Supply and fix in repairs breather assembly including silica gel component suitable for indoor type transformer of 63 kVA to 100 KVA capacity, complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting of LT and HT connection carefully from the existing Transformer of capacity 50 KVA to 100 KVA , 11KV/433 volts of any make/type, taking down/remove from existing site. Transporting the transformer from various locations to the workshop for carrying out repair work, opening of top cover and decanning of transformer oil, checking of connections internally,dismantling of core and remove HT/LT coil for replacement, replacing burnt HT and LT bushing and studs and soldering and brazing the connections including removal of sludges, carbon deposits at bottom of transformer tank, on core, on winding, tightening of all connections etc, cleaning of oil tank and rectification of leakage problem and renewal of all gaskets and assembling and filling back of tranformer oil (after filtration and dehydration of transformer oil at work shop for required value) including top up of transformer oil upto required level and after repair the transporting the same back to the same site including installation and connecting of HT and LT side connection of transformer and charging the transformer including testing it upto proper functioning complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note : (i) The contractor will take down and refix the transformer at site located at various location as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (ii) The rate deemed to including transportation of transformer Jammu workshop and back. (iii) T & P required for taking down and refixing of transformer deemed to be included in the rate quoted by contractor, Rewinding of HT & LT coils and oil shall be measured and paid separately under erlevant items and cost of gaskets, nuts and bolts etc. will be deemed to be included in this above item quoted rate. (iv) Repair/rewinding of transformer carried out by authorized workshop only. (v) Spare parts required for maintenance measured and paid separetely in respective items. (vi) Transformer oil for top up will be measured and paid separately (vii) The quoted rates shall also be deemed to include for submission of test reports for testing as specified above

All as per serial item No 17 above but for transformer of capacity More than 100 KVA and Upto 315 KVA

S&F in replacement high tension lightning arrestor, expulsion type suitable for 11 KV with all fittings of transmission class, discharge capacity 65 Kilo Amps and testing , complete all as specified and directed.

Steel tubular swaged poles complete with base plate welded with pole, finial taper plug, bolt, nut and screws as specified type 410 SP-55 (11m long) including one coat of red-oxide zinc chrome primer and two coats of aluminium paint on surfaces exposed to view and making 30cm wide strips (total 5 Nos) with yellow and black paint alternately on external surface above PCC benching including numbering with fluorescent yellow paint and painting with bituminous paint internally complete and externally for portion embedded in PCC, complete all as specified and directed (Earth work, and PCC shall be measured and paid for separately).

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning in replacement HT cable 11 KV grade, XLPE insulated (earthed) screened, PVC bedded, galvanized iron strip armoured with stranded aluminium conductor cable of cross sectional area 120 sqmm; 3 core, ISI marked with IS:7098 (part-II) as amended upto date in trenches/ ducts/ through pipes etc and making connection by providing suitable aluminium lugs with proper crimping, including removal of old unserviceable defective cable of any size and capacity complete all as specified and directed. (Earth work, brick protection and sand cushioning shall be measured and paid for separately).

All as per srl item no.09 above but cross sectional area 95 sqmm 03 core

Supply and fix in replacement of XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor rating 1100 volts grade of size 300 Sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches or passing through pipes/ducts or fixed to walls/poles complete all as specified. (Earth work, brick protection and sand cushioning shall be measured and paid for separately).

All as per srl item no.11 above but cross sectional area 150 sqmm 3.5 core

GI tubing (light grade) with all fittings, laid in trenches or under road crossing as protection pipe, or fixed alongwith walls/poles with clamps including bolts, nuts & washers, bore of pipe 100mm, complete all as specified.

S&F cable jointing kit for 11 KV (earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrinkable type joint, complete with and including jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium cable of size 120 Sqmm to 185 sqmm , also with and including connecting single thimbles etc after disconnecting of electric supply including removing burnt out jointing kit etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 11 KV 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of 120 Sqmm including testing and commissioning, complete all as specifed & directed.

Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 11 KV 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of 120 Sqmm to 185 sqmm including testing and commissioning, complete all as specifed & directed.

M & L in replacement for Expanded metal, cut to length, bent to shape required and tying with and including annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia of weight not exc. 4 kg/Sqm or fixing with galvanised steel staples supplied and fixed complete to steel members complete all as directed including taking out old broken post and fence. Note : Metalic post will be measured and paid separately under relevent item of the schedule.

Material and Labour for brass terminal studs and bushing with brass check nuts including all accessories for primary (HT) side of transformer capacity 50 KVA to 160 KVA, 11KV/433 volts of any make/type including removing of old unserviceable items and testing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cable route indicator HT Type made of metal cast iron, the strip size not less than 32x4 mm,height 300 mm and round shape of dia not less than 8 cm with embossed HT welded or reveted strip and round plate each other including adequate qty of PCC 1:3:6 type C1 20 mm dia agregate all as specified and as directed.

