Installation only Transformer capacity 160 KVA on constructed platform incl transportation of same from MES Complex , connection of cables of HT anfd LT side of transformer all as specified and directed. Note Transformer shall supplied by MES and any damage during loading and unloading shall bear by the contractor without any extra cost.

M&L for steel tubular swaged pole type 410 SP-55 (11metre long) with 300 mmx 300mmx6mm mild steel base plate continuously welded to pole, finial taper, nut, bolts and screws all as specified including factory painted with two coats of black bituminous paint internally through out and externally for embedded portion and applying one coat of red oxide primer for the remaining portion and two coats of aluminium paint beyond 1.5m from ground level/coping and making 30cm black and white strips with two coats of super enameled paint up to 1.5m from ground level/coping, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for steel tubular swaged pole type 410 SP-31 (9metre long) with 300 mmx 300mmx6mm mild steel base plate continuously welded to pole, finial taper, nut, bolts and screws all as specified including factory painted with two coats of black bituminous paint internally through out and externally for embedded portion and applying one coat of red oxide primer for the remaining portion and two coats of aluminium paint beyond 1.5m from ground level/coping and making 30cm black and white strips with two coats of super enameled paint up to 1.5m from ground level/coping, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L of cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint.

Excavation in trenches n. exc.1.5m wide and n. exc. 1.5m in depth for foundation laying of pole stay assembly and laying of LT/HT cable and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge

All as per serial item No 18 above but depth exceeding 1.5 m and not exceeding 3 mtrs.

Returining filling in including spreading ,levelling,watering and wall ramming in layers not exc 25cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated material to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point.

Supply and laying sub class 'B' bricks laid dry flat transversely along the length of cable with width equal to the length of bricks over sand cushioning as protection cover of cable laid.

Material and labour for sand cushioning in trenches including spreading and consolidation in layers of 8cm thick before laying the cable & 15 cm thick after laying the cable and punned down to form a bed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded aggregates) in sub- base and foundation filling for poles as mass concrete, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cement Concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates for foundation filling of stays or poles as mass concrete complete with necessary form work required complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Fabrication of CGI sheet open shed of size 12'x9' for accomodating LT panels, voltage stabilizers , Including angle iron truss ,PCC INCLUDING MS Pipe 100 mm dia for post flooring and brick work upto 5 feet height from ground and above 4 feet welded jali 4 mm dia to be used total height of the shed is 9 feet from ground flooring complete all as specified.

Material and Labour for trial bore hole suitable for 250 mm bore MS casing pipe in any type of strata including soft / hard rock by air hammer tool DTH Rig with /ODEX method and getting out complete all as specified and directed for upto 25 mtr depth below ground level. Note:- (i) The diameter of the bore hole should be sufficient large enough for lowering well assembly of 250mm casing pipe. Note - (a) The exact location of bore well shall be indicated by the engineer-in-charge based on the CGWB report available with the department at the time of commencement of work on ground. (b) The rate quoted shall deemed to be inclusive of hire charges of machinery, loading unloading, cost of fuel,other lubricants, transportation of all tools, moblization of machine, demoblization after completion of work of machine and accessories complete. (c) For the payment purpose only single unit of work for trial bore shall be measured & paid. (d) Necessary mandatory clearance from the concerned statutory /governing body or J&K PHE ground water department as the case may be shall be obtained by the contractor before commencement of work and the fees / charges on this account shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted against Items. (e) Depending upon the avialability of water bearing strata if drilling beyond 100 m depth is required, the same shall be carried out after taking order from GE and rate for drilling beyond 100m depth shall be paid at the rates quoted for srl item No 4. (f) Verticality of the borewell shall be supported with verticality test certificate before lowering of casing pipe.The cost of verticality test is deemed to be include in unit rate.

Supplying, assembling and lowering 250 mm nominal bore mild steel ERW ISI marked casing blind pipe having wall thickness 6.4 mm as per IS-4270-1992 and jointing with electric arc welding, in random length of 3 to 6 metre, jointing and painting with two coats of bituminous paint of external surfaces of pipe upto maximum depth of 100 metre below ground level complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for well cap fabricated out of 6mm thick MS Sheet for 250mm dia bore pipe in two piece having 80mm dia hole in centre with external bracket of flat iron of size 100mm x 6mm thick complete with nuts and bolts and washers etc. including painting with two coats of black bitumenious paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F housing clamp for 200mm dia MS ERW pipe made out of flat iron 100 x 12mm thick with required bolts, nuts washers including painting with two coats of black bitumenious paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing MS cutting shoe suitable for 200 mm dia as per requirement of odex attachment all as specified and directed.

Development of borewell as per IS-2800 by means of compressor of min 250 PSI capacity air compressor untill the sand free water is obtained from the well for an uninterrupted period of 16 hours in a cycle of 24 hours. The final discharge shall be free form sand to deliver minimum 3 PLS of water and carrying out necessary yield test by V notch method and submitting the test report complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for chemical/bacteriological analysis and potablity test of water obtained from borewell from approved lab and submitting the report in triplicate all as directed and specified.

Foundation for holding borewell assembly of size 1000 x 1000 x 1000 mm at ground level made of PCC 1:2:4 type B2 using 40 mm (graded crushed stone aggregate ) with GI piipe 80 mm boree medium grade ( at three places, embedded through out the block 1.70 m length for feeding gravels and GI plug and socket fixed on top all as directed and specified.

Supply, lowering, connecting and commissioning of submersible pumpset radial flow multistages (V6) complete with electric motor suitable for 3 phase, 415 volt 50 HZ AC size (50 HP) star rated suitable to be lowered in 250 mm dia bore well and having discharge capacity 2600 LPM at 120 m head complete stainless steel SS-125 body and SS-410 impeller) all as specified and directed Make Kirloskar, KSB, CRI

Supply, laying and testing of Ductile iron pipe (Conforming to IS: 8329-2000), Centrifugally Cast (Spun) Pressure Pipe with Socket and Spigot ends suitable for Push-on-Joint incl jointing material, duly applied with Zinc Coating with finishing layer of Bitumen on external surfaces and Cement Motor Lining with Bituminous Seal Coat on internal surfaces complete of size 150mm bore class K-7 laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed Make Electrosteel casting Ltd or equivalent in TATA, JINDAL.

Construction of valve pit of sizes 120cmx120cmx120cm (internal dimentions), brick construction, including all necessary excavation and earth work in hard/loose soil, returning, filling in, disposal of surplus spoil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed, PCC in foundation of the mix (1:4:8), type D-2, (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) brick masonry in cement mortar (1:4) rendering, 12 mm thick cement mortar (1:4), internally, finished even and fair pointing flush externaly as the work proceeds in the same mortar, mild steel frame, MS sheet cover 5mm thick with handle and locking arrangement, painting all the exposed MS work with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of the tint as approved by the GE over a coat of red oxide primer and painting all the MS embedded in PCC with two coats of black bituminous paint complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing sluice valve size 150mm cast iron ISI marked with flanged ends drilled with iron wheels head shuts and open direction cast on it, class PN 1.6 confirming to IS 14846-2000 including necessary fixing arrangement such as rubber insulation , packing rings, joiniting materials nuts,bolts, washers , gaskets and packings material all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing non return valve 150 mm dia heavy duty both ends flanged ISI marked, class PN 1.6 complete with nuts, bolts washers etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge .

Supply , lowering and testing GI water heavy duty size 80mm dia with with flanged both sides cut to size for accomodating submersible cable , incl all fittings, such as rubber gasket set complete all as specified and directed.
