Supply & fix, junction box of size 250 x 250 x 160 mm made of Sintex SMC/FRP Nos MCBs 06 amps incl magnetic lock system all as required and fixed to poles using MS strip of size 32x 6mm and nuts & bolts of required size, complete all as specified and as directed.

Repair /Replacement LED street light fitting 35 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/ 66 protection, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay cable PVC insulated unsheathed of size 1.5 Sqmm 3 core copper conductor for service connections from junction box to light fitting, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, lnstalling & testing and commissioning factory made and tested (incl CPRI type test certified) LT panel board out door type, platform mounted, suitable for 415 volts 3 phase 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system, having bus bar chamber with insulated copper bus bar 650 Amps rating installed on porcelain insulators. S&F, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 metre apart including 4mm suspension wire, size 10 sqmm one twin core cable flat or circular, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete for foundation fillings and mass conctere type D-2 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete for mass fillings of poles, conctere type C-2 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded aggregate), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded hard stone aggregate), casting in cube of size required size at site by using necessary form work for Cooping of poles, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and install cross arms ,bracing,support,clamps channels, grill work etc fabricated from structural steel section including nuts bolts and washers of any size or as directed including two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of ACSR conductors

Dismantling cross-arms of M.S. channel or angle sections etc. complete and setting aside for re-use with in 50m, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair ACSR conductor of (weasel) 6/1 X 2.59mm, streching properly on insulators and binding with aluminium binding wires, jumpers including fixing on insulators on each poles in span and tightening with permissible sag in between span etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Restringing ACSR conductor of any size and type as directed by Engineer-in-charge including binding to insulators, jumpering etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling/Taking out insulators any type, any size from LT over head line, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F, of pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 100mm height and 65mm dia for 1100 volts grade, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Shackle Type, Porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green, insulator including galvanised mild steel straps, washers, insulator bolts, washers and nuts, 100mm height, 115 mm dia for working pressure 1100 volts grade, section of strap 31 x 5mm, dia of bolts 14mm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Fibre LT over head line seperators suitable for 4 wires fixing on LT OH lines including dismantling of old damaged/ Un-serviceable LT line spacers of any type, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Fibre LT over head line seperators suitable for 3 wires fixing on LT OH lines including dismantling of old damaged/ Un-serviceable LT line spacers of any type, complete all as specified and as directed.

Painting to existing steel tubular LT poles, 9m long including cross arms, channels, angle iron support, bracings, clamps etc. with two coats of aluminum paint superior quality of approved make on surfaces exposed to view and making 30cm wide strips (total 5 Nos) with yellow and black paint alternately on external surface above PCC benching including preparation of old painted surfaces by scraping etc complete and writing pole numbers. of 2 inches bold letters with black paint after painting, , complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps, bolts & nuts of approved size of 25 x 20 cm size, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F, Lightning arresters expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, 11000 Volts discharge capacity 65 kilo amp, as connected with earrthing properly, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F, Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination Heat shrink type joint (straight through) complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 sqmm to 95 sqmm, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Switch air break, gang operated triple pole, mechanically operated, mounted on insulator and steel frame, with operating mechanism worked from ground level, for current rating upto 200 amps 11000 volts (12 Insulator) along with fuse system, complete all as specified and as directed.
