Supplying, fixing and erecting truly to vertical position steel tubular swaged pole complete with base plate welded with pole, finial taper plug, bolt, nut and screws as specified type 410 SP-55 ( 11 m long) including one coat of red-oxide zinc chrome primer and two coats of aluminium paint on surfaces exposed to view and making 30cm wide strips (total 5 Nos) with yellow and black paint alternately on external surface above PCC benching including numbering with black paint and painting with bituminous paint internally complete and externally for portion embedded in PCC, complete all as specified and directed (PCC, earth work shall be measured & paid separately under respective items).

Supply and fix anit climbing devices, comprising 2.24mm dia galvanised steel 2-strand barbed wire with 2.00mm dia barbs wrapped spirally round poles, to a length of 0.5 to 1.0 metre clamped and properly secured or as ordered complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Clamps will be measured separately.

Structural steel work as in cross arms, bracings, supports, clamp and back plate fabricated from steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed by Engineer-in-Charge and applying two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer including preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified & directed.

Danger notice plate of size 20 x 15 cm, made of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with and including mild steel clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size for LT poles, complete all as specified.

Danger notice plate of size 25 x 20 cm, made of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with and including mild steel clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size for HT poles, complete all as specified.

Stay Assembly using stay rod of 20mm dia complete accessories as shown in Electrical Plate No 1 of SSR 2009 Part-I, complete all as specified (loop type insulator, stay wire, stay clamp, earth work and PCC shall be measured and paid for separately)

Air break gang operated switch with 12 insulators outdoor type, triple pole, mounted on 12 insulators, mechanically operated, suitable for vertical installation, single break, provided with locking arrangement, consisting of MS channel, HT post type insulator contacts of copper alloy, high pressure, heavy duty contact assembly operating rod 20mm dia GI pipe, medium grade, complete including drop out fuses conforming to IS-1818, rated voltage 11 KV and for current rating 200 Amp including taking down old GOD of any type, shape & size, complete all as specified.

Prepration of old decorated steel surfaces of any description by rubbing with abrasive paper, priming the rusted surface etc., over 10cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel over a coat of red oxide primer , complete all as specified.

Pruning of tree branches and making clear LT/HT line to the min distance of 1.8 mtrs all around for 2/3/4/5/6 conductor complete all as specified. .(Note: The Nos of conductors/wires between two poles will be treated as one span).

XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor rating 1100 volts grade of size 95 Sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches or passing through pipes/ducts or fixed to walls/poles complete all as specified. (Earth work, brick protection and sand cushioning shall be measured and paid for separately).

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning in replacement HT cable 11 KV grade, XLPE insulated (earthed) screened, PVC bedded, galvanized iron strip armoured with stranded aluminium conductor cable of cross sectional area 95 sqmm; 3 core, ISI marked with IS:7098 (part-II) as amended upto date in trenches/ ducts/ through pipes etc and making connection by providing suitable aluminium lugs with proper crimping, including removal of old unserviceable defective cable of any size and capacity complete all as specified and directed.

GI tubing ‘medium grade’ with all fittings, laid in trenches or under road crossing as protection pipe, bore of pipe 50mm, complete all as specified.

Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 11 KV 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of 50 to 95 Sqmm including testing and commissioning, complete all as specifed & directed

Taking down old and UNSV transformer at different locations in the area of responsibility falls under AGE(I) CIF (R ) from two pole strcture/ foundation including disconnecting the LT/HT connection and shifting to workshop and getting back after repair and refixing the same at original location and connecting electrically and commissioning complete all as specified and directed at site of following capacity transformer:- 160 KVA to 200 KVA

All as per srl item no.24 Above but for 315 KVA

Replacement of burnt defective HT/LT copper coil of different type capcity winding with superior qulity enamelled copper winding wire/strips of approved of suitable size/guage and Nos of turns maching with the existing impendence and insulated including all allied materials such as cork sheets, fiver glass insulation/paper insulation cotton, empire tape and wooden, bolts, nuts and washer (Brass) soldering and other packing material etc required for entire winding of coils all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-Charge.

PCC 1:4:8 (nominal mix) type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates, as in foundation filling and mass concrete for poles and stay/installation paths complete all as specified and directed.

PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for coping of pole around pole and filling in road cuts/ hard standing/ Bitumen all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

PCC 1:3:6 (nominal mix) type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates, as in foundation filling and mass concrete for poles and stay/installation paths complete all as specified and direct

Replacement of HT bushing porcelain, vitreous with brass spindle, threaded with washers nuts, lock nut and rubber seal suitable for transformer of any make /type/capacity in repairs all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Replacement of LT bushing porcelain, vitreous with brass spindle, threaded with washers nuts, lock nut and rubber seal suitable for transformer of any make /type/capacity in repairs all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L in replacement of Top gasket sheet made out of 4 mm thick cork sheet with suitable GI bolts, nuts, washers for top of transformer any capacity in repairs complete all as specified and directed

M & L in replacement of Dehydrating breather assembly CI body of standard size filled with silica-gel for transformer of capacity upto and including upto and including 200 KVA in repairs complete all as specified and directed

Temperature gauge circular dia type of standard size for transformer of capacity upto and including upto and including 250 KVA in repairs complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for filling in with new transformer oil for topping up having low viscosity of approved make as per IS 355 of 1992 and di-electric strength not less than 45 KV(after filtration) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Savita/Castrol

Dehydration and filtration of transformer oil with proper dehydration machine to achieve dielectric strength between 45 to 60 KV including testing/recording of dielectric strength result before and after of dehydration complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking shut down from main substation and M&L for painting to Transformer 100 KVA to 400 KVA and automatic servo voltage stabilizer 100 KVA to 300 KVA with spray gun with two coats of synthetic enamel heat resistant grey paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of old painted surfaces/removing old faded/rust/ cemented material of surface of transformer including base frame, connected LT panels, duct covers of including writing MES/SM No of existing size/surface complete all as directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metre below ground level, connecting to galvanised iron strip lead 32mm x 6 mm, by means of bolt, nuts, check nuts and washer of galvanised and earth wire protected by provision of galvanised iron pipe light grade, 15mm bore including provn of concrete pit in PCC M-15, type B-I using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates with 40mm thick precast cover of size 550 mm X 550 mm X 75 mm of RCC M-15, type B-I, reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4 kg/ Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25x25x3mm with lugs 2 Nos and with 6mm dia mild steel bar handle made to shape, galvanised iron medium grade 20mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 metre long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling, test point made out of phosphorous bronze with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and including earth work in any type of soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre, all as per electrical plate No. 3 of SSR 2009 Part-I and connection to earth test point all as specified and testing on completion.

Earth continuity conductor passing through PVC Conduit of size 40 mm main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or burried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as required 32x6 mm galvanised iron strip complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of Ring type Copper thimble of size 120 sqmm for terminal end of HT cable suitable for 11KV high Voltage carrying high quality material complete all as specified and directed.

Suply only Electrical insulation HT tape of 3/4"width of 30 feet length Etylene Propylene backing highly comfortable to wrap snugly over most any shape streches up 100 percent to provide avoid moisture, resistant insulation tape complete all as specified.

M&L CRC 2-23 Electrical equipment (contact) cleaner spray used for prevent electronic malfunction equipment caused by water penetration, humidity, corrosion etc and of 500ml can.complete all as specified and directed.

Pin type insulator porcelain, vitreous, white/brown or green including one galvanized mild steel spindle, two galvanized iron washers and one galvanized iron nut, 150mm dia and 150mm height for working pressure 11000 volts grade, complete all as specified.

Aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) of size 6/1x2.59 (weasel), 6/1x2.11 (squirrel) conductor for HT/LT lines on steel tubular poles, stretching without kinks and bends including binding wire complete , complete all as specified.

Disc type insulator porcelain vitreous white, brown or green 145mm high and 255mm dia ball and socket type, `Two-in-series’ for tension with tension clamp for conductor of working pressure 11000 volts, complete all as specified.

M & L pole painting HT 11.0 mtr long with a coat of aluminium paint after preparation of old painting surface by scrappining including marking of black and red strip not less than 30 cm width with sythethic enamelled paint from couping to upto height 1.5 mtr of pole alternative way including necessary `MES & Pole number to be wriiten in the circular yello batch on the pole all as specified and directed.
