Manning, operation & periodical maintenance of pump house by operating submersible pump installed at ' B' Garrison with 2nd one helper in shift of 08 hrs i.e. from 14:00 to 22:00 hours including sunday and holiday complete including operation of DG set , change over supply, replacing fuses, cleaning of generating set, voltage stabilizer and panel and gasket kit etc including proper checking of electric connection, cleaning battery terminals and applying petroleum jelly, checking diesel pipe and leakage of diesel at all levels and rectification of the same immediately to avoid breakdown in security system complete all as specified and directed (Spare parts required to be replaced during maintenance and operation will be supplied by department (MES) at free of cost however labour element required for replacement shall be deemed to be included in this item)

Providing one no pipe fiter (ITI HOLDER ) in general shifts of 08 hrs (from 09:00 to 17:00 hours) for repair, maint and making the continuity of water supply after rectifying the leakage in pipe line of any size alongwith replacement of sockets, elbow , reducer , union , gate valve , tees and other similar water supply items/fittings etc. including cutting , excavation , returning filling etc as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note :- (Water supply fittings, required to be replaced during maintenance and operation will be supplied by department (MES) at free of cost however labour element required for replacement shall be deemed to be included in this item)

Manning, operation & periodical maintenance of pump house by operating submersible pump installed at ' Khundru Garrison' with one skilled person (ITI Holder) in general shifts of 08 hrs (from 09:00 to 17:00 hours) including sunday and holiday complete including operation of DG set , change over supply, replacing fuses, cleaning of generating set, voltage stabilizer and panel and gasket kit etc including proper checking of electric connection, cleaning battery terminals and applying petroleum jelly, checking diesel pipe and leakage of diesel at all levels and rectification of the same immediately to avoid breakdown in security system complete all as specified and directed (Spare parts required to be replaced during maintenance and operation will be supplied by department (MES) at free of cost however labour element required for replacement shall be deemed to be included in this item)

Providing 1st one No pipe fiter (ITI HOLDER ) in general shifts of 08 hrs (from 09:00 to 17:00 hours) for repair, maint and making the continuity of water supply for 'Khundru Garrison' after rectifying the leakage in pipe line of any size alongwith replacement of sockets, elbow , reducer , union , gate valve , tees and other similar water supply items/fittings etc. including cutting , excavation , returning filling etc as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note :- (Water supply fittings, required to be replaced during maintenance and operation will be supplied by department (MES) at free of cost however labour element required for replacement shall be deemed to be included in this item)

Note for all items : -

Contractor shall fulfill all the provisions of contract labour (Regulation and abolition) for the workmen employed at site such as payment of minimum fair wages rates applicable as on date, hours or working all social security benefits and other service conditions as per contract labour Act. These provisions are deemed to be included in unit rate. Any violation in this regard contractor shall be solely responsible for any action as deemed fit under contract labour act.

Operator shall be in uniform on duty and contractor will provide complete uniform with name plate of firm , T&P as per nature of Job of tradesman and the cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates failing which he will not be allowed to commence his duty at site.

The unit rate quoted by tenderer shall be deemed to include cleaning of installation including cutting of grass, bushes around the installation, removing of snow and keep the surrounding of the installation clean and tidy.

If the operator found absent from duty for any shift then recovery @ Rs 500/- per shift or part there of shall be effected from contractor's dues. In addition, the payment shall not be admissible to contractor for operation against respective item of Sch 'A' here-in-before.

If the mate/ mazdoor found absent from duty for any shift then recovery @ Rs 350/- per shift or part there of shall be effected from contractor's dues. In addition, the payment shall not be admissible to contractor for operation against respective item of Sch 'A' here-in-before.
