The bidder should have satisfactorily completed or substantially completed at least one contract of similar nature of work of any Govt./Semi Govt. department during the last five years, with a value of at least 80% or two works 50% and three works 40% of the value of the proposed contract. For Road/ Bridge works, the bidder should have one similar completed work costing no less than the amount equal to 25% of the estimated cost. For Building works, the bidder should have one similar completed work costing not less than the amount equal to 80% of the estimated cost, or two similar completed work costing not less than the amount equal to 50% of the estimated cost, or three similar completed work costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of the estimated cost. The substantially completed works should be at least 90% completed as on the date of submission of bid. The bidder should also demonstrate having experience in executing works that cover all civil, electrical, and mechanical components of a building. The value of the work executed shall be taken as cumulative of all three components. Additionally, the bidder should have completed a single work of similar nature in any Govt. or Semi-Govt Department during the last five years, with a completion certificate issued by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent. The required prior work experience for key personnel includes: - a Project Manager with 10 years of experience, - a Site Engineer with 3 years of experience, - a Plant Engineer with 3 years of experience, - a Quantity Surveyor with 7 years of experience, and other key personnel. The bidder should also own or have assured ownership of key items of equipment, including tipper trucks, motor graders, excavators, and other equipment, with a maximum age of 5-7 years. The amount and percentage of similar works completed are: - at least 80% of the value of the proposed contract for one work, - at least 50% of the value of the proposed contract for two works, - at least 40% of the value of the proposed contract for three works, - 25% of the estimated cost for Road/ Bridge works.
