Removing excavated materials/ soils, not exceeding 50mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50mtrs, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Plain cement concrete M-7.50 (1:4:8), type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate), as in or as mass concrete in foundation of poles etc, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Plain cement concrete M-10 (1:3:6), type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate), as in or as mass concrete in foundation of stays etc, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Plain cement concrete M-15 (1:2:4), type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate), as in coping of poles including necessary form work, finish even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of old cracked/ damaged, concrete poles with new pre-stressed concrete pole, 9.0 metres long, cross section 102mmx172mm at top and 102mmx279mm at bottom, class 10, including painting strips in black and white colour, 300mm thick, upto 1.50mtr height, from top of PCC coping with synthetic enamel paint after preparing the surface, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note: Excavation, earth work and concrete in foundation shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQ.

Replacement of old damaged, steel tubular poles with new steel tubular swaged poles complete with mild steel base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified, type-410, SP-31 (9.00 meters long), including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of zinc chrome primer after preparing the exposed surface and two coats of bitumiunous paint on embedded surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note: Excavation, earth work and concrete in foundation shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQ.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ damaged over head conductor with new over head, aluminium conductor, steel reinforced, weasel, from any type/ height of poles including proper binding with existing insulators, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note: Weight of ACSR or all aluminium conductors drawn for overhead lines is to be determined by measuring taut horizontal distance between centers of two adjacent poles and compounding the weight of conductors of that size and length and 3% extra added for sag, jointing, jumpers, etc.

Re-stretching only for aluminium conductor steel reinforced including earth wire, of any size and type, maintaining required sag, fixed poles of any height and type with insulators, fixed with aluminium binding wire including all required labours, tools and plants, including making all necessary connection, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Taking down existing unserviceable/ rusted structural steel in cross arms and replacement with new mild steel in cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one coat of red oxide primer, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ damaged shackle type insulator with new shackle Type, Porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator size 100mm height, 115mm dia including galvanised mild steel straps 31x5mm and insulator bolts of bolts 14mm dia, washers, nuts, for working pressure 1100 volts grade, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ damaged stay assembly with new stay assembly, galvanised iron, complete with accessories as shown in electrical plate No-1, diameter of stay rod 20mm dia, including galvanised iron stay plate 300x300x6mm, galvanised iron thimble, 14mm dia 400mm long stay bow and galvanised iron nuts bolts, washers including loop type insulator, vitreous porcelain, white, brown or green, large size, with overall dimensions 65x90mm, clearance of hole 16.0mm, including stay wire, galvanised iron, stay wire 7/4mm stranded, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note: Excavation, earth work and PCC shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of Schedule

Replacement of old unserviceable/ corrosion GI earth wire with new galvanised iron wire as in earth wire or wire guard, cradles, hexagonal/ rectangular, fabricated with galvanised steel wire of 4.0mm dia from any position, LT poles of any type and any height including binding wire, 1.60mm dia, galvanised iron, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of old unserviceable rubber mat with new synthetic rubber insulating mat for preventing HT shock, thickness not less than 25mm, size 2.00x1.00 mtrs, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement, 1100 Volts grade, heavy duty, multi-stranded cable, PVC insulated aluminium conductor, multi-stranded, cross sectional area 10.0 Sqmm, 2-core, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections , one twin core cable flat or circular, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement, 1100 Volts grade, heavy duty, multi-stranded cable, PVC insulated aluminium conductor, multi-stranded, cross sectional area 16.0 Sqmm, 2-core, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections, one twin core cable flat or circular, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with mild steel clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for LT, 20x15cm size, fixing in repairs, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ damaged PVC separator/ spacer with new PVC separator/ spacer, polypropylene composite moulded or bolted type, including all nuts, bolts and washers, suitable for two wires on LT over head line to maintain the uniform space between the ACSR conductors, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ damaged PVC separator/ spacer with new PVC separator/ spacer, polypropylene composite moulded or bolted type, including all nuts, bolts and washers, suitable for three wires on LT over head line to maintain the uniform space between the ACSR conductors, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ damaged PVC separator/ spacer with new PVC separator/ spacer, polypropylene composite moulded or bolted type, including all nuts, bolts and washers, suitable for four wires on LT over head line to maintain the uniform space between the ACSR conductors, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ damaged LT XLPE cable with new XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade, cross-sectional area 150.0 Sqmm, 3.50-core, laid in trenches or passing through pipes, including suitable lugs and accessories for making connections at both ends, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ damaged GI pipe with new GI pipes/ Tubes, 'light grade', galvanised, 80mm bore, ISI marked, laid in trenches or fixed to walls/ poles including mild steel clamps, nuts, bolts and washers; for protection of electric cable, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level, connected with galvanised iron wire of 4.0mm dia as earth lead, by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel complete with 15mm dia GI light grade protection pipe, 20mm dia GI medium grade watering pipe with funnel including charcoal, dust, salt, PCC M-15, type B-1 in pit with precast RCC M-15(1:2:4), type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) in cover reinforced with XPM not less than 4.0 Kg per Sqm, test point etc. all as shown in electric plate No-3 of SSR Part-I (2009), complete with necessary earth work in any type of soil, removal to a distance not exceeding 50mtr, including testing on completion, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Earth pit chamber and RCC pit cover shall be painted with two coats of red synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer including preparing of surfaces. (ii) GI earth lead 4.0mm dia and GI medium grade pipoe 15mm dia upto 7.50mtrs long shall be deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate. (iii) The earth pit shall be redone if the desired earth resistance value is not obtained by the contractor at no extra cost to the department.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ damaged MCCB with new MCCB, four pole, 415 Volts, adjustable thermal and adjustable magnetic setting, 400 Amps with breaking capacity 36 KA, having indicating lamp, Ics=100% and Icu as per IEC 60947-2, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ damaged MCCB with new MCCB, four pole, 415 Volts, adjustable thermal and adjustable magnetic setting, 630 Amps with breaking capacity 50 KA, having indicating lamp, Ics=100% and Icu as per IEC 60947-2, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Repairing burnt/ worn out serviceable LT cable ends by disconnecting the cable from junction box/ LT panel/ pole etc cutting out the burnt out cable ends and taking out extra cable from cable loops by digging and reconnecting as existing after providing new aluminium lugs, tapes, nuts, bolts and washers suitable for LT cable of size from 10 Sqmm to 16 Sqmm, any-core, including any site clearance, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-charge. Note: Quoted rate shall be deemed included the cost of excavation for taking out cable from loops, site clearance and cable connection, tools and plants as required for repair of cable ends.

