Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) (spalling concrete without disturbing reinforcement) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, and removing debris outside MoD land, complete all as specified and directed. Taking down cement plaster, any description on any walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Rate of scaffolding required at site in r/o height of bldg will be included in the quoted rate.)

M&L for 100mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in flooring in alternate pannels, finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement using surface vibrator, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick plain cement concrete, type C-1, 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, laid in slope 1:12 from outer edge of the wall, finished even and fair, laid in alternate bays including providing 6mm wide joints throughtout thickness of plinth protection in concrete bays and in between walling and plinth protection, joints filled mastic filling comprising of one part of heated bituminous 85/25 and 3 parts of sand (all by weight), complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of approved colour having tensile strength 550 MPa as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws including side and end lap as per manufacturer’s instructions, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain sheet 0.50mm thick of approved colour having tensile strength 550 MPa as in ridges, hips, valley gutters fixed with self tapping screws including side and end lap as per manufacturer’s instructions, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 1.25mm thick mild steel plain black sheet in wall cladding, eaves gutters, and similar work, cut to size, holes punched , including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up , mitered angles and making provision for funnel shape at site etc as required, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in levelling course (o as to provided slope) , benching kerb of mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edge including form work, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proffing compound, complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing water proofing treatment over RCC roof, projections of any thickness, any type by stripping out old tar felt over roofs, parapets, chimney stacks etc laid horizontally or vertically including taking out layer of cement plaster etc and cleaning the surface with wire brush including removing debris from the site and depositing in low lying area where directed and providing following :- (a) Rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete roof surfaces and finish the surface even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions. (b) Apply a coat of bituminous primer confirming to IS-3384@ 0.3kg/Sqm on newly plastered surface after curing as per IS-456 and dried. (c) After the primed surface has dried, apply a coat of hot blown bitumen(85/25 penetration) confirming to IS-702 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm of the surface. (d) Provide polymeric water proofing membrane ISI marked laid with overlaps, bonded with hot blown bitumen, and laid by torch application method, end overlaps shall not be less than 150mm and side lap 75mm. Polymeric water proofing membrane should be five layered with centre core as 90 micron high molecular high density polyethylene film, min weight 3 Kg per sqm & minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric, APP membrane shall laid acorss the slop from lowest line of sloping roof towards ridge. (e) Over the APP membrane, apply a coat of semi hot blown 85/25 penetration grade bitumen confirming to IS-702 @ 1.20 Kg/ sqm and blinded with fine sand in dry condition @ 0.50 Kg / Sqm dusted over the bitumen coat. Note : (i) Care shall be taken to avoid wrinkle and air gaps while sticking membrane to the bitumen applied surface. (ii) Ponding test shall be conducted for 72 hrs as directed. (iii) WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for applying one coat of "rust remover" or "Defroster" or equivalent chemical (as approved by Engr-in-Charge) to old rusted reinforcement after necessary preparation of surfaces by brush application, complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Dr Fixit/ Sikka/ Texa Ind Ltd

S&F for hard drawn steel wire fabric cut to length bent to shape, fabric 2mm dia, 50mm mesh cover entire steel surface not exc 4kg per Sqm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying one layer of shortcrete concrete 20mm to 25mm thick (comprises composition PCC 1:2:1, one part of cement two parts of fine aggregate and one part of 10mm and down size trap stone aggregate) mixed with spray set SL 2 to 2.5% weight of cement and 12.5 to 16.5 litres of water mixed as per manufacturer's instruction and gunniting pressure nozzle with a delivery capacity of 2.5Kg per sqm over column, beam, roof slab and other similar works, complete all as specified and directed. M&L for mild steel deformed or twisted TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality comfarming to Fe-410-S, or FE-410-O, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dubbing out average 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on irregular face of old walls/ ceiling, fin facia chajjas etc, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair for GI pipe light grade 25mm bore for installation of air termination rod, complete all as specified and directed.
