The bidder should have prior work experience in similar projects, which includes construction of buildings with a minimum of three storied RCC/Composite building, mainly institutional, office, or residential buildings. The required experience can be demonstrated by completing one or more of the following: * One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost of work. * Two similar completed works of order value each not less than 50% of the estimated cost of work. * Three similar completed works of order value not less than 40% of the estimated cost of work. The bidder should submit completion certificates mentioning the name, nature of work, value of the job, date of commencement, stipulated date of completion, and actual date of completion. The experience certificate should be issued by a government officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent. Additionally, the bidder's average annual financial turnover on construction works should be at least 50% of the estimated cost of work during the last three consecutive financial years. The bidder should also have satisfactorily completed similar types of works during the last five years ending on the previous day of the last date of submission of the tender. The values and percentages mentioned are: - 80% of the estimated cost of work for one similar completed work - 50% of the estimated cost of work for two similar completed works - 40% of the estimated cost of work for three similar completed works - 50% of the estimated cost of work for average annual financial turnover on construction works.
