Removing excavated material n.exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5 m above the starting point.

Sand cushioning to cable with dry fine sand in trenches 8 cm below the cable and 15 cm above the cable after laying complete all as specified. Note : Compected thickness will be measured.

Bricks laid in trenches flat with width equal to length of brick for cable protection well burnt sub class 'B' laid across the cable complete all ad specified.

Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified.

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified.

Dismantling and taking out the following unserviceable items fixed in any position and removal from site, all as directed. (a) Insulators any type and any size.

(b) GI earth wire of any position.

(c) Stay assembly complete.

(d ) ACSR conductor of any size .

Stay assembly complete with accessories as shown in electric plate No. 1 and including loop type insulator white brown or green with over all dimensions 65x90mm, clearance of hole 16mm complete all as specified.

Pin type insulator porcelain, vitreous, white/ brown or green insulators including one galvanised MS spindle, two galvanized iron washer, GI nut of size 100 mm height and 65mm dia 1100 volts grade complete all as specified (Make: Jaipuria Brother/ Oblum)

Shackle type insulators, porcelain, vetreous white/ brown or green including galvanised MS strips, bolt,nuts and washer of size 75mm height and 90mm dia,size of strap section 31x3mm and dia of 12 mm for working pressure 1100 volts grade complete all as specified.

Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plate fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washers, welding bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shapes size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, and one under coat and one finished coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified.

Continues earth wire/guard cradle hexagonal/rectangular fabricated with 4mm dia galvanized mild steel, binding wire complete all as specified and directed by Enge-in- Charge.

Aluminium conductors, reinforced (ACSR) conductor of any size for OH lines including stretching, binding wire , jumpers, line taps etc complete all as specified.

(iii) On testing after completion if the desired resistenance is not obtained the contrator shall redo the earthing without any extra cost to the department .
