Dismantling and taking down the existing LT/HT insulators of any type of any description and removal from site all as specified. Note for item No 1 to 4: The old retrieved material will be issued to contractor as schedule of credit .

Decarbonising / cleaning complete of HT 11KV 3 phase bus bar & bus bar chamber, all electrical connections complete HT VCBs/OCBs/Bus coupler arrangment after removing the bus bar spout, cleaning with petrol and CRC 226 spray solution and ensure proper de-carbonisation, refixing the same after completion. Note:- Required spare parts are measured and paid separately

S&F Steel tubular swaged poles complete with MS base plate Continuously welded to pole, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP- 55 (13 metres long ) includind two coat of black bituminous paint internally throughout and externally upto embedded portion and including applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer with black and white strip of 30 cm each upto 1.5 m height and two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer externally on remaining exposed surface aftereraction in position incl preparation of surface, including dismantling of existing PCC or steel tubular pole complete all as specified and directed.(Earth work ,PCC and copping will be measured and paid for separately under respective item)

Supply and fix ACSR Conductor ( DOG) for OH HT line 33 KV including insulating sleeve of RYB Colour suitable for 33 KV on 13 meter steel poles all as specified as directed . NOTE : (i) Cross arms ,clamps , Nut Bolts and other accessories shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Weight of conductor will be calculated from table given in relevent IS code, if not available in IS than it will be calculated form table of electrical conductor of the manufacturer. (iii) Cost of aluminium binding wire or tape is inclusive in unit rate.

S & F in renewal Pin type, porcelain, vitreous, brown insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised washers and one galvanised iron nut, 150 mm height, 150 mm dia for 33000 volts grade HT over head line and including taking down old insulator complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in renewal single Disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous 145 mm high and 225 mm dia ball and socket type, brown, assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductors, 33000 volts complete all as specified and as directed including taking down old unserviceable one all as specified.

M&L in renewal for switch air break, gang operated triple pole, mechanically operated, mounted on insulator and steel frame, with operating mechanism worked from ground level, for current rating upto 200 amps 11000 volts (12 Insulator) alongwith fuse system complete all as specified and as specified.

Supply and fix in renewal HT 33 KV out door gang operated air-break switch 9 insulator rocking type horizontal mounting of 200/400 Amps rating including taking down old GOD all as specified.

M&L in renewal for Lighting arresters expulsion type complete with all fittings transmission class, discharge capacity 65KA suitable for 11000volts including taking down old arresters all as specified.

Supply and Fixing in renewal of Galvanised iron strip 32 x 6mm buried in ground all as specified and as directed including taking down old strip all as specified.

Supply, installting, Commissioning & testing HT 11 KV, 3 Phase 50 Hz , rupturing capacity 350 MVA indoor type , VCB PANEL totally metal clad withdrawable type Vacuum Circuit Breaker including suitable as Bus coupler , including cable connection with Copper busbar of suitable rating. horizontal isolation horizontal drawout type VCB of capacity minimum 800 Amps rated current, . The switchgear panel shall be made up of CRCA sheet steel duly powder coated or equivalant not less than 2.5mm thick for load bearing section and not less than 2 mm thickness for non-load bearing and shall be totally dust and vermin proof. (i) Continious current rating minimum-800A. (ii) Short circuit withstand current minimum 25 KVA for 1 Sec. (iii) Operating Mechanism of the VCB are suitable for 10000 Mechanical Operations (iv)CT Ratio shall be 400-200/5-5A, core 1: Class 1 ,15 VA Core 2: 5P10. 15VA burden (v) Protection arrangements for the breaker shall comprise of the following:- (a) Each of the Bus coupler switchgear units shall be provided with over current (50/51) and earth fault (50N/51N) protection, the relay shall have breaker failure (50BF), negative sequence overcurrent (46), broken conductor (46BC), under current (37) and inrush blocking (68) functions. The main protection relay shall be SCADA compatible with IEC 61850 Edition 2 on 2 nos. FO ports. Relay shall generate GOOSE message as per IEC 61850 standard for interlocking and also ensure interoperability with third party relays. (b)Master Trip Relay

