Providing and laying in position FRP floor panels made of 3 layers. Outer layer of 3 mm thick chequred finish smooth FRP uniform layer, inner layer of 2 mm uniform thickness with gel coating over exposed surface filled with 25 mm thick polyurethane foam layer of density 40 kg/cum(+/-2) in between jointing together with nuts and bolt including making of drainage opening wherever required, with wood insertion to make it rigid at edges complete etc, as per direction of Engineer in charge. FRP material should confirming to IS: 14856.

Providing, Erection & installation of pre-fabricated fiber reinforced plastic panels dome/ barrel type structure (for 16-18 men barrack, Coy Comdr barrack and toilet block as per the drawing) joined together with nuts and bolts to make a self-supporting structure. The structure panels will be made of 3 layers, Outer layer of 3.0 mm thick smooth FRP uniform layer, inner layer of 3.0 mm uniform thickness with gel coating over both exposed surface filled with 50 mm thick polyurethane foam layer of density 40 Kg/Cum (+/-2) in between. The outer pigmented coating made of UV stabilized Gel coat on structure panels. The panels should have rebates/ overlaps for fixing and to prevent the leakages. The structure should be 100% opaque, insulated, weather proof, termite proof, leakage proof and fire retardant having fixed windows . Joints to be covered /concealed with flange covers as per manufactures specification and drawing. (Actual floor area shall only be measured for making payment excluding doors, windows and other opening which will be paid separately under respective item of schedule. Work shall be executed as per drawing Enc.) FRP material should confirm to IS 14856.
