S&F 4 mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty or wooden beads in squares not exceeding 0.50 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for taking down old PCC tiles form roof and removing bedding at any position complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

M&L for 15 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:3 on roof surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement, incl mixing of water proofing compound for Accessable roof/Non Accessable roof complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

M&L for priming the roof surface with bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384 @ 0.30 ltrs/Sqm all as specified as directed.

M&L for applying a coat of hot blown 85/25 grade bitumen conforming to IS-702 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm and leaning of the surface thereafter complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

M&L for cement concret tiles with cement and no pigment 25cmX25cm x22mm thick machine pressed set jointed and including 15mm screed bedding in CM 1:4 as pointed in neat cement slurry in flooring as cut and poslished complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

M&L for taking down existing roof treatment of any description and any type all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc and brushing neat cement slurry with 3.00 Kg of cement per sqm all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

M&L for priming the roof surface with bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384 @ 0.30 ltrs/Sqm and applying a coat of hot blown 85/25 grade bitumen conforming to IS-702 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm and thereafter provide polymeric water proofing membrane (five layered) 3MM thick and weight not less than 3 Kg/Sqm with centre layer core of 90 micron high molecular density polyethylene film followed by another coat of semi hot blown 85/25 grade bitumen @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm blinded with fine sand in dry condition @ 0.50 Kg/Sqm with 02 coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge. Note Water proofing treatment will be done by manufacturer of APP membrane or through their authorised specialized agency which will further have to give a five years warranty for rectification of any defect if incurred at latter stage otherwise no payment shall be made to the contractor if water proofing treatment is executed otherwise or by local engaged labour.

M&L for providing plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0 with using WPC along side wall adjoining to roof in concave shape complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

S&F in repair rigid non - metalic PVC casing caping of 25/12mm inclusive of all elbow, tees,etc complete all as per the direction of Engr-in-Charge.
