Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel or steel work of any description and in any position, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiles including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling asbestos cement (corrugated or semi corrugated) sheets as in roof, roof covering including ridges, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards, fibre, pulp, insulation etc.) or insulation boards/ slabs/ blankets of any thickness including cover fillets or MS/ aluminium grid/ frame, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles, laid dry or dry bedded or pointed of any description or thickness as in floors, aprons etc, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 5mm thick insulated PVC Wall Lining honeycombed (As per sample kept in GE office), consisting of PVC insulated panels with approved colour and design printed PVC sheet used colour PVC sheet duly fitted into the wall including PVC sheet in strips feathered at the edges including removing and refixing electric switch boards & plates and covered with PVC stripes or beading after fixing wall panelling as per manufacturer's specifications and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc., complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Each line wire to be measured.

Restraining, resecuring including making good galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire of 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and including galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Each line wire to be measured.

S&F concentina coil punched type (including spike and handle) with 50/51 turns and dia 450/600mm, having a 2.6mm dia core wire of high carbon spring steel of high tensile strength. The punched tape and core wore are electro galvanized to provide protection againist out door exposure. The puched tape is mechanically crimped ove the cover wire and then formed into a coil at avariouys parts of the periphery of the coil steel clips connect the individual turns of the coil to each other so that it open up like an accordion. the weigth of each coil will be 9 Kgs (+/-5%) without packing material and coil length wound with bituminious hession cloth of providing protctive coatings, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for systematically cleaning of blockage of WC Indian, Orrisa pattern or European type and bathroom / kitchen including cleaning of Nahani traps/ gully traps/ floor by removing of all the mud/ sludge and getting out in including cleaning of SGSW or Cl pipe upto 1st manhole and deposing the sludge in a pit of suitable size at a distance not exceeding 50 metres from the gully trap and covering the same with the soil obtained from excavation of pit including all excavation and earth work, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes :- (i) The contractor or his authorised representative shall collect the complaints of all blockage from complaint cell / Engr-in-charge daily and all complaints will be rectified by the contractor within same day and return the complaint slip after completion of complaint and get receipt from concerned JE/ Engr-in-Charge. If he fails to complete the work with in same day then a recovery will be made @ Rs 50.00 per complaint per day. (ii) Work shall be done in foul conditions, necessary precautionary measures/ equipments to be adopted by the contractor (iii) Any damage caused during cleaning shall be made good by the contractor to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge without any extra cost to Govt.

M&L for systematically cleaning of the sewage lines including gully traps by passing RM ropes, Knots, bamboo/ wire/ kandi rotary cleaner etc. for any type of dia of sewage pipe, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning and desludging of manholes of any size, shape and any depth including pumping out liquid waste if any, removing all solid waste materials such as stones, bricks, pipes, plastic muds etc., pluggings/ diverting of flow if required and removing the debries outside MD land etc including all precautionary and safty measures, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No. 17.00 here-in-above but except stone. Note :- Serviceable quantity of stones obtained from serial item No. 1.00 here-in-above shall be reused under this item.

M&L for flush pointing to random rubble, uncoursed on brought upto course stone masonry in cement mortar 1:4 including raking out joints, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for raised pointing to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed on brought upto course stone masonry in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with using sub class 'B' bricks, old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius, built in CM 1.6, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No. 21.00 here-in-above but except bricks.

S&F pre-painted coloured corrugated profiled Galvalume / Zincalume sheet with min 0.50mm TCT with BTM of 0.45mm thick conforming to IS -513 (AZ-150 GSM, Al Zn alloy metallic coating 550 MPA yield stress as per AS-1397), as in roof covering / clading to wall fixed with self taping screws, colour/ exterior coat of silicon modified polyster/ BHP x RW paint system 20 micron top coat applied over 5 micron primer and a micron polyster back coat applied over 5 micron primer, all fixed with galvanised self drilling self tapping fastener (12-14x55 with EP DM seals), complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 0.50mm thick pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall/ ridge/ valley gutter/ facia of bldg, fixed with self tapping screws / 'J' hooks or suitable arrangements as per situation or site requirement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces or stone masonry surfaces in CM 1:4, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of plastered or unplastered old surfaces of walls, chajja, balcony, facia etc. by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke soots, moulds, moss efforescent salls, treating oil and greasy spots etc. and applying one coat of cement base paint, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation, filling in and mass concrete etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in surface channels and drains, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, side hung gates, gates (ornamental and intricate design) etc. including all necessary fittings, with ends of bars, shouldered and/ or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walkways, railings, staging for water tanks and similar work, conforming to Fe-290, Gde-E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC (Nominal Mix) 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in slab supported on wall, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs or similar works, complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of formwork to rough finished concrete surfaces and soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work, not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping), complete all as specified and directed.

S&F TMT Mild steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel or iron surfaces of any description, exceeding 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 80mm thick machine pressed cement concrete interlocking paver block, glossy finish, any shape and size, confirming to IS:15658-2006, M-40 grade, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 60mm thick machine pressed rubber moulded manufactured / compacted by vibrating table method precast concrete interlocking paver block, laquor finish, any shape and size, confirming to IS:15658-2006, M-35 grade, with grey cement and pigment and joints filled with sand, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand as in under floors/ paver block including spreading, leveling, watering if required, complete all as specified and directed.

Re-fixing of interlocking tiles / paver blocks of any thickness, laid dry in position over sand cushioning including dismantling of existing tiles, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in floors, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in sub base of floor, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete solid block / kerb stone in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates), exc 10cm in width, set in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Laying 450mm bore reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars, laid in trenches, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Laying 300mm bore reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars, laid in trenches, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18-20mm thick prepolished granite stone work (protruding chamfered/ rounded edges in threads table rubbed and polished), as in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking plateforms and the like, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointing in white cement (1:2) with using marble dust and admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, fixed/ laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed/ plaster in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic exterior finish tiles, area not exc. 0.18 Sqm as on vertical surfaces of walls, dados, skirtings etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles, fixed over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made, heavy duty, full body digital matt finish, paving coloured tiles of size 300mm x 300mm x 10mm thick for external use, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4 including jointed with neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured tile epoxy grout to match the shade of tiles, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair rigid non - metalic PVC casing caping of 25/12mm inclusive of all elbow, tees,etc complete all as per the direction of Engr-in-Charge.