PCC 1:4:8 (nominal mix) type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates, as in foundation filling and mass concrete for poles and stay/installation paths including necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:2:4 (nominal mix) type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate, as in coping of poles and the like complete including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of red oxide primer coat and two coat of silver paint all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of Metal/ steel or iron rusted/ old painted surfaces of any description exe. 10cm in width or girth such as structural steel frame including annealed Mild steel wire mesh as enclose or fencing or gate etc at different location and painting with applying two coats of aluminum paint over one coat of read oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for painting of HT 4 pole structure consisting of steel tubular poles, bracing, cross arms, channels,clamps, supports, nuts, bolts with two coats of Silver paint over a coat of red oxide primer after preparing the existing external surfaces including making alternate strips each of 30 cm height with black and red synthetic enamel paint upto 1.20 mtr height from top of PCC copping, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for painting of HT two pole structure consisting of steel tubuler poles and connected steel sections such as bracing, cross arms , channels, supports, clamps , nuts , bolts of any type with two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer after preparing the old painted external surfaces including making alternate strips each 30cm with black and red synthetic enamel paint upto 1.2m height from ground level complete all as specified and directed .

Material & labour for painting of HT single pole structure consisting of steel tubuler poles and connected steel sections such as bracing, cross arms , channels, supports, clamps , nuts , bolts of any type with two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer after preparing the old painted external surfaces including making alternate strips each 30cm with black and red synthetic enamel paint upto 1.2m height from ground level complete all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for painting of Transformer of two coats synshetic enemal paint (Smoke Grey Colour) over a coat of red oxide primer after preparing the existing external surfaces with red synthetic enamel paint after removing existing including writing of SM/MES number with black colour on rectangular whhite background complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix of 11 KV air break gang operated device of rating 400 amps, 3Pole, vertical type, mechanically operated, mounted on and including 11 KV porcelain insulators and steel frame with operating machanism worked from ground level with and including GI tubing 25 mm bore light grade and providing ACSR conductor jumpers duly crimped with lugs, connected to existing 11 KV supply and testing and including removing old unserviceable items complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metre below ground level, connecting to galvanised iron strip of size 32x6 mm (as earth lead wire), by means of bolt, nuts, check nuts and washer of galvanised and earth wire protected by provision of galvanised iron pipe light grade, 15mm bore including provn of concrete pit in PCC M-15, type B-I using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates with 40mm thick precast cover of size 550 mm X 550 mm X 75 mm of RCC M-15, type B-I, reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4 kg/ Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25x25x3mm with lugs 2 Nos and with 6mm dia mild steel bar handle made to shape, galvanised iron medium grade 20mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 metre long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling, test point made out of phosphorous bronze with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and including earth work in any type of soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre, all as per electrical plate No. 3 of SSR 2009 Part-I and connection to earth test point all as specified and testing on completion.

Supply and fix pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut 150mm height, 150mm dia for working pressure 11000 Volts grade of HT line including taking down existing cracked/unserviceable pin type insulator complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement disc type insulators, porcelain vitreous white brown or green, 145mm high and 255mm dia ball and socket type, two-in-serise assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductor having working pressure 11000 Volts including taking down existing cracked/unserviceable disc type insulator complete all as specified and directed.

Restringing of existing ACSR conductor carefully on existing poles of HT 11 KV overhead line any size etc, including replacement of binding wires for binding of conductors to insulators each RM of 3 wire of three phase all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement disc type insulators, porcelain vitreous white brown or green,145mm high and 255mm dia ball and socket type, single disc assembly for tension with tension clamp for conductor of working pressure 11000 volts including taking down existing cracked/unserviceable disc type insulator complete all as specified and directed.

Cradles, hexagonal/rectangular, fabricated with galvanised steel wire 3.15 or 4mm dia including taking down old unserviceable wire complete all as specified and directed.

S & fix aluminium conductor, steel reinforced (ACSR) of following sizes as in overhead conductor including fixing aluminium tapes for binding including dismantling of old conductor of any size and capacity complete all as specified and directed: - (a) 6/1 x 3.0 - Ferret (b) 6/1 x 2.59 - Weasel (c) 6/1 x 2.11 - Squirrel Note: The weight of the conductor shall be determined as stipulated in Preamble (b) on Page 406 of SSR-2010 Part-II (Rates).

