The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Average Annual Revenue of at least 150% of the estimated cost of the Project Supervision Services Agency from professional fees in the past 3 financial years. - Relevant Experience of Key Personnel, including Team Leader cum Project Manager and Resident Engineer cum Project Manager cum Team Leader, with a minimum deployment of 365 days on Eligible Assignments. - Completion or substantial completion of one Eligible Assignment of value equal to or more than 35% of the estimated cost of the Project Supervision Services Agency. - Substantial completion is defined as receiving at least 90% of the professional fees/agreement value towards undertaking such Eligible Assignment. The value and percentage of similar works completed are considered in the evaluation, with: - A minimum value of 35% of the estimated cost of the Project Supervision Services Agency for one Eligible Assignment. - A minimum of 90% payment receipt for substantial completion of an Eligible Assignment. - Average Annual Revenue of at least 150% of the estimated cost of the Project Supervision Services Agency from professional fees in the past 3 financial years. The bidder should have completed or substantially completed Eligible Assignments in specific categories such as engineering projects of railway/metro, airport terminals, ports, national highway, or commercial/residential real estate projects. The Eligible Assignments should be directly awarded to the Bidder by a Govt. Department/ PSUs or by a Public listed company having an average annual turnover of Rs 500 crore and above in the last 3 financial years.
