Type B1] Pit with RCC 1:2:4, type B1 Cover, 50 mm thick with 6 Nos, 8 mm dia TMT bars in both ways, MS frame made with 40 X 40 X 6 mm angle Iron, MS Funnel with 20 mm bore, medium grade GI Watering pipe, wire mesh, earth work excavation, return filling, removal of surplus soil etc. complete all as specified. Note: GI earth wire upto 7.5 metres shall be deemed to be included in the quoted lumpsum and beyond 7.5 metre shall be measured and paid separately under relavent item.

S& F surface/wall mounted batten LED luminaire 20 watt 6500 K decorative ultra slim square profile LED lighting fixture with extruded polycarbonate including flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose to connector of LED fitting complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F High performance IP66 LED streetlight 20 watt, housing made of die-cast aluminium with street optics lens with all accessories and connecting up with and including provision of 3 core flexible copper wire of size 1.5 sqmm from ceiling rose and 20 watt LED light etc drawn through and including 32 mm bore GI light grade protection pipe upto 1.0 m length with suitable fixing accessories on walls complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F LED lamp 9 watt B-22 holder base with polycarbonate body and aluminium heat sink warm white light complete all as specified and as directed.

INTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

Supply and fix of shower rose swipe type brass chromium plated 125 mm heavy duty swivel type suitable for 15 mm bore fitting complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix of brass chromium plated tubular towel rail of 20 mm dia D type 60 cm long between flanges complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix of bevelled edge mirror of size 600 mm x 450 mm of selected quality glass and approved size mounted on 6 mm thick AC building board or commercial plywood and fixed to wooden plugs with SS screws and cup washers complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix of soap dish vitreous china white of approx size 160 mm x 160 mm x 90 mm complete all as specified and as directed

SEWAGE DISPOSAL

On site LLDPE septic tank for 10 Users (UPFLOW FILTER INLCUDING MEDIA) designed to carry sewage and sullage water, excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 below foundation, Vent shaft, connection etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Soakage well excavation in ordinary soil foundation on PPC 1:3:6 walls of honeycombed and solid in M25 concrete including intercepting chambers, screen chambers, brick work in CM , RCC cover slab in M25 /RR masonry /filling with brick bats complete of size 1.8 mtr dia 3.00m deep complete all as specified and as directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY

Supply, install, testing and commissioning distribution transformer of capacity 63 KVA step down, outdoor type level 3 complete with standard fittings, HT 11 KV 3 phase, LT 433 volts, 3 phase 4 wire with off load tappings on HT side to vary secondary voltage including comprising of following (a) No load voltage ratio 11 KV/433V (b) Vector Group DYN 11 (c) Type core type double copper wound (d) temperature rise 45/50 degree centigrade (oil/winding) (e) tap changer on HT side with + 7.5% in steps of 2.5% each (f) cable end box on HT and LT side to accommodate cables (g) conservator with drain valve (h) explosion vent with diaphram and sighting glass (j) air release plug (k) earthing terminals 02 Nos for body and 02 Nos for neutral (l) lifting lugs (m) flanged rollers (n) silica gel breather with transparent body and oil seal (o) radiator with top and bottom shut off brass gate valves (p) brass/ gun metal drain valve (q) first filling of transformer oil (r) cooling ONAN (s) inspection cover (t) danger notice board (u) cable entry box complete with all necessary control cables, necessary civil works for making foundation for transformer mounting etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for LT busbar chamber box of minimum size 600 cm (Height) x 400 cm (Width) x 350 cm (Depth), outdoor type, double door type, front/rear opening type suitable for 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire (100% neutral), 50 Hz supply system all as specified and directed. Box made out of 3.15 mm CRCA sheet factory made wheather proof, dust proof and vermin proof duly powder coated with 04 Nos aluminum busbar 100 Amps, each busbar having 04 Nos of nuts, bolts, washers horizentally placed on insulators suitable for & including MCCB 4 Pole 63 A,thermal adjustable and magentic setting having rupturing capacity 25 KA (Ics=100% Icu), 415 volts AC along with Extended Ratory handle ,Spreader terminals and phase barrier hinged and lockable door arrangement complete with interconnections with aluminium solid strips, busbar chamber mounted on angle iron 40x40x6 mm frame having 4 Nos legs 45 cm long of 40x40x6 mm angle iron, 15 cm grouted in PCC of ratio 1:3:6 and 30 cm clear space from ground level including fixed on angle iron frame complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.(Note: Panel shall be a front/rear opening with cable entry from the bottom).

Supply, install testing and commissioning in repairs of LT feeder pillar box, cubical type, outdoor type pedestal mounted on angle iron frame 40x40x6mm , dust and vermin proof and panel fixed with PCC 1:3:6 with 40mm graded aggregate type B2 & copying with PCC type C1 1:2:4 using 20mm graded aggregate and ambedded 15cm deep in PCC suitable for 3 phase 4 wire 415 Volt 50 Hz AC supply made out of sheet steel 3.15 mm thick, including spray painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer and with the following accessories :- (a) Copper bus bar,TPN of capacity 200 Amps for phases & 200 Amps for neutral - 01 Set. Cable route indicator of 10 cm dia ,CI plate 6mm thick embossed with raised lettering LT cable 1100 volts with size of cable painted with brown luminus paint and mounted on angle iron 25mm x 25mmx 3mm and 0.6 mtr long embedded in PCC block 1:2:4 (size 30cm x 15cmx 15cm ) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

Cable route indicator of 10 cm dia ,CI plate 7mm thick embossed with raised lettering HT cable 11000 volts with size of cable painted with brown luminus paint and mounted on angle iron 25mm x 25mmx 3mm and 0.6 mtr long embedded in PCC block 1:2:4 (size 30cm x 15cmx 15cm ) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm.× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, using galvanised iron strip 32 x 6 mm as earthing lead connected by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

SUMMER APPLIANCES

Supply and fix desert cooler electric driven (single phase), having nominal air flow capacity of 4000 CuM per hour (or nearest size).Plastic/PVC/Stainless steel Body complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix electric water heater 25 L capacity, storage type steel body with ABS body with glass lined steel inner tank and heating element 2 KW , BEE 5 Star rated complete with all accessories such as safety valve, thermostate, NRV, connection piece etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only bottled water dispenser, having option of dispensing hot and cold water with cooling capacity 3 ltrs/hr and tank capacity of 3.4 ltrs, heating capacity 6 ltrs/hr and tank capacity 1.6 ltrs, working in R - 134a refrigerant complete all as specified and directed.
