M&L for 12mm thick prelaminated particle board, exterior grade, prelaminated both side with decorative choice lamination,fixed with screws,cleats as required for frame work.complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 25mm harrison rails, mild steel, chromium plated with fixing brackets,stops, rollers etc.complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for sub main wiring with two single core FRLS, PVC insulated, stranded, unsheathed cable copper conductor with size 04 sqmm and drawing through & including non metallic PVC conduit concealed in wall including earth continuity conductor of size 04 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable and connected to earth dolly to be drawn in concealed PVC conduit including connecting to main board complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket industrial type complete with one single pole MCB rating with 40 Amps complete all specified directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing verna manual storage water heater 500 Ltr capacity floor mounted intallation type electric water heater, storage type galvanised sheet with painting and inner tank mild steel with polymer coating tank 2mm thik and heating element 6 KW capacity 500 litre, 230 volts, 50Hz, temperature range 35 degree to 75 degree dimension of geyser 710mmx1999mm(WxH) cat No-VRN-GRY-500 and equivalent complete with all accessories such as safety valve, thermostate, NRV, connection piece etc complete all as specified directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing for 25mm dia bore galvanised steel water tubing, ''medium grade'' together with all fittings (ISI Marked) such as elbows, bends, tees, nipples, union sockets etc and short pieces and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floors/trenches complete including taking connection with old existing tubes all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing for 15mm dia bore galvanised steel water tubing, ''medium grade'' together with all fittings (ISI Marked) such as elbows, bends, tees, nipples, union sockets etc and short pieces and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floors/trenches complete including taking connection with old existing tubes all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs for stop valve/angle valve cast copper alloy, screw down high pressure, crutch handle screwed both end for iron pipe, fancy type, chromium plated for 15/25mm bore pipe complete all as specified directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F bib taps, 15mm dia fancy type, with chromium plated crutch or butterfly handle screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass furrule in repairs complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply multi stage pump set of suction of dia 50mm and delivery of dia 50mm and for discharge capacity 12000LPH @ 150Mtr Head, CI impeller multi stage with 20 HP 2880RPM IE2 motor coupled on common base plate with electric motor, three phase, 415V, 50Hz, including making connection with existing pipe line by socket, tee, bend,elbow etc and connection with startor complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply controller made up of CRCA sheet with inbuilt DOL starter for 20HP, 3Ph pump with overload protection, wiring from panel to underground water sump including motor pump to startor complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of factory fabricated outdoor type totaly enclosed sub LT panel of size 0.9m x 0.7m x 0.45m made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet and angle iron of size 40 x 40 x 3 mm floor mounted type with aluminium bus bar of capacity 200 Amp - 04 Nos including two coats of spray synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, including voltmeter, ammeter with necessary CTs & PTs, selector switiches, phase indication lamps for three phase system, control panel & power panel wiring, confirming to IS : 8623, IEC:60439 & CPRI Approved, protection class IP65 with the following accessories :- (a) MCCB FP, Thermal Magnetic Release, 415 Volts, 63 Amps16 KA-01 Outgoing- MCB TPN-02, Outgoing MCB SPN-03, 15 Amp socket with switch -03 Nos (b) Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 170 V to 250 V with output voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of ± 2.5% and of capacity 5 KVA

Note :- (i) The quoted rate shall includes minor items such as lugs, nuts & bolts, washers, top insulators, sleeves, provision of extra holes in bus bar etc. (ii) All internal wiring shall be done with suitable size of PVC insulated solid copper conductor FRLS cable conforming to IS-694. (iii) Panel drawing shall be got approved before placing of order from Engr-in-Charge/GE. (iv) The bus connection for cable from main bus bar to outgoing MCCB will be connected through suitable rating bus bar strip type duly insulated. (vi) The Panel shall be surrounded with 9 inch brick wall upto 0.5 mtr height all around the panel and blank portion between panel and wall shall be filled with PCC 1:2:4 incl masonary work leaving ducts for cables complete all as directed. (vii) All MCCBs have Ics= 100% Icu. (vii) 02 Nos of LT panel and connecting item shell be exicute Ops locations under 23 Wing.

Supply & fixing GI tubing light grade 50 mm bore on poles, under floors, road crossing etc all as requried at site and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, laying, connecting including taking out,testing XLPE cable cross sectional area 10 sqmm 4 core underground PVC insulated and over all sheathed with aluminium conductor heavy duty 1100 volts grade laid in trenches, floors, ducts passing through pipe for road crossing etc complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.(excavation, earth work, brick protection sand cushioning and GI pipe etc shall be measured & paid for separately) of following sizes.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr deep in loose / soft soil and getting out for under ground cable / erection of poles, stays etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated material n, exc 50 mtr away and depositing where directed at a level n, exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded aggregate, mechanically crushed stone for mass filling in pole pit and foundation etc including provision of necessary form work to achieve fair finished surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in pole pole foundation, coping, stay pits etc including provision of necessary form work to aachieve fair finishes surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out and shifting servicable under ground cable from trenches, pole, pipe, floor, wall etc for any size complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge (Excavation,earth work, brick protection sand cushioning and GI pipe etc shall be measured & paid for separately)

Supply & fixing Indus series Powder coated pressure die cast alluminium compact high power LED street light fittings with heat resistant toughned glass with lense having 45 Watt including making electric connections using two run of 1.5 sqmm single core unarmoured wire from junction box, fixed in repairs,CA No also engaved on street light complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :-(i) A certificate from the manufactures for warranty minimum upto 02 years shall be obtained and submitted to the AGE/GE (i) Any touch up of the existing surface due to changing of fittings shall be done by contractor with similar surface finish without extra cost to the department.

Supply and fixing cable junction boxes with terminals` IP 66 "halogen free and weather proof” for outdoor installation (with metric knockouts for cable entry - Black Colour) Cable Size 16/25 Sqmm, box dimensions-200 x160 x 98, catalog No-KF 9255(hensel) complete taking out of loop of cable from ground by neccessary earth work all as spcefied and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F cable route indicator made out of 25 x 25 x 3 mm angle iron, 300 mm long embedded in PCC block of suitable size with moulded lettter HT CABLE or LT CABLE suitably incribed on CI circular plate 6 mm thick 80 dia complete including neccessary PCC 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40 mm graded aggrregate) block of suitable size and neccessary earth work and excavation all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 x 60cm x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr deep below GL with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal GL and connected to earth plate surrounded by 15 cm thick packed layers of charcoal dust and common salt and connected to earth lead galvanised iron strip 25×4mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvd iron or steel and thimbles and other end of the earth wire connected to DB and protected by galvd iron or steel pipe light grade 15 mm bore and water pipe 20mm bore GI light grade with funnel and wire mesh, including all necessary excavation and earth work PCC chamber in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 and RCC cover and all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES schedule Pt I of 2009. Note : RCC pit cover shall be pre-cast of RCC (1:2:4) type B-I , 80mm thick reinforced with XPM weighting not less than 4 kg/sqmm in lieu of CI cover.

S&F rigid non metalic PVC conduit 25 mm exclusives of boxes but incudingl all tees, bends, elbows, reducers, bell mouth tube ends and fixing accessories such as couplers, lock nuts, saddles and pipe hooks etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for shifing of LT panel from ASW to aprox 10 mtr complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, and fixing steel tubular swaged poles type 410 SP-31 (9.0 mtr long ) complete with CI base plate and finial including foundation and coping complete all as specified and directed.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-II (Schedule of credit) Credit amount of Rs (Refer schedule of credit) for retrieved material mentioned in Sch 'A' Part-II of Tender documents in PDF form will be deducted offline during acceptance of tender of lowest bidder.
