1. Bidders must visit the site of Penstocks at Shanan Power House Joginder Nagar and see themselves the exact location of Penstocks before submitting their offers against this tender. 2. Overall lowest bidder will be consider as L-1.
3. The negotiations if required shall be held with the lowest (L-1) tenderer only
4. PSPCL shall supply Red Oxide/Primer, Aluminium Paint and Thinner to the contractor. All other items and T&P required for completion of this work such as sand papers, brushes and labour etc. shall be arranged/ provided by the contractor.
