The Eligibility requirements mentioned are: 1. Experience Criteria: The bidder or its OEM should have regularly manufactured and supplied same or similar Category Products to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU for 1 year. 2. Past Performance: 10% weightage is given to past performance, and the bidder should have supplied same or similar Category Products for 10% of bid quantity, in at least one of the last three Financial years. The values mentioned for Eligibility requirements are: - 1 year for experience criteria - 10% for past performance - 50% for local content (to qualify as a Class 1 local supplier) - 20% for local content (to qualify as a Class 2 local supplier) Technical certifications required by the bidder to participate in this tender are: 1. QR Compliance Certificate 2. OEM authorization Certificate (if the bidder is not an OEM) 3. Compliance to Public Procurement Policy 2020 certificate (with minimum 50% local content) 4. Compliance to Public Procurement Order No 1 certificate (for bidders from countries sharing a land border with India) 5. Certificate stating that the product meets the technical specifications 6. MSME certificate (duly registered in the specific category of the product) 7. Security testing report for CCTV/VSS issued by standardization Testing and Quality certification (STQC) Laboratory or any other agency notified by Meity 8. BIS Registration (CRS) for safety general requirements as per IS 13252 (Part 1): latest 9. Certificate from the OEM regarding the percentage of local content and the details of locations at which the local value addition is made 10. Udyam Registration (for MSEs)
