Note for item No. 1 to 3 : (a) Preparation of mix in hot mix plant, spreading by self propelling mechanical paver and rolling and compaction by set of rollers as specified in particular specifications shall be carried out. Hot mix plant may be installed at any distance but the contractor shall be responsible for maintaining the required temperature of mix under all conditions till it is laid and compacted. Unit rate against these items shall include for carrying out the works with deployment of these machinery for which nothing extra shall be payable and no delay in completion of work shall be acceptable on this account. (b) To achieve marshal stability of 1050 KN and all as per SSR Part-I Clause No. 20.B.4. (c) If qty of binder contents is less than the qty as specified in respective items of BOQ, it shall be adjusted at supply only rates of paving bitumen @ Rs 60.00 Per Kg and if qty of binder contents is more than the qty as specified in respective items of BOQ no adjustment shall be made.

Preparation of butuminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc and the like n. exc 10 cm wide on road/pavements with hot applied thermoplastic road marking paint of approved colour conforming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machineall as per manufacturer's instruction, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Contractor shall have to furnish the detail that quantity minimum used per square meter is 5.00 Kg/Sqm. Make: ASIAN (PRIMER APCOGRIP AND RETRO REFLECTIVE THERMOPLASTIC ROAD MARKING MATERIAL APCO MARK) or equivalent in performance of makes specified in particular specifications.

S&F in replacement cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PMMA striplens reflector of model No. DA-972 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions., complete all as specified and directed. Make : Cat part No DA-978(B) of make Dark eye or equivalent in performance of make Greenlite/Yash/Gunnebo/makes specified in PS.

S&F in replacement Solar cat eye aluminium alloy shall ( 100% water proofing design according to 65 ) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm ( shank 65mm ) of high efficiency Mono Crystaline solar panel 2.4V / 0.3 watt one NI -ed rechargeable battery ( 1.2V / 1600MA ) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd complete as per manufactures instructions etc. all as specified and directed with stem self illuminating in dim areas during night time . Solar rechargeable batteries for continual performance without much maintenance . Super bright LEDs with a viewing distance of 500 meters . Equipped with prismatic reflective lens on each side ensure maximum reflectivity make up of highly compressive material cosustain over 10 tones water resistant. Make : Dark eye/ Greenlite or equivalent in performance of makes as specified in PS.

S&F in replacement Metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed. Make : (Dark eye/Gunnebo/Yash) Note : Cost of PCC and earth work is deemed to be included in unit cost.
