Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of Low Tension (LT) XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty, electric power cable, cross sectional area 16 Sqmm, 2 core, aluminum conductor, 1100 volts grade under ground cable including both side connection with lugs/thimbles of suitable size etc, laid in trenches, along poles or passing through pipes or laid under floor or through walls etc, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) Returning filling, earth work, sand cushioning and cable cover for protection of cable shall be measured and paid separately. .

Disconnecting & taking out and relaying in same location or other locations of healthy cable of any size after repair making proper jointing and making connections using thimbles/lugs of suitable size including all connected items as required at site complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down and relaying of GI pipe of any size for cable protection in trenches/road/pole all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying / fixing ,GI pipe, light grade, 40mm dia bore for cable protection fixed to pole/wall with MS clamps, nuts, bolts etc or laid under floor/road/pavement, including taking out old unserviceable pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying / fixing ,GI pipe, light grade, 80mm dia bore for cable protection fixed to pole/wall with MS clamps, nuts, bolts etc or laid under floor/road/pavement, including taking out old unserviceable pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning with a layer of dry river sand, 80mm thick before laying of cable and 150mm thick (punned down to 100mm thick) after laying of cables, in trenches/ducts, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Punned down thickness (overall 18cm), shall be considered for measurement and payment.

Supplying and laying, factory made unreinforced precast concrete cable cover LV type-1, flat, of size 250x150x40mm, laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable for protection, length perpendicular to the direction of cable adjacent to each other, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling ,watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm in soft /loose soil complete all as specified and directed .

Removing excavated material or surplus soil not exc 50 meter and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6.00mm thick, buried directly in ground vertically (depth of pit not less than 2.25m below normal ground level), with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, earth plate surrounded by 15cm thick and packed alternate layers of charcoal dust and common salt, connected with and including earth lead of GI wire 4mm dia (8SWG) by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or thimbles and other end of the earth wire connected to electrical equipment/GOD/LA and protected by galvanized iron pipe light grade 15mm dia bore including watering pipe 20mm dia bore GI medium grade (ISI marked) with funnel and wire mesh, including all necessary excavation and earth work, PCC chamber in plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 and pit cover of precast RCC with MS frame etc and all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part-I (2009), complete all as specified and directed. Note(s):- (i) RCC pit cover shall be pre-cast of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1, 80mm thick reinforced with TMT bar 8mm dia both ways @100c/c. (ii) PCC chamber shall be constructed 500 mm away from the edge of earth pit. (iii) Rate shall include earth lead and protection pipe of length 7.5m, excess beyond 7.5m length required at site shall be measured and paid separately. (iv) Earth resistance should be less than 3Ohm. In case the test results are not found below 3Ohm, complete earthing will be redone without any extra cost to Govt. (v) Quoted lump sum / rate shall be inclusive of above all provisions.

S&F in replacement 6 sqmm, 2 core, PVC insulated aluminium conductor flexible industrial cable, PVC sheathed, 1100 volts grade, from junction box/overhead conductor to street light pole complete all as specified and directed

S&F in replacement street light bracket fabricated out of GI tubing, medium grade, 40mm bore, bend to the shape as directed and of length 1.2 mtr complete with mounting MS clamp made of flat iron 25 x 3 mm of suitable length including nuts, bolts etc of suitable size and painting of MS clamps with two coats of aluminum paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed .
