M&L earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate eletrode 600mmx600mm and 6mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below normal ground level with top edges, of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to the galvanised iron earth lead 32mmx6mm (GI Strip) size, by means of nut, bolts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron and 32mmx6 mm earth lead protected by provision of GI medium grade pipe 40 mm bore including provision of aggregates with 40 mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) , reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4 kg per sqm) and frame of angle iron 40mmx40mmx3mm and with 6 mm dia MS bar handle made to shape, GI light grade 20mm bore pipe of suitable length for watering perforated at bottom placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling, funnel, wire mesh and earth work in any type of soil, returning filling in, removing soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr all as per plate No 3 of SSR 2009 Part-I and connecting to feeder pillers and Transformer all as specified including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. (Note: The rate quoted include cost of min 7.5 metre earthing wire)

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated ,screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured,electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 70 Sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for DWC high density polythylene pipes having dia 63/50 as per site requirement having corrugation on the wall and plain surface on the wall conforming to IS : 14930 (Part-I & II) for protection of underground cable laid along pole/along wall/in PCC on GL/roof and including all fitting as required complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix refrigerator of single door, electric driven (single phase), capacity 286 Litres complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix refrigerator of double door, electric driven (single phase), capacity 300 Litres complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of Voltage Stabilizer of 75 KVA for automatic operation, servo controlled, three phase naturally oil cooled, indoor type copper wound and designed for input variation between 300 V to 480V suitable for unbalanced voltage in each phase with output voltage stabilized at 415 volts with accuracy + 1% in each phase and speed of correction 8 volts/Sec with first filling of transformer oil having dielectric strength not less than 50 KV as per IS-355 complete with (0-500) volts. Voltmeter and arrangement to check input voltage and output voltage, RYB indication lamp, high and low voltages cut off system, Servo bypass switch, overload and short circuit trip facility and ampere meter all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix off load changeover of capacity 100 amps, FP, 415 volt complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of silent type diesel engine driven generating set of capacity 58.5 KVA confirming to latest CPCBIV+ emission norms, 1500rpm close coupled with 58.5 KVA, alternator, three phase, 415 Volts, mounted on common base frame with AVM pads, coupled with silencer pipe suitably protected and supported as per manufacturer's recommendation and design, battery start with suitable cables for connection from DG Set to panel board, complete with integral acoustic enclosure as per latest standard of central pollution control board and including the following :- (A) PRIME MOVER: Vertical diesel engine of capacity after derating to give output for 58.5 KVA alternator water cooled as per BS 5514 IS-4722. The DG Set shall be capable of running 24 Hrs continuously with 10% overloading for one hour in every 12 hours as per BS-5514/BS-649. Engine shall be equipped with all standard fittings as per manufacturer's recommendations and mounted on common base frame with following fittings:- (a) Fuel system with mechanical governor. (b) Safety control (trip) for the following:- (i) Low Lubricating oil pressure gauge (ii) Over speed (c) 12 Volt starting equipment comprising of the following :- (i) One no 12 volts suitable AH battery.(maintenance free) Make : Exide/Amaron, as per manufacturer recommendations (i) Battery charging alternator with inbuilt regulator. (ii) Electric starter motor of suitable capacity (iii) Battery leads (copper cable) of suitable size with brass thimbles and terminals. (d) Silencer (e) Air cleaner (f) Engine instrument panel with starting switch and key, indication for battery voltage, lub oil pressure, engine speed, engine hour meter, battery voltmeter, indication for safety switch. (g) first fill of lub oil.

(B) ALTERNATOR : Alternator rating 58.5 KVA, 3 phase, 50 cycles, 415 volts, 0.8 PF (lag) 4 wire supply at site running 1500 RPM alternator is brushless type, screen protected, self excited, self regulator mounted on strong fabricated steel frame suitable for mounting on a permanenet foundation to be coupled with above engine.The alternator shall be conforming to IS:4722/BS-2613 and will be suitable for operation in tropical conditions. Make : Crompton/Jyoti/Stamford/Cummins. (C) CONTROL PANEL: Alternator control panel floor mounted, cubical type with internal connections of suitable capacity copper wire for 58.5KVA alternator, 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 cycles with auto on off on electric failure and manual setting both fabricated out of 1.6 m thick MS sheet,powder coated for weather proofand long lasting finished including following accessories:- (a) Generator controller relay having microprocessor based fully configurable control unit with graphic display showing engine oil pressure collent temperature, fuel lavel battery voltage engine RPM, DG running hours, generator volts, current, PF, KWHR, KW, RVAR audio visual warning for low oil pressure, high collant temperature, low battery voltage low fuel level, engine over/under speed overload under over voltage , under /over frequency complete. (b) One No MCCB, suitable range 01 No (for incoming) as recommended by the manufacturer. (c) One set of Indicating lamp (RYB) (d) Copper bus bar of suitable capacity with incoming and outgoing termination. (e) Instrument fuses duly wired and ferruled. (f) Battery charger: Battery charger having electric circuit consisting of triodes rectifiers, capacitors and resistance etc. The battery charger should be able to charge the battery at all the time whenever electric supply given to battery through control panel or electric power point.

Fuel tank : In built fuel tank of suitable capacity with base rail as integral fuel tank as per manufacturers instruction of DG set Acoustic enclosure : The walls of enclosure will be insulated so as to comply with the 75 dB(A) at 1 mtr sound levels as specified by ministry of environment and forest. The enclosure shall have the following provisions :- (a) Fitting arrangement (b) Point for neutral body earthing (c) Fuel drain (d) Lub oil drainage (e) Air breather (f) Hood for rain protection (g) Emergency stop push button (h) Foundation with 1:2:4 type- B1 (Using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) foundation for DG set of suitable size as per OEM recommended. Note : 1. DG set should be sound proof as per latest policy. 2. "First filling of engine oil and fuel etc should be arranged by contractor for testing." 3. The testing of DG set in presence of IEM shall be the responsibilty of the contractor . The Tank of fuel for testing of DG set is deemed to be included in the quoated rate. 4. Warranty of prime mover & alternator. 5.The responsibility or first service shall be done by contractor through OEM after running 100hrs/1 month of installation.
