Taking down Unsv distribution panel and Supply, Installation and Fixing Transformer protection panel for 250KVA made out of GRP, Glass-fiber reinforced polyester SMC as per EN 14598-1-UP FR2 material with Protection class IP 54 in accordance with IEC 60529 and Color code RAL 7032 complete. Box shall be made out of insulating, slow-burning and self-extinguishing composite (polyester+ glass fiber) characterized with resistance to atmospheric agents (UV). Protection class II (EN 61140) when correctly installed on the base and Panel internal size should be not less than 590mm x 800mm x 250 mm. GRP material shall be Anti- corrosive suitable for humid atmosphere and having ambient temperatures of -50°C up to +120°C, Flammability HB 40 a, b (EN 60695-11-10), V-1. Glow wire tested at 960°C/3 mm as per EN 60695-2-12. The dimensional stability under heat is more than 200 °C as per ISO 75-2 method A. The enclosure is Halogen-free, resistant to termites. GRP cabinet should withstand minimum Di-Electric strength of 130KV/Cm as per IEC 60243- 1.

The Panel box shall have shall be equipped with GRP handle lock with THREE point locking mechanism and the provision to insert various type of locking cylinders provided to avoid unauthorized access. RoHS Directive (EU) 2015/863 (extension to directive 2011/65/EU), REACH Regulation (EC) no. 1907/2006. The Panel Stand Angle Iron of 50x50x5mm and 6101A grade Aluminium Bus-bar with Heat Shrinkable Sleeves of size 50mmx10mm, TPN. Taking down old /unsv earthing and Material, Labour for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm x600mm x 6.3 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground leel, connecting to the Galvanised earthing lead strip 32x6mm size, by means of bolts, nuts, heck nuts and washers of galvanized iron and earth lead protected by provision of GI medium grade pipe 40mm bore incl provision of concrete pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates with 40mm thick cover of RCC 1:2:4 reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4 Kg/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25x25x6mm with lugs 02 Nos and with 6mm dia MS bar handle made to shape Gl medium grade 20mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 metre long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt & charcoal filling, test point made out of 40mm x 8mm Fl with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and earth work in soft/loose soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs, all as per electrical plate No 5 of SSR-1991 Part I and connected to earth test point all as specified or indicated incl testing on completion.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m deep for foundation of laying cable including getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Protection to cable with one layer of brick laid flat across the cable using old size sub class 'B' Bricks all as specified and directed.

Sand cushioning to under ground cable, 8 cms thick before laying the cable and 15 cms thick after laying and stretching the cable in trenches including hand punning and consolidating, punned to 18cm thickness, complete all as specified and directed. Note : For payment purpose, only punned thickness shall be measured.

Taking down burnt cable and Supply, laying, jointing and testing XLPE cable insulated, armoured, earthed, heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 Volt grade, cross sectional area 185 sqmm 3.5 core including necessary cable lugs, glands, insulation tape etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down burnt cable and Supply, laying, jointing and testing XLPE cable insulated, armoured, earthed, heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 Volt grade, cross sectional area 240 sqmm 3.5 core including necessary cable lugs, glands, insulation tape etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fIxing in replacement of feeder pillar box outdoor type factory made weather and vermin proof made out from 3.15 mm sheet supported with legs all across the panel made of angle iron 50mmx50mmx5mm of size 1.2 mtr x1 mtr x1 mtr with 3 Nos required length Aluminium bus bar of size 40x10mm or 400 Amps for 11 KV, 11 KV post Insulator 6 Nos duly drilled hole for HT Cable connection including front and rear side openable with locking arrangement suitable for 11 KV HT and provision for incoming and out going HT cable connection including painting with two coats of smoke gray synthetic enamels paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete and providing security fence XPM jally type of 2 mtr height from ground level square type all rounded 2.5 mtr length with 9 nos angle iron of 25x25x5mm of height 2.25mtr (2mtr above ground 0.25 mtr under ground) including necessary gate of same XPM jally all as specified and directed. Note:- Feeder piller box shall be mounted on brick platform built in PCC 1:2:4 Type B-0 of thickness as directed, not less then 60 cm above ground level with suitable PCC foundation rendering 15 mm in CM (1:6), applying two coats of cement base paints and XPM jally supported on 9 nos angle iron with concrete base.

Supply and fixing in replacement including commissioning and testing Polycarbonate ASTA CPRI approved OEM made main LT Panel. The panel shall be made of modular POLYCARBONATE THERMOPLASTIC ENCLOSURES including MCCBs and indicator lamps which shall be UV resistance in accordance with IEC 61439-1, clause 10.2.4: The panel shall be anti-acid & anti corrosive. Degree of protection against mechanical load shall be IK08 (5 Joule) in accordance with IEC 62262. The manufacturer of panel shall submit a copy of ASTA CPRI TEST REPORT IN POLYCARBONATE only also share panel assembled by OEM, channel partner or sister concern assembly will not be accepted. DEGREE OF INGRESS PROTECTION IP 65 IN ACCORDANCE WITH IEC 60529. The gasket shall be internally embedded made of polyurethane. The Panels made by approved manufacturers shall submit a copy of TYPE TEST REPORT of a board made out of Polycarbonate thermoplastic panel in accordance with IEC 60439-1.

The ASTA CPRI report shall have mention of following tests performed and passed out satisfactorily - Temperature Rise, Dielectric Properties, Short circuit withstand current - Rated peak & short time withstand current and Rated Conditional Short Circuit Current, Effectiveness of Protective Circuits. The board manufacturer shall submit the copy of type test reports for Polycarbonate Thermoplastic Board only. Test Reports submitted of other material of construction like MS, SS will not be applicable. Each Board shall have individual routine test report of the manufacturer. The panel shall pass glow wire test 960 degrees Centigrade in accordance with 60695-2-11 [flame retardant and self-extinguishing). NOTE : Make of the panel shall be as per the List of Makes attached to Particular Specifications as approved.
