M&L of Forming embankments including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers n exc. 30 cm thick; watering, ramming/rolling and finishing to required size, shape, etc., n exc. 1.5m high from base complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (Using 40mm graded stone agg) in foundation, mass concrete and filiingscomplete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks of class designation 7.5 all as per IS-1077-1992 (minimum compressive strength of brick 75 kg / Sqcm) old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified & directed.

M&L plain cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in benching, bed plates coping and the like including necessary formwork weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angle and fiishing all exposed surface of concrete, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering & well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&F for 10mm thick rendering cement plaster in cement and sand mortar 1:4 over brick or concrete surfaces finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed

M&F for preparation of new plastered or un-plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.5cum getting out as in soft/loose soil, returing, filling in and raming earth/broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n.exc 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and making good surface in soft/loose soil.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 (Using 40mm graded stone agg) in foundation, mass concrete and filiings complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&F rolled mild steel sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates conforming to grade Fe - 410-W (Gde-E-250), all as specified.

M&F for rolled mild steel work as in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. conforming to grade Fe - 410-W (Gde-E-250),complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing Plates 5mm thick or over in thickness in available sizes ,plain or chequered, cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) with riveted, with riveted, bolted or welded attachment using Fe - 410-W (Gde-E-250),complete all as specified.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L preparation of new steel surface of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide/zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Rolling consolidation formation surfaces in cutting and filling by exc 8 tonne and not exc 12 tonne power roller complete all as specified and as directed.

Soiling (or sub base ) with broken boulders or quarried stone,intersticces filled,surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gbbbradient and camber, spread thickness in 200 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 150mm thick (compacted thickness ) WBM in two layers each of 7.5 cm thick (compacted thickness ), with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40 mm size ) spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required type of aggregate granite, Trap or Basalt, all as specified.

M&L applying evenly a priming /tack coat with bituminous (VG-10) primer at 10 Kg per 10 Sqm, paving bitumen for bituminous surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for premixed bituminous macadam (consolidated thickness 75mm or less ) laid / rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber and gradiant using mechanical paver and rolled with 8 to 12 tonne capacity power road roller to uniform smooth surface using binder content of 4% by weight of total mix using paving bitumen of grade (VG-30) complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for laying bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 40mm (consolidated thickness) using with 5.5% of binder (grade VG-30) content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using mechanical paver and rolled with 8 to 12 tonne capacity power road roller rolled to uniform smooth surface ,complete all as specified and as directed. Note for items No 23 & 24: (i) Central computerised Hot mix plant of adequate capacity shall be used for heating and mixing of constituents for preparation of bituminous macadam and the same shall be laid with mechanical sensor paver all as specifiedand directed (ii) Over newly provided bituminous macadam surfaces, further bituminous work, if ordered, shall be provided simultaneously after provision of bituminous macadamı & πο separate payment for provision of tack coat for bonding between the bituminous macadam & further bituminous work necessiated due to the time period gap or otherwise shall be made for separately (iii) The design mix shall be carried out from the Zonal lab/ Govt approved lab/Govt Engr College as approved by GE and design mix shall be got approved by GE before (iv) The cost of all the above aspects shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates of above item

M&L applying evenly a priming /tack coat with bituminous (VG-30) primer at 3.5 Kg per 10 Sqm, paving bitumen for mud surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 2.5mm thick painting to road surfaces as in line, dashes, arrows, letter , zebra crossing etc on road, pavements and like with thermoplastic road marking paint @5 Kg/ Sqm and applying glass beads @ 300gms/ Sqm over painted surfaces while the painted surfaces are hot by mechanical means including cleaning surfaces complete all as specified.

Surface dressing not exceeding 15cm deep in soft/ loose soil including cutting of grass, roots, bushes if any and removing from site all grass, roots complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for hard core of broken stone or boulders of gauge not exceeding 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling under floor or in foundation including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 100mm thick machine pressed pre cast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of M-50 grade with grey cement and pigment etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for walling of random rubble stone masonry built in cement mortar 1:6 uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted and pointing surface in contact with earth in the same mortar, including providing weep holes as the work proceeds complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Volume occupied by precast bonder will be deducted from the stone masonary.

M&L for extra over stone walling for hammer dressing with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface not exceeding 20 mm to face stones (lime and sand stone ) and dressing of face beds and joints, as specified of random rubble walling, uncoursed or brought upto course complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for providing pre-cast cement concrete Type B-1 (1;2:4)in window or door cills, lintels bressumers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with masonry), string courses, copings, kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, anchorage blocks, bonders (for stone walling), corbels, brackets, etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings throating etc and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete with joints to match, all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge

M&L for raised pointing to random or polygonal rubble stone masonary, uncoursed or brought upto course in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F PVC (SWR) pipes 110mm bore ISI marked single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints fixed in walls etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for broken stone boulder filling dry hand packed tightly as in back of wall complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand - rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc; wind ties for roof including securing bolts;posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 all as specified.

S&F for Mild steel screw bolts (machine made ) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut length of bolt exc 10cm but not exceeding 15 cm long (diameter of shank 11 mm to 15 mm), all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surface of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains etc like including necessary forms/ moulds complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for extra for forming fair faces (finished) drain of channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms moulds mitered stopped end etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 nominal mix using 40mm graded aggregate as in concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for internal dia of pipe 300 mm (thickness of bed shall be 15 cms), all as specified. Note :- (i) The unit rate include for use of form work. (ii) Width of bed shall be outer dia of drain pipe plus 30 cms . Haunching shall be as per MES SSR-part-I/Part-II

M&L for 300mm dia Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge
