M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level, connecting to galvanised iron earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolt, nuts, check nuts and washer of galvanised iron and earth lead wire protected by provision of galvanised iron pipe medium grade, 20mm bore including provn of concrete pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates with 40mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed aggregates reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4 kg/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 40 x 40 x6 mm and with 6mm dia MS bar handle made to shape, GI light grade 20mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 mtr long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling, test point made to shape 20mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 mtr long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt and charcoal test point made 75x75x25mm of phosphorous bronze with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and earth work in hard/ dense soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr, all as per electrical plate No. 3 of SSR 2009 Part-I and connection to earth test point all as specified and testing on completion.

Excavation in trenches not exc.1.5 mtr wide and not exc.1.5 m in depth for foundation of poles, stay assembly and laying of LT/HT cable as in any type of soil and getting out, complete all as specified and directed.

-Ditto- all as per ser item No 8 above but depth exceeding 1.5 m and not exceeding 3 m.

Returning, filling, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated material to a distance not exc.50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above starting point.

M&L for sand cushioning to underground cables 8 cm below the cable before laying and 15 cm above the cable after laying, complete all as specified in clause 19.75 of SSR Part-I, complete all as specified.

M & L sub class ‘B brick, old size, brick covering laid dry, flat, transversally along the length of cable on sand cushioning, with width equal to the length of the brick, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete in bed of poles streets and stays 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate all as specified directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in pole coping and stay assembly including necessary form work, all as specified directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete in foundationof poles streets and stays 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate all as specified directed.

Supply, laying, commissioning and testing of XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable of size 500 sqmm 3.5 core with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, laid in trenches, passing through pipes, fixed on walls complete including connecting properly by means of thimbles all as specified and directed .

-Ditto- all as per item No 17 but cable of size 300 sq mm, 3.5 core

-Ditto- all as per item No 17 but cable of size 240 sq mm, 3.5 core

S & F for steel tubular swaged poles erected truly vertical or planted as strut complete with 300 x300x 6 mm thick mild steel base plate, welded to pole, B-118 final, taper cap, bolts, nuts & screws, poles made out of ERW MS tubing conforming to IS-2713 Part-II. type 410 SP-31 (9.0 metres long) including drilling of holes of reqd size for fixing of cross arms, painting the exposed surfaces of pole with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and with two coats of black bitumenous paint internally & portion embedded in concrete, making five black & yellow bands at lower portion of pole each 300mm wide alternately, and making pole No. with black paint at suitable height all as specified and directed.

M&L for galvanised steel wire of size 4mm dia stetching, fixing and binding to pole to pole for earth continuity wity binding wire or Aluminium tapes which shall not be included in weight of conductor complete all as speficied and directed.

M&L for ACSR conductor of size 6/2.59 (aluminium) 1/.59 (Steel) and Weasel type including stretching, fixing and binding to insulator on OH LT/HT line service feeders all as specified including aluminium binding wire or aluminium tapes complete all as specified.

M&L for shackle type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulators for working pressure 1100 volts grade, 90 mm dia 75 mm height including galvanized mild steel straps of 31 x 3 mm size, 12 mm dia insulator bolts, washers and nuts complete all as specified.

M & L for pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white or brown insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, one galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 100 mm height, 65mm dia for 1100 (LT) volts grade. complete all as specified.

S&F 1100 volt grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated multistranded aluminium stranded conductor served with PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connection suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 mtr apart including 4mm dia GI suspension wire one twin core flat cable of circular of size 16 sqmm . complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge .

M&L for danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel of size 25x20cm, vitreous enamelled white, with letter, figures and conventional skull bones in signal red colour and fixed with mild steel clamps, nuts, bots and washers clamps made out of 25x3mm flat iron for HT poles/transformers/pillar box etc with voltage and danger indicated in Hindi and English complete all as specified and directed

M&L anti-climbing device; spikes type fabricated out of M.S. bars (round, square and flat) including nuts, bolts, washers and welding in two halves made to shape to suit the cross section of the pole, all as specified.
