Dismantling & disconnecting all connection of upper and lower engine, cylinder heads, lines, thrust valve,valve seat inlet and exhaust,main bearing set,inlet valve and exhaust valve,head gasket, CR bearing,hose set,ring set,valve seal,liner O ring,oil seal set,O rings kit,Crank shaft ,Connecting roads, Push roads,Value Guides, Valves seats and all connecting items like ring, washer,gasket etc from diesel engine and sent to OEM authorised Service center for calibration and repairs by replacing the all above said spares such as cylinder heads, lines, thrust valve,valve seat inlet and exhaust,main bearing set,inlet valve and exhaust valve,head gasket,CR bearing,hose set,ring set,valve seal,liner O ring,oil seal set,O rings kit,Crank shaft ,Connecting roads,Push roads,Value Guides, Valves seats and all connecting items like ring ,washer,gasket etc and re-assembling to its original position with necessary fittings and O rings for the following capacities including testing complete all as specified and directed.

DG Sets of capacity above 160 to 250 KVA.

DG Sets of capacity above 250 KVA.

Replacement of microprocessor based control unit suitable to DG set controls/commands of up to 100 KVA capacity with all listed parameters as per recomendation including testing complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement of microprocessor based control unit suitable to DG set controls/commands of above 100 KVA to 250 KVA capacity with all listed parameters as per OEM recommendation including testing complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement of microprocessor based Display unit(HMI) suitable to DG set controls/commands of above 250 KVA to 400 KVA capacity with all listed parameters as per OEM recommendation including testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply anf fixing Copper lugs 120 sqmm to 150 sqmm suitable for 1100 Volt copper cable suitable for existing DG set including removing old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down defective Turbo Charger Assembly duly disconnecting the mechanical and electrical connections from for the DG sets of capacity upto 200 KVA, opening and thoroughly checking to carry out repairs complete to the Turbo Charger Kit including spares as required at site and reassembling and refixing the turbo charger assembly to its original position and reconnecting the same including testing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down defective Turbo Charger Assembly duly disconnecting the mechanical and electrical connections from for the DG sets of capacity above 200 KVA to 400 KVA, opening and thoroughly checking to carry out repairs complete to the Turbo Charger Kit including spares as required at site and reassembling and refixing the turbo charger assembly to its original position and reconnecting the same including testing complete all as specified and directed.

Draining out the fuel from the fuel tank of DG set of any size/capacity and keeping it in separate container safely, disconnecting all the fuel lines and other mechanical connections and taking out the fuel tank for cleaning, internally and externally by removing all the accumulated dirt/ sediment, leak testing the tank and welding/ brazing including one coat of synthetic enamel paint, refixing the tank in its original position, replacing the drain plug and PVC pipe, calibrating the fuel tank, refilling the drained out fuel back into the tank and marking of liters in gauge and provision of locking arrangements ccomplete all as specified and directed .

Dismantling of fuel injection pump overhauling, repairing and replacement of worn out parts of FIP, calibration and testing of fuel pump uptp 250 KVA DG set and testing on test bench and adjustment of injectors and setting of fuel pressure as per manufacturer instructions, complete all as directed.

Dismantling of fuel injection pump overhauling, repairing and replacement of worn out parts of FIP, calibration and testing of fuel pump above 250 KVA to 400 KVA DG set and testing on test bench and adjustment of injectors and setting of fuel pressure as per manufacturer instructions, complete all as directed.

Disconnecting the engine from alternator of DG set upto 125 KVA capacity including all electrical connections, dis-assembling the alternator to carry out the rewinding of armature and rewinding of field coils, including transportation of alternator to workshop and bringing back to site for re-assembling after repairs, re-installation at site and reconnecting alternator with engine including testing on load complete all as directed.

Disconnecting the engine from alternator of DG set above 125 KVA to 250 KVA capacity including disconnecting all electrical connections, dis-assembling the alternator to carry out the rewinding of armature and rewinding of field coils, including transportation of alternator to workshop and bringing back to site for re-assembling after repairs, re-installation at site and reconnecting alternator with engine including testing on load complete all as directed.

