Providing/ Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 1 cusec discharge, 25mtr. Head Horizontal Centrifugal Pump coupled with appropriate Motor(1500rpm) with allied accessories at LIS Kot-II. The job involves Providing/ Carriage/ Shifting of the pumping unit i.e. 1 cusec discharge, 25m head HC pump, with motor, base plates and coupling pulley of reputed make to the site of LIS (approx.40Km from Jammu) by engaging manual labour for loading into the Mechanical Transport and unloading the same at roadside at site of LIS. Further carriage of the same from unloading site to site of installation by manual head load by using suitable tools & tackles. Construction of R.C.C. foundation blocks (2m x 1m x 1.5m) for installation of the pumping unit with allied works at LIS Kot-II, Akhnoor. The job involves excavation of the floor of pump room to remove soil to finish with required dimensions at bottom with 1.2m deep, removal of excavated material and disposing off the same as per site conditions, providing & laying of crushed stone 40 mm and ramming, laying of one layer of 1:3:6 concrete mass, upto 0.15mtr. Depth. Providing/fabrication of frame out of angle iron of 40 x40 x6 mm of size (1.75 x0.8x1.25)m with extra length of angle iron supports longitudinally for extra strength. Providing & laying of TMT steel bar 10 mm, 6 inch sq. mesh center to center spacing for the block inside the angle iron frame. Providing & laying of 1:2:4 cement concrete mass 2m x1mx1.35m after providing of requisite size of form work. Fitting of requisite no. of foundation bolts in position as per base frame in the foundation block. Installation of the pumping unit on the base plate. Coupling the HC Pumps with Motors by new coupling pulley, checking alignment of the pumps & motors. The job includes the cost of pumping units along with allied accessories material & carriage charges for all the material from various sources by mechanical transport/head load, cost of hire charges of shuttering material, vibrator and concrete mixture & welding set, POL for vibrator and concrete mixture. Providing and laying of suction pipe 200 mm dia. (12m approx.) by way of fabrication of 1 nos. M.S pipe bends of suitable angle as per the site conditions from the available 200 mm dia. M.S pipe. Job including providing/fitting of M.S flanges 200 mm dia. as per site requirement of standard thickness which are to be circumferentially welded at two ends of bends and pipes with the ISI marked welded electrodes. Flanges to have suitable drilled holes to match with the joining ends and is faced for perfect fit. Fitting of one no. bend with the suction side of pump by P/F of rubber gaskets & nuts- bolts and then laying of the suction pipes with the fitting of other bend and flanged pipes as per the site requirement. All other pipes without flanges are to be circumferentially welded with each other after making proper alignment. Providing/Fitting of foot valve of 200 mm dia. with the flanged suction pipe with rubber washers & nuts-bolts after making proper alignment. Job also includes P/F of 3m 150mm dia MS delivery pipe by way of fitting of 1 no. 150mm sluice valve with proper flanges and 1 no. 150m reflux valves by fixing it with the flanges as per sample of reflux valve welded with pipe. Complete painting of M.S. suction, delivery pipe-lines & other exposed parts of 1Nos. Horizontal Centrifugal pump sets of 1 cusec discharge installed at LIS Kot-II by way of removing the rust/dirt from the outer surface of the pipes, bends, flanges, reflux valves, sluice valves, foot valves, nut & bolts by sanding away with emery/sand papers/steel wire brush, cleaning & making the surface smooth for painting then apply one coat of primer red oxide & two coats of black bituminous paint on all exposed parts. Providing /fitting, installation, testing and commissioning of protection panel cum star delta starters at L.I.S Kot-II Designing, fabrication, installation, testing and commissioning of LT control panel 415 volts, AC-3 Phase, 50 Hz, with one incoming and one outgoing for 20HP induction motors at L.I.S Kot-II. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof fabricated out of 16 SWG CR Sheet supported on M.S. angle of suitable size and having provision for fixing it on the ground with the help of foundation bolts. The panel should be sturdy enough for vibration free operation and should be equipped with suitable locking /sealing arrangements. The structure should be provided suitable entry and exit holes for incoming and outgoing cables. The panel should be given two coats of anti-rust primer and two coats of steel grey enamel paint. The panel should have equipped with following components / features: M.C.C.B.The panel incomer should be fitted with an M.C.C.B. of 100Ampere capacity, 1 no. volt meter, 1 no ammeter along with a set of CTs, 1 No. V.S.S., 1 No. A.S.S. and a set of RYB indicators at incoming side. Star delta Starter:.The panel should be fitted with 1 Nos MCCB of 100 Amp capacity, fully automatic star delta starter for unit comprises of 1 No. Main contactor of 100 Amp capaicty, 1 No. Delta contactor of 100Amp capaicty, 1 No. Star contactor of 50 Amp capaicty. 1 No. star delta timer with timing range from 3 to 120 seconds, 2 Nos. push buttons for start and stop operation of motor, 1 No. indicator ,1 No. MCB 6Amp for the protection of internal control wiring, a neat and clean internal control wiring should be made with flexible copper cables to complete the star delta circuit of out going supply for pumping unit. Protections device / fault analyzer: A protections devise / fault analyzer shall be fitted with the panel with capability to protect the motor by isolating the power supply of motor by de-energizing the starter/panel from following electro-mechanical faults which may otherwise damage the motor windings A. Voltage related fault: Single phasing, under voltage, over voltage, unbalance voltage. B. Current related fault: Over current / load, dry running, unbalance current / load, earth leakage, short circuiting. C. Mechanical fault: Locked rotor, broken shaft, a. Display line current of RYB Phase and also line voltage of RY and YB phase. b. Display and indicate trip status for over load, under load, single phase, unbalance, earth fault, over voltage, under voltage respectively. 2 Bimetal oveload relay :-A bimetal over load relay of suitable range should be fitted with in the starter as an extra protection to protect the motor in case of failure of fault analyzer with an isolation/bye pass switch to bye pass the fault analyzer. 3 Cable: Providing/ fitting of single core PVC aluminium cable 50mm2 of requisite length 30m (approx.) in length from VS to starter to motor.
