The Eligibility requirements mentioned are: 1. Experience Criteria: The Bidder or its OEM should have regularly manufactured and supplied same or similar Category Products to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU for a certain number of Financial years before the bid opening date, and also 2 Years of past experience in providing same/similar services. 2. Past Performance: The Bidder or its OEM should have supplied same or similar Category Products for 30% of bid quantity, in at least one of the last three Financial years before the bid opening date to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU. The values mentioned for Eligibility requirements are: - 30% for Past Performance - 2 Days for Time allowed for Technical Clarifications during technical evaluation Technical certification required by the bidder to participate in this tender is: - Certified Audited Balance Sheets - Copies of relevant contracts - Udyam Registration and validation through Udyam Registration portal for MSEs - Connection System: Compatible with all common systems according to TIA/EIA 568-C.2 and ISO/IEC 11801 Class E. - Certificate (Requested in ATC) - OEM Authorization Certificate