Disconnecting the engine from alternator of DG set above 250 KVA and upto 400 KVA capacity after disconnecting all electrical connections including dis-assembling the alternator to carry out the rewinding of armature and rewinding of field coils, including transportation of alternator to workshop and bringing back to site for re-assembling after repairs, re-installation at site and reconnecting alternator with engine including testing on load complete all as directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600mmx600mmx3.15mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level connecting to the GI erthing strip 32x6mm by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron and GI Strip 32x6mm protected by provision of GI Light grade pipe of 40mm bore including provision of concrete pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 40mm grade crushed stone aggregrate iwh 40mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) raniforced with PM (weight not less than 4Kg/sqmm) and frame of angle iron 25x25x6mm with lugs 02 Nos and 6mm dia MS bars handle made to shape, GI Light grade 20mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75m long placed on top edge for earth platem common salt and charcoal filling, test point made out of 75x50x6mm phodphorous bronze with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and earth work in hand/ dense soil filling in andremoval of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m all as per electrical plate No-03 of SSR 1991 Pt-I and connecting to earh test point incl testing on completion, complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing glow sign board made out of bakelite sheet digital enfacement of letters, incl heavy duty MS pipe frame related to installation assets as per site requirement and as directed by Engr-in-Charge to fix in position etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down burnt cable and Supply, laying, jointing and testing XLPE cable insulated, armoured, earthed, heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor , 1100 Volt grade, cross sectional area 95 sqmm 3.5 core including necessary cable lugs, glands, insulation tape etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down burnt cable and Supply, laying, jointing and testing XLPE cable insulated, armoured, earthed, heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor , 1100 Volt grade, cross sectional area 120 sqmm 3.5 core including necessary cable lugs, glands, insulation tape etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m deep for laying cable including getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specifed .

Removing surplus soil to distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed .

Brick protection to cable with one layer of sub class 'B' brick, old size,brick covering laid dry, flat, tranversally along the length of cable on sand cushioning with equal to the length of brick, complete all as specified and directed.

Sand cushioning to under ground cable, 8 cms thick before laying the cable and 15 cms thick after laying and stretching the cable in trenches including hand punning and consolidating, punned to 18cm thickness, complete all as specified and directed. Note : For payment purpose, only punned thickness shall be measured.

Replacement of battery 12/24 Volt, 180AH alongwith battery lead terminal and cut out arrangement, complete all as specified and directed. Make: Exide/Amaron/Standard/Microtek.

Removing the defective charging dynamo of capacity 12/24 Volt DC any make, model, any capacity and opening it by removing all nuts and bolts, cleaning with necessary cleaning agent and overhauling, lubricating, rewinding the damaged winding of field coils with super enamelled copper wire suitable for same existing size/guage & reconnecting the same, refixing back in original position including making all necessary electrical/mechanical connections, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

Self starter Motor, 12/24 volts, suitable for existing DG set above 10 KVA to 500 KVA capacity including making all necessary electrical/mechanical connection as per recomendation of OEM of DG Set & dismantling/taking out old unserviceable self starter Motor from existing position complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out unserviceable LT panel and Supply installation and commissioning and testing of LT pannel CPRI approved suitable for 415 volts 3 phase 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply, floor mounted, indoor type factory made, duly powder coated inside and outside made out of 3mm thick CRCA sheet, with angle iron 50mmx50mmx6mm covered from all side with front and side openable door, weather proof and vermin proof including suitable rating aluminium bus bar for 3 phase 4 wire system, wiring with suitable size copper cable and embeded in brickwork in CM 1:4 not less than 45cm above ground level with suitable foundation for fixing panel of required size in ground with nuts, bolts and washer etc 80-100% and lcs :100% icu, confirming to IS/IEC 60947-2 complete comprising of following complete all as specified and directed. .......Contd to srl No 31.01 & 31.02

Supply, installation and Fixing AMF Panel for 62.5 KVA DG set shall be made out of GRP, glass-fiber reinforced polyester SMC as per EN 14598-1-UP-FR2 material with protection glass IP54 in accordance with IEC 60529 and colour code RAL 7032 completely dyed in mass and box shall be made out of insulating, slow-burning and self extinguishing composite (polyester+glass fiber) characterized with resistance to atmospheric agents(UV). Protection class II (EN 61140) when correctly installed on the base and panel internal size should not be less than 590mm x 800mm x 250mm. GRP material shall be Anti-corrosive suitable for saline atmosphere and have ambient temperatures of -50C up to 120C, Flammibility HB 40 a, b (EN 60695-11-10), V-1. Glow wire tested at 960C/3mm as per EN 60695-2-12.The dimensional stability under heat is more than 200C as per ISO 75-2 method A. The enclosure is halogen-free resistant to termites. GRP cabinet should withstand minimum dielectric strength of 130KV/cm as per IEC 60243-1.
