M & L for 200 mm thick Soling (or sub base) with broker boulders or quarried stone, inter stices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified & directed

M&L for Laying and compacting 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) WMM laid in two layers of 75 mm each grading as per table 400-13 of MoRTH :specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 manufactured in WMM plant, material comprising of clean, crushed, graded aggregate and granular material premixed with water to a dense mass, spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100KN static weight and consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed The finished surface tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013.

M&L for premix bituminous macadam with 4% binder content by the wt of total mix of VG-30 grade bitumen paving bitumen any penetration laid, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with 8 to 10 tonne power roller (Consolidated thickness 75mm or less) complete all as specfied and directed.

M&L for Preparing back top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc & applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer (Paving bitumen VG-10) @ 10 Kg per 10 Sqm all as specified.

M&L for Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer (Paving bitumen VG-10) @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm on existing black top surface all as specified.all as specified and directed

M&L for Bituminous premix asphaltic dense concrete 40mm consolidated thickness in Paving bitumen any penetration 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified.

M& L for Providing and Laying Dry lean Concrete (DLC) 100 mm thick of aggregate gradation as per Table 1 of SP 49:2014 having 7 day average compressive strength not less than 7 MPa Minimum cement content not less than 140 Kg/Cum DLC mixed in Batching Plant, transported to site and laid by electron ic sensor paver including spreading and pacting usign high amplitude tamping bars or paver (initial compaction) further by double drum smooth wheeled vibratory rollers with 80-100 KN static weight to achieve minimum dry density not less than 98% of maximum Dry Density, necessary finishing etc complete all as specified and tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MaRTH specifications for Road and Bridge work 2013

M&L for Pavement quality concrete(PQC) of minimum 28 days field Flexural strength of 45Kg/ Sqcm or 4.5 Mpa, aggregate gradation as per Table 3 of IRC 15 2017, coarse aggregate of clean , hard strong, dense non-porous and durable pieces of crushed stone o gravel, fine aggregates of clean natural sand or crushed stone sand or combination of both using minimum 360 kg/cum of cement with non-circular virgin synthetic fibre of 12-18 mm length, specific gravity 1.34 to 1.39, UV stable, alkali resistant, with equivalent dia 15-40 micron, minimum melting temperature as 240°C and minimum tensile strength of 300 Mpa and at the rate as specified by the manufacturer. PQC laid, spread and compacted with slip-form paver of minimum 7.50 m width , including curing and tining by Texturing cum Curing Machine complete all as specified and directed. Required surface texturing to be done as specified in Clause-10 1.14 and Tabl~ 9 of IRC' 15-2017

M&L for Forming 12mm thick Expansion joints in 100mm thick slab filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘A’ complete all as specified

M&L for Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound Grade ‘A’ complete all as specified

Finishing surface of concrete roads, pavements, by brooming.

Supply and fixing metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermoplastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for all as specified.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles all as directed.

M&L for brick work burnt bricks, straight or curved exc. 6 m mean radius built in cm 1:6 all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering, 15 mm thick on brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 on wall finished even and fair all as sepecified and directed.

M&L for two coats of cement base paint on newly plastered surfaces incl preparation etc. complete on wall

Reinforced concrete pipes of bore dia exc 450mm, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified

M&L for Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete including sub base of floors complete.

S&F framed work as angle iron, gates or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces etc conforming to Gde Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for painting steel and iron surfaces of any discription,over 10 cm width or girth, with preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces priming with one coat of read oxide & finish with two coats of synthetic enamel paint ordinary tint all as spefified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new or old bituminous surface of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre line,stop lines, dashes, letter, arrows etc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied theroplastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed

Surface dressing n.exc 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil
