The bidder is required to have prior work experience in civil engineering works, specifically in "Operation and maintenance of sewerage network". The required experience includes: * Three completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost. * Two completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost. * One completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. Additionally, the bidder must have completed or substantially completed similar works in any Government or Semi-Government department during the last five years. However, no specific value or percentage of similar works completed is mentioned, except for the requirement of achieving a minimum average financial turnover on execution of Civil Engineering works of not less than 50% of the proposed contract/contracts applied, during any three out of the last five financial years.
