M&L for PU based anti static polyurethane flooring to be done over PCC flooring as specified here under and as per manufactures instruction, complete all as specified and directed. (a) Surface cleaning:- cleaning of the entire surface from all loose material, oil / grease, bird beads and any other foreign material to expose the clean concrete surface including cleaning all joints with air compressor etc. (b) Application of scratch/ Primes:- Applying scratch / primer layer of 4 component polyurethane floor conductive coating material as scratch / primer coat of 2mm thickness with a coverage of approx 3.6 to 4 kg/sqm with compressive strength of more than 45 Mpa and flexural strength of over 15 Mpa and having shore hardness of 70 after 3 days and temp withstanding ability of -15 to 60 degree C. (c) Copper Tape Grid:- Providing and fixing of 100 micron thick & Minimum 20mm wide, self adhesive (Conductive type) copper tape to ensure quick transfer of charge (Make 3M or Equivalent etc required to get the desired result. (Copper tape is to provided in the grid of 5Mx5M c/c) (d) 3MM Thick top coat of PU (polyurethane):- Applying 4 component (Conductive type) polyurethane coating with approx 4 kg/sqm, flooring mini 3mm thick over scratch coat and finishing it. It should have compressive strength of more than 45 Mpa and flexural strength of over 15 Mpa and having shore hardness of 70 after 3 days and temp withstanding ability of -15 to 60 degree C.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete, 1:2:4, type B-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling, mass concrete and sub base, complete all as specified and directed.
