Supply, installation, testing & commissioning in replacement of totally enclosed feeder pillar, outdoor type, fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet, dust and vermin proof, powder coated, double door type (independent cabin including locking arrangement for each MCCBs, bus bar chamber enclosed complete) suitable for operating on 415 Volts, 50 Hz, AC supply. internally wired with copper conductor, having legs 90 cms & made out of 50x50x6 mm angle iron grouted on brick masonary platform upto 45 cm. Brick masonary platform should be 60 cm above the ground Level. and comprising the following:- (a) Aluminium bus bar 400 Amps TPN of suitable length and of cross section as per design with colour codding. Bus bars shall be designed to with stand a fault level of 36 KA at 415 volts- 01 Set (b) MCCB 4 pole 250 Amp, 36 KA and thermal & magnetic releases with Ics=100%Icu. confirming to IEC 60947-2 with short circuit and over load protection. -01 No (Incoming) (c) MCCB 4 pole 100 Amp, 16 KA and thermal & magnetic releases with Ics=100%Icu. confirming to IEC 60947-2 with short circuit and over load protection. -03 Nos (Out going) (c) Change over switch 200A, 4 pole -01 No (d) MCB DP 32 Amp 240 Volts -01 No (Outgoing). (e) Digital type amp meter 0-500Amp with CT’s & selector switch - 01 No (f) LED Indicating lamp (RYB-one set) (g) Digital voltmeter 0-500 volts with selector switch-01 No Note:- (i) The panel shall be front operated with cable entry from the bottom with cable glands. Earth bus shall be part of the main feeder pillar. (ii) Fabrication of feeder pillar box to be approved by CPRI, depth of the panel not less than 50 cm. (iii) Cost for construction of platform for panel of brick masonary work built in cement mortar 1:6 with foundation in 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 including plaster work in cement mortar 1:4 , 50mm thick coping in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 deemed to be included in the item rate. No Extra payment will be made. (iv) MCCB's should be connected with extensions terminals at both side (incoming and outgoing)

Brick masonary platform should be 60 cm above the ground level and comprising the following:- (a) Aluminium bus bar 500 Amps TPN of length suitable for fixing minimum 6 cables and of crossection as per design with colour codding. Bus bars shall be designed to with stand a fault level of 36 KA at 415 volts-01 Set (b) Digital type amp meter 0-500Amp with CT’s & selector switch - 01 No. (c) LED Indicating lamp (RYB-one set) -01 No (d) Digital voltmeter 0-500 volts with selector switch-01 No Note:- (i) The panel shall be front operated with cable entry from the bottom with cable glands. No Extra payment will be made. (iv) After fixing the bus bar panel, all electric connections will be made without any extra cost all as specified and directed.

(as incoming) -01 No (c) MCCB 250 Amp,4 pole,25 KA having thermal & magnetic releases with Ics=100%Icu. confirming to IEC 60947-2 with short circuit and over load protection (as incoming and outgoing) -02 Nos (d) MCCB 100 Amp, 4 pole ,16 KA having thermal & magnetic releases with Ics=100%Icu. conferming to IEC 60947-2 with short circuit and over load protection.(as incoming and outgoing) -02 Nos (e) MCCB 63 Amp,4 pole, 16 KA having thermal and magnetic releases with Ics=100%Icu. conferming to IEC 60947-2 with short circuit and over load protection.(as incoming and outgoing) -01 No (f) Digital type amp meter 0-500Amp with CT’s & selector switch - 01 No. (g) LED Indicating lamp (RYB-one set) (h) Digital voltmeter 0-500 volts with selector switch -01 No Note:- (i) The panel shall be front operated with cable entry from the bottom with cable glands.