(c)TCS Relay (vii) The following meters, indications and acessories are to be provided with the panel. (a) Digital Volt Meter/Ammeter with built in selector switch (b) Necessary DC Supply with powerpack, healthy indication lamp & switch. (c) Multi-function meter. (d) Control:- (d1) TNC (Trip, Neutral & Close) breaker control switch with indicating arrangement. (d2) Local/remote selector switch for breaker open/close operations.(e) VCB Panels shall be Manufactured, designed & supplied by OEM only.VCB Panels from the System houses are not acceptable (f) All the main components like VCB/Relays/VI shall be of same manufacturer.Vacuum interrupter shall be of OEM Make only. (g) VCBs shall be supplied with Vacuum interrupter with which Type Testing is done (h)The offered panels shall be tested for IAC level of 25KA for 1Sec. (j) VCBs shall be Type Tested for E2/C2/M2 Class. (k) All type test shall be as per as per IEC 62271-100-2021.

In addition, this relay shall also provide over voltage (59), under voltage (27) & NDR (59N) function. The over voltage element shall have setting of 100 to 200% in steps of 1% and under voltage element shall have setting of 30 to 90% in steps of 1%. Alongwith over current (50/51) and earth fault (50N/51N) protection, the relay shall have breaker failure (50BF), negative sequence overcurrent (46), broken conductor (46BC), under current (37) and inrush blocking (68) functions.

M&L for stay assembly complete with accessories as shown in electrical plate No 1 (Loop type insulator, stay clamps excavation and concrete measured separately) 20mm dia including dismentling old and unsv stay assy complete comprising of stay clamp, stay wire, stay insulator, stay grip, thimble, bow, stay rod and stay plate etc including breaking of cement conccrete including taking down old one complete all as specified and as directed

S & F in repair cross arms bracing supports, anti climbing clamps and back plate fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat of red oxide zinc chrome, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminum paint all as specified.

M&L Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in singal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size for HT, 25x20cm size, all as specified.

M & L for cement concrete for foundation fillings and mass conctere1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

M & for cement concrete for coping of poles/ blocks for fixing of cable tray using PCC1:2:4 type B1, 20 mm graded stone aggregate, smooth finishing without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. .

M & for cement concrete for foundation fillings and mass conctere 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmX60cmX6.0mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level connected to GI earth strip of size 32x6 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron complete earth pit of PCC M-10(Nominal mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate, 50mm thick earth pit cover of RCC M-15 (Nominal mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate with MS TMT reinforcement bar of 8mm dia @ 150mm centre to centre both ways, MS handle 10mm dia made to shape, GI funnel, wire mesh and 20mm bore GI water pipe light grade and 40mm bore light grade GI pipe for protection of earth strip from plate to main switch board, common salt, charcoal dust including testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 including testing on completion and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall floors etc without claiming extra cost all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: GI strip & GI pipe beyond 7.5Mtr length from earth electrode shall be measured and paid separately).

Supply and laying GI pipe 80 mm bore light grade with fitting for cable protection at road crossing/under concrete including taking down of old one all as specified.

Supply and laying GI pipe 50 mm bore light grade with fitting for cable protection at road crossing/under concrete including taking down of old one all as specified.

Supply and laying GI pipe 40 mm bore light grade with fitting for cable protection at road crossing/under concrete including taking down of old one all as specified.

M&L for XLPE insulated heavy duty electric cable of size 120sqmm 3 ½ core 120 Sqmm with aluminium multi stranded conductor 1100 volts grade served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall sheather laying in trenches/cable ducts, fixed to wall/pole complete all as specified and directed.

-Ditto- all as per ser item No 29 above but size 3 ½ core 95 Sqmm

-Ditto- all as per ser item No 29 above but size 3 ½ core 70 sqmm

Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade, of size 3 core 185 sq mm all as specified.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr in width and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of cables up to proper level complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

-Ditto- all as per item No 33 but exceeding 1.5m but not exceeding 3.00 in depth.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing surplus exacavated material from excavation not exc 50 meter and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 meter above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and filling dry river sand in trenches including spreading for cushioning of LT UG cablec and punning down complete all as speified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : Punned down thickness shall be measured and paid

M&L for well burnt as class ‘B’ bricks as mechanical protection to under ground cables laying with length of the bricks equal to the width of the trench complete all as speified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F IDMT (as per existing capacity and make) relays earth fault, over load on HT VCBs/OCBs 11 KV panel and testing through recognised agencies by means of secondary injection method, setting of relay timings complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
