Providing and Carriage shifting of 600m(approx.) MS Pipe of diameter 150mm and 5.4mm thickness and then Laying of total 600m (approx.) of Rising main with allied works at Lift Irrigation Scheme Kot-II. The job involves loading of MS Pipes 150mm dia 600m in length with the help of manual labour as well as hydraulic crane on trucks, carriage of the same to site at LIS kot-II. Unloading the same at nearest unloading site by using manual labour as well as hydraulic crane and stacking the same properly. The job involves the excavation of trenches wherever required for laying 150mm dia rising main by way of engaging manual labour as well as all sorts of mechanical means, dressing of sides and ramming of bottom of trenches of excavated size (0.5m x 1m) 550 m in length approx. to maintain a steady gradient however the length, depth and width of the trench may varies as per site conditions, then Shifting/handling of 600m MS Pipes along the alignment of rising main by manual labor/hydraulic crane tractor trolley for laying of MS rising main 150mm dia, at Lift Irrigation Scheme Kot-II as per the alignment. The job includes clearing of debris, dunes etc lying along the path of alignment, stone cutting, removal of material like bushes, vegetation etc Laying of rising main includes lowering of pipes in the excavated trenches, circumferential welding of pipes with IS marked MS welding rods of the high quality and reliability to fill the V- groove between the pipes. Welding to be done by skilled workmen, handling of pipes with proper tools & tackles like tripod stands, chain pulley blocks or crane for holding of pipes during welding for proper alignment and then removal of slag before a new layer is put in place and afterwards, extra welded material is chipped off and cavities are filled. Negotiating bends of deviation less than 30º encountered during laying of M.S rising main. The laying of pipe includes fabrication of of bends as per site conditions (which may vary as per the site condition) along the line of alignment. The job may include anchoring of rising main with angle iron of requisite size wherever required as per site conditions. Providing fitting of 3 No double kinetic air release valves of 50mm dia, for 150mm dia rising main at a suitable place along the alignment of rising main Complete job include cost of material, transportation charges hire charges of oxy-acetylene gas cutting equipment, DG welding set & hydraulic crane, cost of POL's for DG welding set. Reconditioning of the LT Control Panel for 2x150HP Motors installed at LIS Kot II. The job involves disconnecting the incoming and outgoing cables of L.T. control Panel. Dismantling / disconnecting all the components inside the control panel i.e. relays, MCCB, s voltmeter, ammeter, selector switches, busbars, HRC fuses etc. cleaning of the body from inside and outside of the L.T control Panel. Cleaning of internal connections, busbars and other with recommended chemicals and then fitting to their respective positions in the panel after drying them and making them carbon free. The job also includes Reconditioning of 5cusec discharge, 53m Head H.C pumps coupled with 150HP Motors (2 No.) with allied works at site of LIS Kot II. The job involves disconnection of motors, disengaging of pumps and motors after decoupling them from their installed position. Dismantling of the pumps, Providing/ fitting of gland packing, greasing the bearings etc. Assembling of pumps parts. Reconditioning of 150HP Motors by way of removing from the base plate. Complete dismantling of 150H.P motors, extraction of rotor from stator. Cleaning of stator with petrol and blower. Drying the stator by hot air process and varnishing the motors with varnish in two coats, drying by hot air process. Extraction of bearings from their housings. Greasing bearings of both motors of pumping units at D.E. and NDE. Refitting bearings in housings, greasing properly and reassembling the motors. Reinstalling the pumps and motors at their installed position. The job also includes Providing/fitting of 400amp 3 phase Main switch at LIS Kot II in place of kit kat fuse set by way of installation/fitting of newly constructed MS iron frame/bracket at suitable position after fixing the fasteners on the wall at appropriate positions by using drill, mounting of new 400 Amp Main switch on brackets/frame. The newly installed main switch is to be connected with stabilizer with the existing armoured Al cable from LT side of HT/LT transformer to supply end of 400 Amp Main switch, and from Load end of main switch to input terminals of Voltage stabilizer with new thimbles of suitable current carrying capacity. The job also involves Servicing of 250KVA Voltage stabilizer by disconnecting all the electrical connections of the stabilizer both on LT transformer side and LT distribution panel side by way of removing old rusted thimbles along with nuts and bolts after extraction of damaged one, extraction of the coils by using tripod stand for all the phases and then drying and varnishing at the site. Filling and topping up the stabilizer with 240 litres of T oil., P/F of new voltmeter of suitable range and 1 no. Amperemeter of suitable range. Repairs/servicing to 2 no. 300mm dia foot valves by extraction of foot valves 2 No. by using manual labour and tools and tackles after cutting the rusted bolts with gas cutter/welding rods and then hauling upto workable platform. P/F of new plate and hinges for both foot valves reassembling the foot valves using rubber sheet and new nut bolts and then lowering them with help of tools and tackles and fitting at site. The job further involves servicing to 2 no. 300mm dia sluice valves by extraction of stem rods gland bushes, backseat and seat ring of each sluice valve and applying proper greasing, p/f of gland packing and greasing the stem rod for smooth functioning of sluice valves. The further includes etching the surfaces of suction and delivery lines for smoothening using sand paper, applying one coat of primer for both suction and delivery pipes along with flanges and sluice valves and then applying two coats of paint. The job involves cost of material, labour, tools and tackles with carriage including testing and commissioning charges at site. (Complete job)
