To determine the bid capacity required, we look at the criteria for eligibility for submission of bid documents. The criteria are as follows: - Three similar works each of value not less than Rs.2,55,81,759.00 - Two similar works each of value not less than Rs.3,83,72,639.00 - One similar work of value not less than Rs.5,11,63,518.00 These values are based on the work done during the last 7 years ending the last day of the month previous to the one in which tenders are invited. The formulas to calculate the minimum required bid capacity are: 1. 3 * (minimum value of one similar work) = 3 * Rs.2,55,81,759.00 2. 2 * (minimum value of one similar work) = 2 * Rs.3,83,72,639.00 3. 1 * (minimum value of one similar work) = 1 * Rs.5,11,63,518.00 These can be simplified to: 1. Rs.7,67,45,277.00 2. Rs.7,67,45,278.00 3. Rs.5,11,63,518.00 Additionally, the value of executed works shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum, using the formula: - Current Value = Actual Value * (1 + 0.07 * Number of Years) The bid capacity required can be considered as the minimum value of work that a bidder must have completed to be eligible to submit a bid, based on the provided eligibility criteria and adjustment formula.
