M&L for development of trial bore/ enlarging of borehole for tubewell by way of washing and making cavity down below and back wash with heavy duty compressor for 400 to 450mm dia and upto the depth of 170 metre below ground level in any type of soil/ground strata, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge/GE.

S&F well cap and clamp of 250mm dia and 100mm depth in two parts made out of 5mm thick MS plate for covering & holding of column pipe of tube well duly welded with locking arrangement by nuts & bolts making holes for passing 2 run of 10 Sqmm flat submersible cable, steel wire rope/chain, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F steel rope multistranded 6 Sqmm for lowering of pump/ column pipe, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, assembling, lowering and levelling of 250mm nominal bore (wall thickness 8mm) MS ERW, ISI marked casing blank pipe as per IS-4270-2001 and jointing with electric arc welding, screwed and socketed in random length of 3 mtr to 6 mtr including necessary fittings such as steel sockets, coupling, jointing and painting with two coats of bituminous paint of external surfaces of pipe over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer after prepration of surface, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Supply, connecting, testing and laying submersible cable with coper conductor multistranded of size 10 Sqmm, 3 core, flat, conforming to IS-694, connected and testing after laying, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, lowering and fixing MS column pipe, ISI marked, both ends flanged, 80mm bore having wall thickness 4.8mm as per IS-1239 complete including rubber gasket, slot cutting in flangers for passing of submersible cable and nuts, bolts etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Supply, installation, leveling, testing and commissioning of submersible pumping set suitable for casing pipe of 250mm bore, having capacity 12HP, 415 Volts, 180 LPM at 80 mtr to 170 mtr head (As per yield of borewell) alongwith suitable submersible starter, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge/GE.

M&L for construction of valve pit of size 60cm x 60cm x 60cm (internal dimensions) 01 brick thick wall masonry including necessary earth work (excavation, returing and removing) in any type of soil and 100mm thick, PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations/ lean concrete and 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on external and internal surfaces of valve pit, cover made of 3.15mm thick MS sheet, welded with 40mm x 40mm x 5mm angle iron frame fixed on top of valve pit by means of hold fast 150mm long, hinges, handles and locking arrangement including two coats of anti-corrosive paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of CPRI approved LT Control panel, outdoor type, double door, pedastal mounted, overall size not less than 60cm x 45cm x 60cm, IP-54, having independent compartment for bus bar, incoming feeder and each out going feeder, dust and vermin proof & lockable, factory made, fabricated out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet, mounted on 65mm x 65mm x 5mm iron angle frame height 45cm from PCC bedding suitable for 3 Phase 415 Volts 50 Hz, AC supply, bus bar chamber with copper bus bar of 200 Amps rating for 3 Phase and neutral, 4 wire system duly insulated with heat shrinkable type sleeveless as per colour code, supported on epoxy insulators - 01 set incl necessary copper cables of suitable size for MCCBs/MCBs/change over switch/inter connections, common earth bus bar of GI strip of size 32 x 6 mm at bottom with panel board at two earth terminals, cable glands with independent plates at bottom for each outgoing and incoming cables in cable alloy panel board and painted with powder coating in siemens grey colour mounting the panel on ground/floor with PCC (1:3:6) bedding upto a height of 45cm above ground level, complete all as approved and comprising as under:- (a) MCCB 4 Pole, 63 Amps, 35 KA, 415 Volt - 01 No (Incoming) (b) MCCB 4 pole, 40 Amps, 35 KA, 415 Volt-01 No (Outgoing) (c) Copper bus bar 200 Amps for 3 phase & neutral - 1 Set. Supplying, installing, commissioning and testing chemical dozing pump installed directly on water line, suction injecting electric pump of suitable capacity, ready to use solution, dosage proportional to water flow (no influence of water flow variations), can tolerate variation of pressure from the water line, no pump damage even when the additive tank is empty, no overdozing risk/no pure chemical injection risk when water supply is off. It can work on a suction lift upto 4 mtr, suction line with foot valve strainer. The dosing pump coupled with single phase electric motor of suitable capacity, assembled with agitator in one motor, agitator with SS sweep blade duly FRP coated and PVC tank of capacity 2 x 150 ltrs, complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing 90mm bore PPR gate valve (Brass insert) ISI marked, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and laying/ filling in layers of Pea Gravel as per IS 154097-1967 of assorted size M around annular space between the casing pipe and the well surface has to be filled with a gravel pack to act as filter medium in tube well spacing and the size of gravel will be 5 to 10mm, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, laying and fitting of 100mm bore pipe galvanized, "Medium grade" complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 80mm bore cast iron Non-return valve with by pass arrangement, conforming to IS-5312 Part-I, PN-1.6, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 100mm bore cast iron sluice valve flanged both ends confirming to IS-14846/2000, Class PN-1.6 with steel spindle with iron hand wheel including all necessary fixing arrangement such as MS nut, bolt washer gasket etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, laying & testing of cable XLPE insulated screened wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 35 Sqmm, 4 Core, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 20mm bore, 3- layer PPR (Polypropylene random copolymer) concealed pipes SDR 7.4 (PN16) UV stabilized and antimicrobial fusion welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply all PPR plain & brass threaded polypropylene random fittings, laid in trenches or in floors or in ceiling and fixed to walls, complete all specified and directed.

All as per Ser item No 24.00 here-in-above but 50mm bore.

S&F PPR gate valve (Brass insert) of 50mm bore, complete all specified and directed.

S&F rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank (three layered) cylindrical vertical with closed top of capacity 2000 litres, hoisted and fixed in position with connecting parts (inlet, outlet and over flows), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches, not exc 1.5mtr wide and not exc 1.5mtr in depth for foundation, for laying pipe lines etc and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing surplus excavated material from site to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs from starting point and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point, complete all as secified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
