Supply only LED security light driver of approved company suitable for LED fittings of cap upto 60 to 120 watts any type , complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair of 90W LED Street Light luminaire. LED Street Light shall be made up of Pressure Die Cast aluminum housing with black epoxy polyester powder coating for long life. The luminaire shall be complete IP66 for Optical Compartment and Control Gear Compartment.The Optical compartment shall be covered with heat resistant toughened glass for safety.The LED Street light should be top maintainable for easy maintenance.LED Street Light shall use multiple LEDs to get sufficient light output from the luminaire. The LED Street Light shall be of Integral type. The Input voltage range shall be 150V to 270V. The LED Driver shall be of isolated type with Constant Current Constant Voltage topology to ensure optimum driving of LEDs. The LED Street Light shall have power factor more than 0.95 complete all as specified and directed.

Note for srl item No 5 to 7 above 1. Driver shall be potted anti-vibration types. 2. LM-79 and LM-80 test report with 1 Lakh burning hours LED life from NABL lab shall be provided. 3. CRI (Colour Rendering Index) of fixture shall be 70. 4. CCT (Colour Co-related Temperature of fixture shall be 5700K + 300 K. 5. System Lumen Efficacy shall be 100 Lm/W. 6. 10 KV separate Surge Protection shall be provided as a part of fitting. 7. Two(02) years guarantee shall be provided by contractor supported by OEM covering all parts of luminaire. 8. Lenses shall be Modular Type. 9. PCB used shall be MC PCB type. 10. The defect liability period of LED light shall be 05 years from the certified date of completion & the contractor shall replace/repair the defective fitting within 07 days after handing over to contractor for replacement/repair. 11. CA No. shall be written on each fitting before installation. 12. The name of manufacturer to be embossed on the fitting. 13. The fittings shall have arrangement so that maintenance required, if any can be carried out from top cover.

Replacement of old UNSV / damaged street light fitting any type and S & F LED Flood Light luminaire in pressure die-cast aluminium housing with IP66 protection 30 watts, 230 volts, 50 Hz, area lighting including 30 watts LEDs and driver complete all as specified and directed. .

Replacement of old UNSV / damaged street light fitting any type and S & F LED Flood Light luminaire in pressure die-cast aluminium housing with IP66 protection 100 watts, 230 volts, 50 Hz, area lighting including 100 watts LEDs and driver complete all as specified and directed. .

S&F in repair New generation, 15 Watt post-top, energy saving, environmental friendly, long life aesthetically designed with symmetrical light distribution, spun aluminium landscape luminaire with high power LEDs as light source complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement cable of size 16 sqmm, twin core multistranded 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminiun conductor, served with inner sheathed of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1m apart including 4mm suspended with galavnised steel wire, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement cable of size 10 sqmm, twin core multistranded 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminiun conductor, served with inner sheathed of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1m apart including 4mm suspended with galavnised steel wire, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of old unserviceable aluminium conductor cable single core PVC insulated and sheathed aluminium conductor cable of size 2.5 sqmm down through the existing pole/GI pipe bracket complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing as in reapir / replacement of pole mounted street light factory fabricated junction box of size 300mmx160mmx250mm of approved make and of appropriate size made out of 2 mm thick CRCA powder coated sheet , including 63A ,Three Phase four wire having four no.AL Bus Bar including 6A SP MCB. The box should have auto Door Lock facility with magnetic Lock having Sizehaving Size box fixed on pole using necerssary fixing arrangement such as clamps,nut,bolts and washer including taking down existing junction box of any description/type etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in trenches or fixed to wall/pole or passing through ducts or pipe, cable LT 1100 volts grade heavy duty, XLPE insulated PVC sheathed, armoured heavy duty electric cable , with aluminium conductor of size 25 Sqmm x 4 core complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation and earth work, sand cushioning, brick cover and protection pipe etc. shall be measured and paid for separately.

Excavating in trenches in any type of soil, n. exc. 1.5 m wide and n. exc. 1.5 m in depth, for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cess pits, manholes, pier holes, etc n. exc. 10 sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) n.exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in (soil), including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dry clean fine river sand as in sand cushioning to underground cable 8cm below and 15cm above the cable including punning down of sand layer complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Punned thickness shall only be measured and paid.

M&L for brick protection with sub class 'B' old size brick well burnt laid flat for cable protection abutting each other laid dry with width equal to length of brick complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement GI tubing light grade 40 mm bore cut to size and fixed along the pole for cable protection including clamp 02 Nos of size 25x4 mm, nut bolts , washers etc complete all as specified and directed.

Note :- The contract sum shall be arrived at after deduction of amount of sch of credit