Stay assembly complete in replacement with accessories and GI stay rod 20 mm dia 1900 long, stay plate 300mm x 300mm x 6mm, galvanised thimbles, GI stay wire 7/4 SWG, galvanised steel 14mm dia 400mm long stay bow and GI nuts, washers including loop type insulators, vitreous porcelain, white brown or green of large size with overall dimensions 90mm x 140mm, clearance of hole 25.5mm, etc and all other accessories as shown in electrical plate No 1 on MES Schedule Part-I complete including dismantling stay assembly complete all as specified and directed. Note : Stay clamp, excavation and earth work and concrete for stay pit and insulator shall be measured and paid separately.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5m wide and not exc. 1.5m in depth; for foundation etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth in soft / loose soil and getting out, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Srl item No.43 here-in-before but depth exc 1.5m but n exc 3m.

Returning filling in soil including spreading leveling watering and well rammimg in layer n exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed

Removing excavated soil not exc 50m & depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point all as specified and directed

Supply and filling in and spreading unwashed river sand for cushioning and covering the under ground cables in trenches and punning to provide required cover complete all as specified in SSR Part-I and as directed. Note: Punned thickess i.e 18 cm shall be measured for paymeny purpose.

Supply and laying Un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HVP, type 1 with peak, size 300mmx180mmx40mm, complete all as specified & directed.

Cutting/trimming of tree branches under OH HT electric line including cleaning upto 1.00 mtr horizontal distance on both sides of OH electric line from ground level of the poles including removing all creepers small bushes and tightening/strecthing of HT overhead conductor , complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Materials i.e safety harness, T&P like Axies, Daw, rope and the like will be provided by the contractor and rate demmed included.).

Danger notice plate in repair of size 25 x 20 cm, made of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with and including mild steel clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size for HT poles, complete all as specified.

Material and labour for Opening the bus-bar chamber, CT chamber, PT Chamber and Meter chamber of HT 11KV, panel board and carry out following complete all as specified and as directed and specified by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- spare parts shall be measured & paid seperately (i) Inspecting/cleaning/overhauling of bus bar chamber by checking of bus bars, spout insulators, space heaters and removing dust with vacuum cleaner/Blower and moisture by hot air blower and checking tightness of bus bars, insulators and applying STRIPPEX(A), STRIPPEX(B) and HT tape and test with High Voltage(DC) and meggering before and after high voltage test complete. (ii) Inspecting/cleaning/overhauling metering chamber by checking of entire wiring system, all meters, selector switches, control fuses and removing dust with vacuum cleaner/blower and moisture by hot air blower and checking tightness of wiring system. (iii) Inspecting/cleaning/overhauling of CT/PT chamber by checking of Bus bars, spout insulators, space heaters and checking of wiring system and removing dust with vacuum cleaner/blower and moisture by hot air blower and checking tightness of bus bars, insulators and applying anti tracking paint on CT's and insulators and HT Tape.

Disconnecting and dismantling the existing indoor type VCB11 KV horizontal draw out type VCB trolly of rupturing capacity 250/350 MVA, 400/630 Amps installed at various Power station of JK Power(Khyora, Gambhir and Dhanwan) and repair /overhauling including replacement of damaged spare parts and carrying out with the following all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- spare parts will be measured & paid seperately (i) Inspecting / overhauling of manual / motorised spring drive mechanism by checking mechanism, motor and gear assembly, big gear assembly, stop bolt assembly, main shaft interlocking assembly, closing spring assembly, small cam with screw,motor cut -off limit switch, butter fly swich assembly and apply multi grease lubricant to function smoothly. (ii) Inspecting / overhauling of tripping assembly, earthfault release assembly, tripping coil, auxiliary switch and checking of electrical wiring system. (iii) Inspecting / overhauling /cleaning and inspecting through insulators, vacuum interuptors by carbon cleaner solution and apply dry graphite conductive sealant for electrical contacts to avoid carbon deposits on contact surfaces.(iv) Assembling all items/components parts to the respective position & testing the breaker with High Voltage(DC) and meggering before and after high voltage test complete.

Overhauling, calibration and secondary injection of over current earth fault relays/release on each multiple setting readjustment by artificial load complete all as specified including testing complete.

Dismantling the existing broken/ damage platform and M & L for construction of platform of size 3000x2500x1500mm including all materials and civil works with brick work, rendering 15mm thick CM 1:4, PCC 1:5:10 (40mm graded stone) for foundation, 1:3:6 for base of foundation including angle iron of size 40x40x5mm, cutting, welding and all fabrication works, fencing with GI wire mesh around the platform with gate of suitable size alongwith all required items such as nuts, bolts, washers, etc., plastering of whole platform and painting for installation of transformer all as shown on drawing CEDZ/TD-1129/96 sheet 1/2 complete all as specified and directed.

Deduct Credit Amount as per Schedule of credit as details given on Srl Page No 27 of tender doucments.
