Repair to 100 HP 3 phase induction motor of pumping unit no.02 installed at LIS Kotgarhi H/L. The job involves dismantling the motor by unfastening the foundation nuts and bolts and also decoupling from the pump and disconnecting the electrical connections from the main supply. Shifting of the motor to workshop by mechanical transport . Then complete dismantling of the motor involves extraction of rotor from stator followed by cleaning of stator and rotor using compressed air, organic solvent, CCL4 etc. to remove the dust particles /silt etc. Extraction of burnt winding from the stator, cleaning of stator with petrol .P/F of new winding wire of suitable gauge & size in the stator, varnishing the stator winding with superior quality of varnish. Drying the stator winding with hot air circulation process.. Assembling of the motor . Shifting the motor back to LIS . Refitting the motor at its installed position and coupling with pump, making of electrical connections, alignment with pump , testing of motor on full load. Complete job includes the cost of material, labour charges, hiring charges of tools & tackles,transportation charges. Complete Job

Repairs to 200 mm dia foot valve assembly of pumping unit no.02 installed at LIS Kotgarhi L/L. The job involves disconnecting / dismantling of the foot valve assembly from the suction pipe by deploying manual labour and allied tools & tackles. Shifting / transporting to the workshop. Cleaning by washing with water to make the foot valves completely silt free. After drying them completely, carrying out necessary repair works on the valve surfaces and flanged joints by welding using good quality electrodes. Dismantling of damaged / worn-out foot valve mechanism with flap & rings etc. Complete repair to the damaged flap plate and strainer by way welding. Providing / fitting of new rubber washer cut as per size of the flap plate. Reassembling the foot valve and transporting back to the installation site at LIS. Fitting the valves to the respective suction lines with replacement of damaged rubber gaskets of flanged joints and worn-out nuts, bolts etc. Complete job including cost of material, labour charges, transportation charges and hire charges for tools & tackles. Repairs to 200mm dia reflux valve of pumping unit no. 2 at LIS Kotgarhi L/L. The job involves dismantling of the reflux valve by way of cutting of the rusted nuts and bolts with the help of gas cutter, removing of flap. Dismantling of shaft from both sides of flap and fabrication of new shaft as per the actual size. Providing/fitting of 2 nos. MS flanges at both ends of pipe. Providing/fitting new ball valve for by pass arrangement. Fitment of reflux valve and fitting of new nuts, bolts and washer in place of worn out nuts and bolts . Testing on load.
