S & F Supply and fixing Fiber Glass Reinforced plastic (FRP) Door Frames of cross section 90 mm x 45 mm having single rebate of 32 mm x 15 mm to receive shutter of 30 mm thickness. The laminte shall be moulded with fire resistant grade unsaturated polyester resin and chopped mat. Door frame laminate shall be 2mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in all the three legs. The frame shall be covered with fiber glass from all sides M.S. stay shall be provided at the bottom to steady the frame, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing to existing door frames 30 mm thick Glass Fibre Reinforced Plastic (FRP) panelled door shutter of required colour and approved brand and manufacture, made with fire - retardant grade unsaturated polyester resin, moulded to 3 mm thick FRP laminate for forming hollow rails and styles, with wooden frame and suitable blocks of seasoned wood inside at required places for fixing of fittings, cast monolithically with 5 mm thick FRP laminate for panels conforming to IS: 14856, including fixing to frames, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F 30mm thick Flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F 9mm thick gypsum board of size 600mm x 600mm fixed in aluminium grid frame work in ceiling, making necessary holes, cutting for providing light, fan,fire cencers etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Solid PVC wall lining consisting of 5mm thick single side prelam PVC sheet instead of plain colour sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing & including on PVC frame as per specified in MES schedule part-II, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F ceiling System consisting of 600x600mm tiles of pre coated galvanised aluminium of 0.6mm to 0.80mm thickness, plain or perforated, in required colour with fleece to be laid on and including grid system complete such as 15mm wide T - section flanges in required colour shade having rotary stitching on all T-sections/ Main Runner, 1200 mm & 600 mm Cross Tees with a web height of 32mm. S&F in repairs powder coated aluminium sections of various sizes required of sliding or fixed type for the frame and shutters of doors, windows, ventilators and wall partitions with one or more rebates etc.including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, beading, rubber packing, screws and all other fittings like locking arrangement for shutters, handles, tower bolts hinges etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- (i) Glazing and aluminium wire mesh shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Item shall be paid as per the weight of Aluminium section however the rate quoted shall be inclusive of the cost of neoprene beading glazing pins, screws, handle etc which shall not be measured for arriving the weight.

S&F in repairs Anodised aluminium window & ventilator shutters, fixed type without sash bar, aluminium section weighing 0.55kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised alumnium snap beading, screws including 5.50mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality as in louver and similar works etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down steel windows shutters incl frames (without taking off shutters from the frames) n. exc 1.50 sqm each, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F steel window (box type) factory made with sidehung shutter including pintol hinges, steel handles, steel peg stay and all locking arrangement complete with glazing bars dovetailed or welded including one shop coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : i) The window shall be fabricated as per Drg No CEUZ/TD/1269/2008 Sheet 1/3 to 3/3 . ii) MS fillets, glazing wire gauge shall be measured and paid seprately.

M&L for painting to steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide over new surface , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repairs toughened glass best quality 12 mm thick including cutting, rounding, glazing, edges moulding with glazing pin or oil putty etc. and also include necessary fixing arrangement such as corner clamps, bracket and bolt, hinges as required etc. in square not exc .5 sqm in each pane, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Notes: No seperate measurement or payment shall be paid to contractor for the requirement of any fixing arrangement such as corner clamps, bracket and bolt, hinges etc.

S & F in repairs 12mm thick toughened glass door make of modiguard, double shutter, including SS pivot of floor door closer, SS corner support, SS handle 600mm long fixed at both sides of both shutter and also including necessary SS accessories, like clampls etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for two coats of kerb stone paint having high resistant to abrasion and wearing, shades/ paint to be approved by GE, including prepartion of newly constructed surfaces of any description not otherwise described, exc 10 cm width or girth, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