Felling/Trimming/ cutting of tree not exceeding 30cm girth including cutting of trunk, and branches along the over head LT/ HT lines/ poles, in 3.0mtrs radius all around the conductor and disposal of material to a distance not exceeding 50mtrs and clearing site including making surface even with all necessary tools, plants and manpower, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Cleaning away/ cutting of all grass vegetation, saplings, shrubs, creepers, brushwood, undergrowth, roots and trees not exceeding 30cm girth (measured one metre above ground level) around the LT panels, transformers, and removing rubbish outside the periphery of cantonmant area, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of out door type LT Cubical panel feeder pillar powder coated front and back openable and lockable by keys for both sides having louvers and air vent, gasket and totally vermin proof made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet of size 1200mm x 1300mm x 450mm CPRI approved duly compartmentalized for incoming and outgoing shall have extension links of capacity 1.5 times the rating of individual feeder ie not less than 300 mm long all link shall be insulated with colour coated heat shrinkable sleeve and supported on DMC/Epoxy insulators having provision for termination of incomer and out going cables. all control wires shall be not less than 2.5 sqmm multi strand copper conductor and properly bunched/tide, ferruled for proper identification and crimped with adequate size of lugs. The panel with have a bottom support of channel of suitable size, duly coated with zinc metal coating. a detachable pre-drilled gland plate of thickness 3.15 mm thick shall be provided with at the bottom for entry of cable with gland. Manufacture name plate with feeder details and danger plate shall be provided at suitable place with the following:- (a) Aluminum busbar duly insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeve and mounted on DMC/epoxy insulators of capacity 500 amps for three phase and 300 amps for neutral-01 set and phase indicating lamp and ampere meter complete with CT and selector switch for three phase current display. (b) MCCB FP 415 volts of capacity 400 amps adjustable type with rupturing capacity 35 KA (incoming)-01 No (c) MCCB, FP 415 volts of capacity 100 amps with rupturing capacity 25 KA-04 Nos (outgoing). (d) Indicating Lamps set- 01 (e) Digital ammeter and voltmeter with CTs and switch set- 01 each

Preparation of surfaces of old painted pre-stressed concrete LT poles of any size, any section, cleaning the surface with mild steel wire brush and painting pole with one coat of black and white synthetic enamel paint in alternate strips, 30 cm thick each, up to 1.50 mtrs height from the top of coping including marking pole Nos with synthetic enamel paint, in uniform size black colour paint on circle with yellow paint, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ damaged cable jointing kit with new cable jointing kit for Cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV (Earthed) grade cable for Straight though , heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 70.0 sqmm to 120.0 sqmm, 3.5-core, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ damaged cable jointing kit with new cable jointing kit for Cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV (Earthed) grade cable for Straight though , heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 150.0 sqmm to 185.0 sqmm, 3.5-core, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ damaged cable jointing kit with new cable jointing kit for Cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV (Earthed) grade cable for Straight though , heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 240.0 sqmm to 300.0 sqmm, 3.5-core, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Amount of Schedule of credit of for Rs 1,65,068.00 shall be deducted from quoted amount.
