M&L for bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete (SDAC) 40mm thick (consolidated thickness) with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix by using machanical paver and rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using 10 to 12 tonne power roller and laying with mechanical paver, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Notes :-
(a) Design mix shall be got done by contractor at his own expenses from laboratory as decided by GE.
(b) Contractor shall quote his rates by considering binder content @5.5% of total mix by weight. However, in case of any variation on lower side in weight of binder content as per actual mix design, the same shall be adjusted @ Rs. 60/KG of Bitumen.

M&L for Premixed Bituminuous Macadam using 4% binder content of paving bitumen of Grade VG-30 by weight of total mix, consolidated thickness not less than 75mm, laid using mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber using 8 to 12 tonne power roller, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Notes :-
(a) Bituminous macadam shall be prepared in central computerised hot mix plant.
(b) Design mix shall be got done by contractor at his own expenses from laboratory as decided by GE.
(c) Contractor shall quote his rates by considering binder content @4% of total mix by weight. However, in case of any variation on lower side in weight of binder content as per actual mix design, the same shall be adjusted @ Rs. 60/KG of Bitumen.
