Taking down cement plaster of any description on bricks or stone walls or from concrete surfaces including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) using waterproofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement on fair faces of brick walls or concrete surfaces and finishing surface even and fair complete all as specified and as directed. Note: - Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) on fair faces of concrete surfaces of ceiling, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparing plastered new surfaces of wall and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of cement based paint including preparation of new plastered surfaces over one coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper, white or tinted shade over coat of chalk whiting complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying three coats of white wash on ceiling including preparation of new plastered surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surface of external walls including cornices, pillasters by brooming down or steel wire smoke, root, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spot by using suitable chemical and removing nails, making good holes with chalk whiting, filling cracks and brooming to remove all dirt etc and applying one coat of wheather proof paint exterior grade over one coat of primer after making surface even and smooth including any colour for chajjas and fascias, including all scaffolding arrangement upto three storeyed building complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old plastered surface of external walls including cornices, pillasters by brooming down or steel wire smoke, root, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spot by using suitable chemical and removing nails, making good holes with chalk whiting, filling cracks and brooming to remove all dirt etc and applying two coats of wheather proof paint exterior grade over one coat of primer after making surface even and smooth, including any colour for chajjas and fascias, including all scaffolding arrangement up to three storeyed building complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for complete removal of vegetations, roots and shrubs from wall and making good the wall with cement, brick work and plastering including all scaffolding up to 4 storey building complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 18mm thick single layered HDHMR coloured / textured finish board density more than 850 kg / cum smooth finished fixed in cubords and jointed together with necessary adhesive complete all as per directions by Engineer-in-charge all as per manufacturer's specification complete all as specified and as directed. Make: - As approved by GE.

Supply and fixing in repairs 6mm thick one side prelaminated decorative PVC sheet and other side plain in cubords and like items inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site complete all as per directions by Engineer-in-charge all as per manufacturer's specification complete all as specified and as directed. Notes for Ser item No's 19.00 and 20.00: - The scope of work including for taking down existing damaged particle boards / panels / doors and the unit rate quoted shall be deemed to be included for the same.

Supply and fixing in repair modular auto concealed soft closed hinges 35mm 110 degree size complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair stainless steel handle 200 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames (without taking off shutters from the frame) exceeding 1.50 Sqm but not exceeding 4 Sqm each and removing from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing and fixing factory made UPVC white colour sliding window two track made of extruded profiles with wall thickness of 2.3mm (+ 0.2mm) window profile with hollow section with multi chamber, frame (60mm x 62mm), sash (42mm x 67mm) sliding interlock (one vertical length in each shutters) (45.5mm x 28mm), glazing bead (24.5mm x 16mm) will be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc. making arrangement for fixing of hardware. EPDM gasket 1.2 + 0.2mm thick galvanised steel frame (30mm x 21.5mm), sash (30mm x 18mm), Profile to be inserted in required profile, frame will be fixed to the wall with 8mm x 100mm long fasteners. Hardware : (touch lock of zinc alloyed (white powder coated), steel roller system including 5mm thick glazing with selected quality glass, Aluminium track on bottom rail for two track sliding frame, wool pine for sliding sash and interlock) complete all as specified and as directed. Notes: - (i) The unit rate quoted by the contractor includes cost of glass and wiremesh and includes all other connected accessories. (ii) Net opening will be measured for payment purpose. Area not exceeding 2.00 sqm each. (iii) The rate also includes for making good the damages made to wall by plastering and distempering to match with existing surface / replacing wall tiles to match with the existing one.

Material and labour for partition wall (Panels of 1.44 sqm (approx) made out of aluminium anodized standard hollow sections 63.50 X 38.10 X 1.95mm thick snap fit beadings, standard rubber gasket, 5.5mm thick sheet glass and 12mm thick prelaminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination and other side balancing light grey lamination complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- The scope of work includes for taking down existing damaged aluminium door/window/grill/panels and the unit rate quoted shall be deemed to included for the same.

Material and labour for complete removal of the existing roof treatment any no's of layers taken out membrane, PCC Padding/roof, tiles etc including grabbing up of tree roots, roughening and preparation of surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, scrubbing down with steel brushes, sweeping, cleaning and washing down with water to remove dust etc. and applying the following roof treatment complete all as specified and as directed. (a) Applying 1st course of 15 mm thick screed bed with cement mortar (1:4) over old concrete surface. (b) Applying 2nd course of bituminous primer @ 0.4 kg/Square Metre conforming to IS-3384 over screed bed. (c) Applying 3rd course of a coat of bonding material with blown type bitumen of grade 85/25 heating to working temperature of 180 centigrade and applied @ 1.2 kg/Square Metre. (d) Applying 4th course of APP (Atactic Polypropylene) modified polymeric 3mm thick, weight not less than 3.6 kg/Square Metre with 160 Grams/Square Metre non woven polyester made at center core reinforced laid with 75 mm side overlap and 100 mm overlap. The membrane shall be laid with LPG torch and overlap sealed and finished neat. (e) Applying 5th course of a coat of bonding material with blown type bitumen of grade 85/25 heating to a working temperature of 180 centigrade and applied @ 1.2 kg/Square Metre. (f) Applying two coats of bituminous based aluminium paint as finishing coat.

Taking up or down steel tubing with connections for cleaning for refixing or removing or storeyard complete of bore 15mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Refixing only 15mm dia steel tubing and connections in new or old position including cleaning of old steel tubing complete all as specified and as directed.

Refixing only 20mm dia steel tubing and connections in new or old position including cleaning of old steel tubing complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of plain or corrrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing prepainted galvalume aluminium zinc coating based corrugated steel sheet 0.5 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/claddding to wall, fix with self tapping screws with necessary washers/welding complete all as specified and as directed. (The profile of the sheet as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge).

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for vitrified light shade ceramic tiles 10mm thick (Square / rectangular) polished area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 Sqm in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for vitrified light shade ceramic tiles 10mm thick (Square / rectangular) polished area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 Sqm in skirting etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for non skid ceramic jointless coloured tiles, 7 to 8 mm thick (square / rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.38 Sqm in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement mixed with pigment to match over and including 15mm thick screed layer in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for non skid ceramic jointless coloured tiles, 7 to 8 mm thick (square / rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 Sqm but not exc 0.38 Sqm in skirting etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement mixed with pigment to match over and including 10mm thick screed layer in cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for non skid ceramic jointless coloured tiles, 7 to 8 mm thick (square / rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement mixed with pigment to match over and including 15mm thick screed layer in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 450mm x 300mm, thickness 7mm as in vertical surfaces such as skirting, dado, wall etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks three layers of 500 litres capacity ISI marked (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part - I including 20mm thick Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed. (minimum weight 20mm-210 grams) including dismantling of old broken water tanks and refixing of inlet, outlet and over flow pipe etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks three layers of 1000 litres capacity ISI marked (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part - I including 20mm thick Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed. (minimum weight 20mm-210 grams) including dismantling of old broken water tanks and refixing of inlet, outlet and over flow pipe etc complete all as specified and as directed.
