For type 02 i.e. E&M Works, similar nature of work includes supply, installation, testing & commissioning of pumping unit or power transformer in case of sub-station works of at least 80% or higher capacity along with other allied electro-mechanical components. For type 03 i.e. Composite Works consisting of civil and electro-mechanical works, similar nature of work includes construction of hydraulic/civil structures and SITC of pumping units or power transformer of at least 80% capacity of tendered equipment with allied electro-mechanical equipment’s. The value of work executed shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 07% per annum, calculated from the date of completion to the date of bid opening.
