Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) exceeding 1.5 Sqm and not exceeding 4 Sqm each, including cutting holes for taking out holdfasts or dismantling brick work (holes cut and any other damage to jambs, walls for taking out holdfasts shall be finished identical to existing finish (without any extra cost to Govt) and removing from site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down shutters of any description exceeding 1 Sqm and not exceeding 2 Sqm each complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for treatment of soil under existing floors using emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar (1:2) (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour of voids in masonry using chemical emulsion one litre per hole, at 300mm intervals including drilling holes at 45 degree and replugging them with cement mortar (1:2) (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for at points of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion (in oil or Kerosene based solution) @ 0.5 litre/ hole by drilling 6mm dia holes at a downward angle of 45 degree at 150mm centre to centre and sealing the same complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour factory made pressed steel frames of size 105 x 60mm made out of PBI sheet 1.25mm thick for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate etc. complete including bottom of each chowkhat to be welded with 02 no's 25 x 25 x 3mm angle iron projecting 10cm on either side including PCC (1:3:6) type C-0 in back filling of chowkhats and two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one shop coat of zinc chromate primer on all exposed surface complete and one coat of tar on the ends of steel surface in contact with bricks/ concrete surface. Colour/ shade will be approved by Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and as directed.

The size of rail and stile as per IS : 1003 (Part - I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing 35mm thick factory made second class hard wood, glazed and skelton shutter open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauge, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc. sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR 2009 Pt-I Section 8.24 (b) supplied and fitted to chowkhats complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing 30mm thick flush shutters, solid core construction, with particle board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both faces complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new wooden surfaces over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of pink primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth including preparation of surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) filling in pressed steel chowkhats bed block for holdfast and the like complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing (factory painted) box type mild steel windows/ Ventilator (factory made) outer frame made out ERW tube 'P' section 65 x 45 x 25 mm and shutter of ERW tube 'P' section 50mm x 35mm x 20mm openable (double shutter) with glazed shutter on external side and gauzed shutter fixed with galvanized mild steel wire cloth 0.56mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18mm including necessary GI wire staples etc on internal side including steel pintel hinges steel handle 100 mm long mild steel tower bolt 02 no's on each shutter stopper of 'Z' section and its locking arrangement and mild steel hook and eyes suitable for fixing cooler/ AC window complete all as specified and as directed and shown on drawings No CEPZTD-324/07 Sh 1/3 to 3/3. Notes: - The quoted rates shall also include: - (i) Two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one shop coat of zinc chromate primer on all exposed surface complete and one coat of tar on the ends of steel surface in contact with bricks/ concrete surface. Colour/ shade will be approved by Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) 4 no's MS steel lugs made of 20 x 5 mm iron flat 200 mm long. (iii) 10 mm Sq Bar grill/ guard bar design as per drawing. Supply and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows and other frames/ chowkhat of size 45 x 70 mm (+5 mm) comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 grams) fabricated with mitred joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed stainless steel screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) and 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm², modules of elasticity 900 N/mm² and resistance to spread of flame of Class 'A' category with property of being termite/ borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with mild steel hold fast/ lugs/ stainless steel dash fasteners of required dia and length complete all as specified and all as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing 28 to 30mm thick (stile) factory made solid PVC moulded door shutter with wood free EPS, with 2, 4, or 6 raised panel design with 2mm thick moulded PVC sheet on the front face and 2mm plain colour PVC sheet on back face, supply and fixing in frame at site as per specifications and drawing shown in SSR complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs 18mm thick factory made prelaminated solid PVC board for wardrobe shutter/ kitchen cabinet shutter/ shelves in any colour including PVC edge tape for edging of all around of shutters and exposed faces of same colour complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour in repairs 18mm thick prelaminated particle board interior grade, both side laminated with decorative choice, fixed with screws to timber framework for shutters of wardrobes, cabinets etc including PVC edge tape for edging of all around of shutters and exposed faces of same colour complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing unserviceable builders hardware such as bolt, handle, stoppers, etc. of any specification/ size complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing mild steel framed works such as grills, framed guard bars and cooler stand similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing stainless steel auto closing hinges for fixing in kitchen cabinet shutter/ wardrobe shutter with self closing mechanism which allows the cabinet door to close smoothly complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing 100mm hasp and staple, mild steel, wire type, stove enamelled black, including bolt to hinge plate and fixed with screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Wall angle screwed fixed to brick wall/ partition wall/ concrete/ RCC with the help of nylon sleeves and screws @ 610 mm centre to centre, then suspending GI main 'Tee' in both directions by means of hangers with alignment @ 1220mm centre to centre to soffits. To from grid of 610 x 610mm cross Tee shall be provided @ 610mm centre to centre in both directions. Suitable provisions shall be made for fixing the recessed/ surface mounting light fittings if any complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing 5mm thick colour prelaminated PVC sheet in strips and channel feathered at the edges for fixing on solid PVC wall lining, insulated PVC wall lining and solid PVC partitions inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site and PVC sheet 1mm thick in lipping in case of PVC sheet is heat bent as lipping on the edges of doors/ corner/ window complete all as specified and as directed.

Repair to aluminium door including adjusting, necessary bedding, clip, rubber beader, repair to floor door closer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing anodised aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing anodised aluminium door shutters, aluminium section weighing 0.55kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, handles 2 No in each door hinges, anodised aluminium snap beading screws etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 5.50 mm thick sheet glass fixing for aluminium doors and windows including 25 micron reflective type sun control film complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing aluminium (extruded section) body door closer hydraulically regulated designation No 2, universal type suitable for door shutters of 701 to 850mm in width and of weight between 36 and 60 Kg and fixed in repairs complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully hood and steel rolling shutters of size upto 20 Sqm each and refixing in the same opening after cleaning of guide rails, laths, top cover by Kerosene and proper greasing, oiling, replacement of rusted nut, bolt etc., removing of bends and making alignment, denting, tension to spring, making smooth functional of rolling shutter and making good disturbed surfaces including preparation of old painted surfaces and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing steel rolling shutters as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one shop coat of zinc chromate primer on all exposed surface, erected in position as indicated complete including taking down existing unserviceable rolling shutters complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs helical spring of 60cm long of rolling shutter complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs ball bearing of rolling shutter complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs mortice lock brass 4 levers vertical type, size 100mm complete all as specified and as directed.
