The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: i) Three separate works each costing not less than Rs. 18380308/- (Excl GST) OR ii) Two separate works each costing not less than Rs. 22975385/- (Excl GST) OR iii) One work costing not less than Rs. 36760616/- (Excl GST) The bidder should have satisfactorily completed or substantially completed specified works of a similar nature. Substantial completion is based on 80% (eighty percent) of the awarded cost or more value-wise works completed under the contract. Additionally, the bidder should have achieved a minimum annual value of General E&M Works, with a minimum value of Rs. 1378.52 Lakhs (excluding GST), out of which a minimum of Rs. 689.26 Lakhs (excluding GST) should be from HVAC works. The experience criteria and current costing level should be arrived at by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum, calculated from the date of completion to the date of bid opening. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned, except for substantial completion which is 80%. The bidder needs to provide details of the completed works, including the name of the work, work order/agreement number and date, contract cost, stipulated date of completion, actual date of completion, and actual completion cost.
