M&L for Vitrified Ceramic tiles 9-10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, in skirting / vertical surfaces etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10 mm thick CM 1:3 including dismantling of wall tiles of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames not exc. 1.5 sq. m with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) , complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames exc. 1.5 sq. m but not exc 4 sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) , complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1 Sqm but n exc 2 sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

S & F aluminium powder coated ventilators made of the following specifications :- (a) Aluminium frame powder coated stiles, bottom, top and middle rail of hollow section 50 mm x 25 mm x 1.80 mm thick. (b) Lower portion of ventilator shall be fixed with 3 mm thick pin headed glass fixed with suitable aluminium beading clips and EPDM beading (rubber). (c) Upper portion shall be fixed with aluminium powder coated louver guides fixed with 3 mm thick pinheaded glass with suitable EPDM beading incl suitable handle and clips. (d) Stainless steel wire cloth, 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with suitable frame in upper panel. (e) Repair to the jamb, cills and all sides around the window is incl in unit rate. The repair finishes to match the existing surfaces like tiles, plastering etc. (Net external size of ventilator shall be measured. Following items are included in this unit rate.)

S & F aluminium powder coated sliding window made of the following specifications :- (a) Aluminium frame powder coated all around of hollow section 100 mm x 44 mm x 1.60 mm thick. (b) Provn of 03 trade runners of size 92 x 31.75 x 1.10 mm. (c) Provn of glazed sliding shutters (02 Nos) of section 44 mm x 18 mm x 1.25 mm provided with 3.50 mm thick tinted glass with suitable EPDM beading and locking clips arrangement. (d) Provn of 01 No gauzed shutter of Stainless steel wire cloth, 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm with suitable EPDM beading and locking clips arrangement. Section of shutter as per para 9 (c) above. (e) Aluminium powder coated grill of weight not less than 2.60 Kg/Sqm on external side with suitable frame/aluminium runner to be fixed on the window frame. (f) Repair to the jamb, cills and all sides around the window is incl in unit rate. The repair finishes to match the existing surfaces like tiles, plastering etc. (Net external size of window shall be measured. Following items are included in this unit rate.)

S & F aluminium powder coated openable double window (Gauzed and Glazed) made of the following specifications :- (a) Aluminium frame powder coated all around of hollow section 63 mm x 38 mm x 1.50 mm thick. (b) Provn of glazed openable shutter of section 44 mm x 18 mm x 1.25 mm provided with 3.50 mm thick tinted glass with suitable EPDM beading,02 Nos 100mm powder coated aluminium hinges, 02 Nos 100 mm long powder coated aluminium tower bolts, 01 Nos100 mm powder coated aluminium handle and 01 No hook & eye & any other fitting reqd for each shutter. (c) -ditto- as in para 10 (b) above but using stainless steel wiremesh 0.36 mm dia and 1.40 mm aperature in lieu of 3.50 mm thick tinted glass. (d) Aluminium powder coated grill of weight not less than 2.60 Kg/Sqm on external side with suitable frame/aluminium runner to be fixed on the window frame. (e) Repair to the jamb, cills and all sides around the window is incl in unit rate. The repair finishes to match the existing surfaces like tiles, plastering etc. (Net external size will be measured. S & F aluminium powder coated glazed windows Fixed Type made of the following specifications :- (a) Aluminium frame powder coated stiles, bottom, central mullion sections & top rail of hollow section 50 mm x 25 mm x 1.80 mm thick. (b) The fixed window shall be fixed with 3.50 mm thick tinted glass fixed with suitable aluminium beading clips and EPDM beading (rubber). (c) Aluminium powder coated grill of weight not less than 2.60 Kg/Sqm on external side with suitable frame/aluminium runner to be fixed on the window frame. (d) Repair to the jamb, cills and all sides around the window is incl in unit rate. The repair finishes to match the existing surfaces like tiles, plastering etc. (Net external size of window shall be measured. Following items are included in this unit rate.)

M&L for aluminium anodised powder coated sections of approved and required size for door / windows frames or chowkats / partitions / shutters, sliding channels / tracks etc including jointing cleats, MS nut & bolts or steel screws, dash fasteners, rowel plug for fixing of screws in wall or floor etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 all as specified.

S & F 35mm thick plain framed paneled shutters, any No. of panels with panels of plywood 9mm thick for two or more panel construction and 12mm for single panel construction, BWR conforming to IS fixed to timber frame of 2nd class hard wood, all style & rail are as per clause 8.24(a) of SSR Part – I all as specified and directed.

S&F Second class HW plain solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed, rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, suppling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing

S & F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing.

S&F 150 mm alumnium handles cast type all as specified and directed.

S & F Aluminium anodised barrel tower bolt of extruded section 200 mm long all as spd and directed.

S&F 100 mm stainless steel Butt hinges, medium weight, and fixed complete all as specified.

S&F 300 mm long Mild steel sliding door bolts, plate type, stove enamelled black, with bright bolt not less than 12mm dia with and including a minimum of 6 bolts and nuts, four on bolt plate and two on staple plate and fixed

M&L two coats of synthetic enamel on wood (ordinary tint) over one coat of pink primer over 10cm width or girth incl preparation of surface.
